The housing 2 has an access opening 20.
Please refer to fig. 2, fig. 5, and fig. 6. The freezing and storing device 1 can store ice or food, and has a housing 11, a transmission assembly 12, a plurality of pushing plates 13, a track assembly 14, and a temperature control unit 15, and may further have a thawing tank 16. In this embodiment, the ice cubes or the food material may be placed in the storage cup a, and the storage cups a are arranged on the track assembly 14 and driven by the pushing plate 13, so that the storage cup a can slide on the track assembly 14, and the storage cup a is provided with the ice cubes as an exemplary illustration. However, in other embodiments, the ice cubes or food material may not be contained in the storage cup a, but may be directly driven by the pushing plate 13 on the track assembly 14, or may have a container or package to enclose the ice cubes or food material.
The housing 11 is formed with a discharge port and a feeding port. The transmission assembly 12, the pushing plate 13, the track assembly 14, and the temperature control unit 15 are disposed in the housing 11, and the storage cup a can move into the housing 11 from the material inlet of the housing 11 and move on the track assembly 14, and can also move out from the material outlet of the housing 11. The housing 11 also has two gates that selectively close the discharge port and the feed port, respectively. However, the gate is not limited as long as the purpose of closing is achieved. In this embodiment, the discharge port is lower than the feeding port, but not limited thereto.
Please refer to fig. 6 and fig. 7. The transmission assembly 12 may have two rotating shafts 121 and at least one belt 122, for example, in this embodiment, there are three belts 122. The two rotation shafts 121 are disposed in the housing 11 and parallel to each other. Each belt 122 is sleeved on the two rotating shafts 121, so that the rotating shafts 121 can drive the belt 122 to move around. The pushing plate 13 is fixed on the belt 122. In this embodiment, the belt 122 is a chain, and there are three chains, and the three chains are sleeved on the transmission shaft in parallel in an up-down manner. However, the structure and number of the belts 122 are not limited thereto.
Please refer to fig. 7 to fig. 9. The pushing plates 13 are parallel and parallel to each other, and are connected to the transmission assembly 12 to be driven by the transmission assembly 12. Each push plate 13 extends vertically. In this embodiment, each of the plurality of pushing plate bodies 13 has a bottom plate portion 131, two partition plate portions 132, an upper fixing member 133, and a lower fixing member 134. The bottom plate portion 131 may be a flat plate or an arc plate, and the bottom plate portion 131 is fixed to the transmission assembly 12, specifically, to the belt 122. The partition portions 132 are respectively fixed to two side edges of the bottom plate portion 131. In this embodiment, the upper fixing element 133 and the lower fixing element 134 may be L-shaped sheets, but not limited thereto. One side surface of the upper fixing member 133 is fixed above the belt body 122, and the other side surface is fixed on the bottom plate portion 131; one side of the lower fixing member 134 is fixed below the belt body 122, and the other side is fixed on the bottom plate 131. The push plate 13 can be stably fixed to the strap 122 by the upper fixing member 133 and the lower fixing member 134.
Please refer to fig. 2 and 5. The track assembly 14 is spirally wound around the plurality of pushing plates 13 and the two rotating shafts 121 and the belt 122 of the transmission assembly 12. Specifically, the rail assembly 14 spirally extends up and down in a plurality of turns, and the uppermost turn of the rail assembly 14 corresponds to the upper end of the push plate body 13, and the lowermost turn of the rail assembly 14 corresponds to the lower end of the push plate body 13. In other words, the height of the track assembly 14 corresponds to the length of the respective push plate 13, while the push plate 13 passes each turn of the track assembly 14. The track assembly 14 may have a discharge end and a feed end 140, and a plurality of surrounding portions. The discharge end is the lower end of the rail assembly 14 and corresponds to the discharge port of the housing 11, and the feeding end 140 is the upper end of the rail assembly 14 and corresponds to the feeding port of the housing 11. In this embodiment, the feeding end 140 further extends out of the feeding opening of the housing 11. In other words, in the present embodiment, the feeding end 140 of the track assembly 14 is higher than the discharging end, but not limited thereto.
The track assembly 14 has a lower track rod 141 and a side track rod 142. The lower rail rod 141 spirally extends around and surrounds the plurality of pushing plate bodies 13, and can abut against the bottom surface of the ice cubes, the food materials, or the storage cup a. The side rail rods 142 extend spirally around and surround the plurality of pushing plate bodies 13, and can be abutted against one lateral side of the ice cubes, the food materials or the storage cup a. In other words, the lower track bar 141 is higher than the side track bar 142 within the same circle. The distance of the side rail bar 142 with respect to the push plate body 13 is greater than that of the lower rail bar 141 of the same surrounding portion with respect to the push plate body 13.
