The static data refers to production service data of an asset management system, such as equipment account information, distribution network fault rush repair, equipment power failure information, power supply reliability, equipment defects, line faults and the like; customer files, power grid models, electricity utilization information, business expansion data and customer complaint data of the marketing system; the dynamic data refers to the factor data of the distribution and transformation current, voltage, active power, reactive power and power of the metering automation system; dispatching the current, voltage and switch state data of the line outlet of the automatic system; and respectively establishing business rules according to the characteristics of the static data and the dynamic data to check data across different source systems, thereby realizing the consistency of data processing.
The power distribution comprehensive early warning management module is used for displaying and early warning data which are processed by the power distribution network data processing module and have data quality problems; the power distribution network early warning system is used for being connected with a GIS (geographic information system) through a data integration and management module, and realizing comprehensive early warning display of power distribution network power supply reliability index management and control, distribution network weak links, equipment running states and the like through the GIS; the system is used for connecting a meteorological system through a data integration and management module and displaying and early warning severe meteorological conditions such as typhoon, thunder and lightning and the like in real time; and the safety risk assessment and early warning result processing module is used for displaying and early warning the safety risk assessment and early warning result processed by the power distribution network data processing module.

With further reference to fig. 1, the power distribution network data processing module includes: the system comprises a power distribution network asset operation efficiency evaluation module, a power distribution network layered and partitioned power supply reliability evaluation module, a power distribution network operation state evaluation module, a power distribution network weak link identification module, a power distribution network safety risk evaluation and early warning module, a power distribution network equipment asset allocation optimization module and a power distribution network equipment operation economy analysis module.

A power distribution network layered and partitioned power supply reliability evaluation module is used for comprehensively evaluating the relevance between power supply reliability and a power distribution network grid structure, equipment account data, fault defect data and reliability indexes (a system average power failure duration index SAIDI, a system average power failure frequency SAIFI and an average power supply reliability ASAI) by taking historical equipment fault trip data of an asset management system stored in a data storage module as a support, carrying out relevance calculation on the line historical fault trip data, the line grid structure and the equipment operation age data by adopting a grey relevance analysis method, mining leading factors influencing the operation reliability, such as weather, operation age, equipment faults, equipment defects and the grid structure, correcting the component fault rate (the component fault rate is 100 of the equipment fault times/the total number of equipment) by the leading factors influencing the power distribution network reliability, automatically identifying the power distribution network grid topological structure based on a GIS (geographic information system), under the condition of no input data or a small amount of input parameters, reliability indexes of net racks in different areas are calculated, and power supply reliability assessment of the distribution network in the layered and partitioned areas is achieved.
And the power distribution network running state evaluation module is used for constructing a power distribution network running state evaluation index system and comprehensively scoring the running condition of the power distribution network equipment. The method comprises the steps of taking the running state score of the power distribution network equipment as a target layer, taking several key indexes of the running of the power distribution network, namely load rate, voltage quality, running faults, three-phase imbalance and power supply reliability, as running state evaluation index system criterion layers, and taking line heavy overload proportion, distribution transformer heavy overload proportion, line fault rate and three-phase imbalance proportion indexes as index layers to form a power distribution network running state evaluation index system. And determining the weight of the operation state evaluation index by adopting an AHP analytic hierarchy process, and performing weighted comprehensive calculation to obtain an equipment state evaluation score.
The power distribution network operation risk assessment and early warning module comprises the following steps:
(1) and determining a risk assessment index of the power distribution area. According to the power distribution area risk assessment method in the step (1) and the step (2), the proportion (namely risk value) of the total number of the lines/distribution transformers of the power distribution area (which can be a certain power supply partition/power supply substation) with abnormal operation conditions is calculated, and the higher the proportion value is, the higher the risk degree is, the more attention is needed to be paid and the control strategy is implemented. And dividing the proportional value into four risk levels I, II, III and IV according to a linear relation, and giving real-time early warning and measure schemes of the operation risk of the power distribution system in the module IV according to the given risk levels.
The asset allocation optimization module of the power distribution network equipment researches data requirements of lean management and production support technology of the power distribution network according to lean management and optimal allocation of the power distribution network, considers constraint conditions such as asset efficiency and risk level aiming at scenes such as structure optimization, distribution transformation and capacity increase optimization and operation economy improvement of the power distribution network, realizes the overall operation optimization allocation and reliability and economy improvement of the power distribution network, and improves the lean management level of the power distribution network.
The power distribution network equipment operation economy analysis module is used for establishing a distribution network layered partition multi-dimensional reliability evaluation system according to political and economic level indexes, power grid structure and equipment level indexes, operation and maintenance management level indexes and the like of different regions; and according to the result and the reliability target calculated by the hierarchical partition reliability evaluation module, providing a differentiated reliability improvement strategy and carrying out applicability and economic analysis. According to the marginal cost and marginal benefit theory based on power supply reliability and different power supply unit echelons, a reliability cost and reliability benefit calculation model is established, and the model achieves balance between power supply reliability and economic cost by maximizing the ratio of the reliability benefit (expected power shortage EENS) to the total cost of reliability transformation cost (equipment investment cost and operation maintenance cost).
In the visual large-screen comprehensive display module, the operation efficiency scores of distribution network lines and distribution transformers obtained by connecting the distribution network asset operation efficiency evaluation module and combining the distribution network data processing module are respectively displayed according to four levels of provinces, cities and counties.
Reliability indexes such as reliability evaluation grading values, power supply reliability rates, user average power failure time, user average power failure times and the like obtained by connecting the power distribution network layered and partitioned power supply reliability evaluation module and combining the power distribution network data processing module are respectively displayed according to four levels of provinces, cities and counties.
And the data such as the line heavy overload times and the heavy overload rate, the distribution transformer heavy overload times and the heavy overload rate, the three line unbalance rates and the details and the like obtained by combining the power distribution network operation state evaluation module and the power distribution network data processing module are respectively displayed according to four levels of provinces, cities and counties.
The lines and the distribution transformers which are obtained by combining the power distribution network weak link identification module and the power distribution network data processing module and have more fault times, frequent fault reasons and more defect times are respectively displayed according to four levels of provinces, cities, counties and counties.

the power distribution network data processing module is used for performing quality control on the data fused by the data fusion module according to actual requirements, and performing asset operation efficiency evaluation, layered and partitioned power supply reliability evaluation, row state evaluation, weak link identification, safety risk evaluation and early warning, equipment asset allocation optimization and equipment operation economy analysis on the data subjected to quality control according to the actual requirements;
