Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water leakage detection agent for a pipeline and a preparation method thereof, which are used for detecting the integrity of a water supply pipeline and belong to the technical field of nondestructive testing.
Background
The pipeline leakage detection technology should be used for detecting a water supply pipeline or a water carrying container, and belongs to one of leakage detection. The principle of coloring indication is adopted to indicate the trace leakage of the pipeline or the container.
The pipeline water leakage detection agent utilizes the characteristic that sensitive water-soluble basic dye is dispersed in an oil phase solvent and does not develop color, the water-soluble dye is dispersed in volatile oil, and the volatile oil is sprayed on the surface of a workpiece to be detected to form a uniform dye powder film. When meeting the water leakage point, a clear color code indication is displayed on the powder film.
In order to simplify the operation steps in use and enhance the stability of detection, the pipeline water leakage detection agent uses an aerosol design to help the dye powder to be uniformly distributed in the application process.
At present, plastic steel, copper, galvanized pipe and other materials are used for water supply pipelines, water carrying containers and related valves. The pipeline water leakage detection agent is used for ensuring the stability of detection in the using process and not damaging the used workpiece, and the material safety is considered in the formula design, so that corrosive raw materials are avoided, and the whole acid value and trace elements are controlled. In order to ensure that trace residues after rough cleaning do not continuously influence workpiece materials in the future, halogenated substances and chlorides are not selected in the formula.
The characteristics of unitary aerosol packaging techniques require the mixing of the semimanufactured product with the aerosol propellant, which has a certain effect on the properties of the finished product, for example, coloration of the dye by part of the propellant, foaming during application due to improper propellant selection, and local refrigeration during aerosol application. In order to ensure the reliability of the inspection and the material safety of the inspected workpiece, a binary aerosol package is an ideal solution. The stable state of the dye can be ensured to the utmost extent by utilizing the characteristic of separation of the propellant and the propellant in the binary aerosol; meanwhile, unnecessary foaming phenomenon is avoided so as to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of the dye powder film; in addition, the propellant packaged by the binary aerosol cannot volatilize rapidly because of the propellant, so that the local temperature reduction of a working area is caused discretely, and the material safety of the workpiece in use can be better ensured.
Functionally, the pipeline water leakage detection agent should take the following aspects:
1. and (3) detection sensitivity. The device has the capability of detecting the trace amount of water leakage source and is indicated by an obvious color code.
2. Is easy to clean. The workpiece should be cleaned immediately after the inspection is completed to ensure that the system is stable and that no substances affecting the safety of the material should be left in trace amounts.
3. And (5) quick drying. To ensure the accuracy of the indication position, the drying speed of the pipe water leakage detecting agent should be ensured to be dried within 30 seconds and form a powder film.
