The invention discloses an electronic bill source issuing method and system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving application information of the electronic bill identification code; the application information comprises the bill type; acquiring a preset electronic bill identification code rule according to the bill type; generating a corresponding electronic bill identification code according to the electronic bill identification code rule; issuing the electronic bill identification code according to the application information; the method and the system replace the original bill code and the bill number by the electronic bill identification code to be used as the unique identification of the electronic bill, generate and issue the electronic bill when applying for the electronic bill to make an offer, cancel the original processes of bill source planning, bill source distribution and warehousing, bill source return, bill source application and the like, and enable the business to be simple, convenient and efficient; the method and the system adopt the electronic bill identification code as the unique identification of the whole life cycle of the bill, can search the bill according to the electronic bill identification code, and realize the high efficiency, convenience and accuracy of the bill search.

1. A method of issuing a source of electronic tickets, the method comprising:
receiving application information of the electronic bill identification code; the application information comprises the bill type;
acquiring a preset electronic bill identification code rule according to the bill type;
generating a corresponding electronic bill identification code according to the electronic bill identification code rule;
and issuing the electronic bill identification code according to the application information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein:
the fields of the electronic bill identification code rule comprise a rule code, an electronic bill type, a group code sequence, a data item and a data item format;
the rule code is a unique code of the rule;
the electronic bill types are used for distinguishing different electronic bill types, and the electronic bill identification code rule is obtained through electronic bill type retrieval;
the code combination sequence is the position sequence of each item of data in the data items when the electronic bill identification code is generated;
the data items are used for generating various data of electronic bill identification codes;
the data item format is a preset format when each item of data in the data item generates an electronic bill identification code.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein:

increasing the serial number progressively on the basis of the largest electronic bill identification code serial number to obtain a new serial number;
and producing corresponding electronic bill identification codes according to the bill types, the administrative division codes, the fixed values and the serial numbers and the regular code combination sequence.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein:
setting the issuing quantity of the electronic bill identification code of each electronic bill identification code rule in a preset time period;
setting an early warning threshold value for the issuing quantity of each electronic bill identification code;
and if the allowance of the electronic bill identification code under the rule of any electronic bill identification code in the preset time is lower than a preset threshold value, carrying out early warning prompt.
6. An electronic ticket source issuing system, comprising:
