3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of the following voice data within the corresponding target area of the settlement device is acquired: first voice data of the target object, second voice data of the cashier, comprising:
acquiring the voice data within a predetermined time range determined based on the usage time.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the targeted coupon usage is anomalous based on the voice data comprises:
determining that there is no abnormality in the use of the target coupon when target voice data is present in the voice data;
and determining that the use of the target coupon is abnormal under the condition that the target voice data does not appear in the voice data.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after determining that there is an anomaly in the use of the target coupon in the absence of target voice data in the voice data, the method further comprises:
acquiring video data corresponding to the second voice data;
and determining whether the use of the target coupon is abnormal according to the video data.
6. An abnormality determination device characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the use condition of a target coupon, and the use condition is used for indicating the use time of the target coupon and a settlement device of the coupon;
a second obtaining module, configured to obtain at least one of the following voice data in a corresponding target area of the settlement device: first voice data of the target object and second voice data of the cashier;
and the determining module is used for determining whether the use of the target coupon is abnormal or not according to the voice data.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the second obtaining module is further configured to obtain the voice data within a predetermined time range determined based on the usage time.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module is further configured to determine that there is no abnormal usage of the target coupon if target voice data is present in the voice data; and determining that the use of the target coupon is abnormal under the condition that the target voice data does not appear in the voice data.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is configured to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