Please refer to fig. 9. The plurality of storage cups a are disposed on the rail assembly 14 and located between the rail assembly 14 and the plurality of pushing plates 13, so that each storage cup a is pushed by one of the pushing plates 13. Ice cubes or food materials may be stored in the plurality of storage cups a. In this embodiment, each storage cup a is located between the two partition portions 132 of the same pushing plate 13, located on the lower rail rod 141 of the surrounding portion, and located between the side rail rod 142 of the surrounding portion and the bottom plate 131 of the pushing plate 13. Therefore, each of the storage cups a is respectively abutted between the two partition portions 132, the lower rail rod 141, the upper rail rod 142 and the bottom plate portion 131, and can be stably fixed on the rail assembly 14 for movement.
Since the push plate 13 extends up and down and the track assembly 14 extends spirally, the paths of the two are formed to be staggered a plurality of times. When the storage cup a is disposed on the rail assembly 14 and driven by the pushing plate 13, even if the storage cup a is frozen on the rail assembly 14 or the pushing plate 13, the pushing plate 13 may damage the frost generated during the operation of the storage cup a, so that the storage cup a may continuously move. Specifically, if the plate body 13 is kept still for a while, the storage cup a is frozen on the track assembly 14, and the storage cup a is shifted when the plate body 13 is pushed to operate, so that frost can be broken and the storage cup a can be moved. On the other hand, if the storage cup a is frozen on the push plate 13, since the rail assembly 14 extends spirally, it extends diagonally with respect to the push plate 13. At this time, the storage cup a frozen on the push plate 13 can only move horizontally with the push plate 13, and after moving a certain distance, it abuts against the lower side of the rail assembly 14 located above, thus returning to the normal path.
The temperature control unit 15 is used to control the temperature inside the housing 11 so that the temperature can be adapted to store ice cubes.
A thawing slot 16 is located outside the housing 11 and adjacent to the discharge opening of the housing 11 to receive the removed storage cup a and the ice cubes therein. Specifically, the thawing tank 16 has a tank body, a moving mechanism, an inlet, and an outlet. The moving mechanism is positioned in the groove body, and the inlet and the outlet are respectively positioned at two opposite ends of the groove body. The inlet also corresponds to the outlet of the housing 11, and in this embodiment, the inlet is located directly below the outlet. One end of the thawing groove 16 is more protruded with respect to the rear side of the case 11, and the outlet is located at the end protruded on the thawing groove 16. The thawing tank 16 may contain water therein. Therefore, the storage cup A containing the ice blocks can enter the groove body from the inlet of the thawing groove 16, is driven by the moving mechanism to pass through the groove body, and then is moved out of the groove body from the outlet of the thawing groove 16. The storage cup A containing the ice blocks can be soaked in water in the process of passing through the groove body, so that the storage cup A can be heated by water energy, and the ice blocks are prevented from being frozen on the storage cup A. However, the thawing groove 16 does not melt the ice cubes. In other embodiments, the thawing tank may have a heating tube or a microwave generator.
Please refer to fig. 2 to fig. 4. In this embodiment, the conveyor 7 of the vending machine for ice products passes under the bowl storage device 3, under the ice crusher 4, under at least one food storage device 5, under the lid storage device 6, and under the sauce storage device 8. One end of the transportation device 7 is adjacent to the article taking opening 20 of the housing 2, but not limited thereto, the transportation device 7 may pass through the inside of the article taking opening 20, or may extend out of the article taking opening 20 from the end. In other embodiments, the conveyor 7 may also pass over or laterally through the bowl storage 3, ice crusher 4, food storage 5, lid storage 6, and/or sauce storage 8.
The bowl storage device 3 is used for storing and supplying the bowls B of the lunch box, and particularly, can store a plurality of bowls B and can separate the plurality of bowls B to supply one bowl B at a time when supplying.
Please refer to fig. 10. The ice crusher 4 is for receiving and making ice cubes into crushed ice. In this embodiment, the ice crusher 4 has an ice crusher body 41, a receiving tube 42, and a sealing cover 43, but in other embodiments, the receiving tube 42 may not be provided, or the receiving tube 42 and the sealing cover 43 may not be provided. The ice crusher body 41 is fixedly arranged above the conveying device 7. The receiving tube 42 has a first end connected to the ice crusher body 41 and a second end, which is an open end and has an opening facing upward. A flap 43 selectively closes off the opening at the second end of the receiving tube 42.
The food material storage device 5 is used for storing and supplying food materials. The food materials can be common ingredients of ice products such as fruits, rice dumplings and the like, and the ingredients of the food materials can be stored in the food material storage device 5 in one portion and can be supplied in one portion every time, so that each portion contains various food materials. In this embodiment, two food material storage devices 5 may be provided. The food material storage device 5 may be similar in structure to the freezing storage device 1, but may have other structures without being limited thereto.
The lid storage device 6 is used to store and supply the lids C of the lunch boxes, and more specifically, it can store a plurality of lids C and separate the plurality of lids C to supply one lid C at a time when supplying.
The sauce storage device 8 can store sauce. The sauce storage device 8 has a storage tank 81 and a connection pipe 82; one end of the connection pipe 82 is a connection end, which is connected to the lower end of the storage tank 81; and the other end of the connecting pipe 82 is a feeding end which extends downward and toward the conveying device 7. In the present embodiment, there are a plurality of sauce storage means 8, for example, two. The feeding ends of the connecting tubes 82 of the plurality of sauce storage means 8 are adjacent to each other and located within the size range of one bowl body B, whereby the plurality of sauce storage means 8 can simultaneously supply sauce to the same bowl body B.
The gripping device 9 may have a jaw 91, but is not limited thereto. The jaw 91 is movable and rotatable. The jaw 91 is used to clamp the storage cup a of the freezing storage device 1 and pour the ice in the storage cup a into the ice crusher 4. The gripper 9 can be moved to a feed opening adjacent to the housing 11 of the freezer storage device 1. In the embodiment, the feeding end 140 of the track assembly 14 of the refrigeration storage apparatus 1 extends out of the feeding port of the housing 11 of the refrigeration storage apparatus 1, so that the storage cup a can be placed on the feeding end 140 when the clamping device 9 moves to the feeding port of the housing 11, and the storage cup a can enter the refrigeration storage apparatus 1 again from the feeding port.
Through the structure, the ice product vending machine can supply ice products with various tastes. When the consumer selects one of the tastes, the ice product vending machine starts to make ice products.
First, the bowl storage device 3 supplies a bowl B to the transportation device 7, and the transportation device 7 transports the bowl B to the bottom of the ice crusher 4. At the same time, the driving assembly 12 of the freezing storage device 1 drives the pushing plate 13. Thereby, the pushing plate 13 is located inside the rail assembly 14 to bypass, and the pushing plate 13 pushes the plurality of storage cups a disposed on the rail assembly 14 to move along the rail assembly 14, so that the plurality of storage cups a are moved out of the discharge hole of the housing 11. After one of the cups a is removed from the outlet of the housing 11, the drive assembly 12 is stopped and the removed cup a enters the defrosting tank 16. Subsequently, the storing cup a moves in the body of the thawing groove 16 and is thawed while moving.
When the storing cup A moves to the outlet of the thawing groove 16, the storing cup A can be moved out of the outlet by the thawing groove 16 and clamped by the clamping device 9, or the clamping device 9 extends into the outlet to take out the storing cup A. Subsequently, the gripping device 9 moves the storage cup a to the upper side of the ice crusher 4, the sealing cover 43 of the ice crusher 4 is opened, and then the storage cup a is dumped to dump the ice cubes in the storage cup a into the receiving pipe 42 of the ice crusher 4.
Then the ice cubes are crushed into crushed ice by the ice crusher 4 and fall on the bowl body B, then the bowl body B filled with the crushed ice is continuously moved by the conveying device 7 to the food material storage device 5 to receive a food material, moved to the sauce storage device 8 to receive a sauce, moved to the cover body storage device 6 to receive a cover body C, and therefore an ice product which is rich in ingredients and is completely packaged is manufactured. Finally, the ice product is conveyed to the taking port 20 of the shell 2 for the consumers to take.
In the embodiment, after the ice cubes in the storage cup a are poured out, the storage cup a is placed back into the freezing and storing device 1 by the clamping device 9 again, but in other embodiments, the storage cup a can be placed in a recycling area for collection. In other embodiments, each of the plurality of pushing plate bodies 13 has only one partition portion 132, which is fixedly disposed on the transmission assembly 12, and the partition portion 132 of each pushing plate body 13 is spaced apart from the partition portions 132 of the other pushing plate bodies 13; there is a partition portion 132 between two adjacent storage cups a. Yet another difference in the embodiment with only one partition portion 132 is that the track assembly 14 can be used to place the cup a alone without the need for additional positioning of the push plate 132. In other embodiments, the ice product vending machine may not have the sauce storage device 8, and the sauce is stored in the food storage device 5 together with the food and ingredients. On the other hand, the refrigerated storage device 1 is not limited to being applied to an ice product vending machine, but can be used in any field where refrigerated storage of articles is required; in other words, the track assembly 14 is not limited to be placed on the storage cup a, but can be used to place ice or food, and the pushing plate 13 is directly used to push the ice or food on the track assembly 14. In other words, the ice cubes or food materials may also be moved by the push plate 13 directly on the rail assembly 14.
In summary, when the articles (such as the material storing cup 15) stored in the freezing storage device 1 are disposed between the pushing plate 13 and the rail assembly 14, the pushing plate 13 can push the articles on the rail assembly 14 when moving around the rail assembly 14, so that even if the moisture is condensed and the articles are stuck on the rail assembly 14, the articles are still driven by the pushing plate 13, and the freezing storage device 1 can smoothly supply the materials. Furthermore, the freezing storage device 1 is suitable for being applied to an ice product vending machine, so that the ice product vending machine can store ice blocks and further break the ice blocks to produce ice products.
