Abstract
A heating and bathing dual-purpose furnace is characterized by comprising an internal circulation main pipe, an internal circulation branch pipe and a plate type heat exchanger, wherein the plate type heat exchanger is arranged on a pipeline of the internal circulation main pipe; the water pipeline for bathing is in heat exchange connection with the plate heat exchanger, and a return pipe is arranged on the water pipeline for bathing and is provided with a circulating pump. The invention also discloses a control method of the heating and bathing dual-purpose furnace. On the plate heat exchanger circulation trunk, no matter what mode, the bathing water can obtain heat from the circulation. Thus, the bath can be normally carried out in a single bath mode; after the bathing function is started in the winter heating mode, the circulating water can continue to heat rooms after the bathing function is preferentially met.

Technical Field
The invention relates to heating equipment, in particular to a dual-purpose furnace for heating and domestic water. The invention also relates to a control method of the dual-purpose furnace.
Background
The dual-purpose stove has two functions of bathing and heating, a common dual-purpose stove heating structure is shown in figure 2, a heating pipeline 1a is provided with a heat exchange section 11a, a burner 2a is used for heating the heat exchange section 11a, a heat dissipation device 5a is connected with the heating pipeline 1a in series, a plate type heat exchanger 2a is parallel to the heat dissipation device 5a, and a domestic water pipeline 4a is connected with the plate type heat exchanger 2a in a heat exchange mode.
The trouble caused by the increasing demand of people is more serious due to the limitation that the bathing and the heating cannot work simultaneously; the traditional dual-system dual-purpose furnace can solve the problem, but has the problems of overlarge system size and overlarge size.

the heating pipeline is communicated with the internal circulation main pipe in series and is connected with the internal circulation branch pipe in parallel;
the three-way valve is provided with a water inlet end connected with the internal circulation main pipe, a first water outlet end connected with the internal circulation branch pipe and a second water outlet end connected with the heating pipeline;
the burner is used for heating the heat exchange section;
the plate heat exchanger is arranged on a pipeline of the internal circulation main pipe; and
the water pipeline for bathing is in heat exchange connection with the plate heat exchanger, and a return pipe is arranged on the water pipeline for bathing and is provided with a circulating pump.
And a water replenishing pipe is arranged between the bathing water pipeline and the internal circulation main pipe or the heating pipeline, and a water replenishing valve is arranged on the water replenishing pipe.
In order to prevent the water pipe from bursting caused by the blockage of the three-way valve, a safety pipeline which is connected with the three-way valve in parallel is arranged on the internal circulation main pipe, and a bypass valve which can be automatically opened under the condition that the three-way valve is blocked is arranged on the safety pipeline.
Furthermore, the inner circulation main pipe is provided with a drain pipe.
A control method of a heating and bathing dual-purpose furnace is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the dual-purpose furnace is in a small-load combustion state in a heating mode and supplies heat for heating; if no bathing requirement exists, the circulating water passes through the plate heat exchanger all the time, and the lowest temperature is the lowest heating temperature, so that the bathing water pipeline is continuously heated; when the water temperature in the bath water pipeline reaches the set temperature, the circulating pump is started to circulate the bath water, so that the water temperature in the bath water pipeline uniformly rises to achieve the effect of zero cold water; when a water faucet is opened in the heating process to trigger the requirement of bathing water, the bathing load is calculated through setting the temperature and the water flow, and the total load is obtained by adding the heating load, so that the gas flow is adjusted; the high-temperature water inlet and outlet plate type heat exchanger heats the bath water pipeline, the water flow is regulated through the flow regulating valve according to the temperature fed back by the bath water pipeline, so that the bath water temperature reaches a set value, and the residual heat passes through the water in the heating pipeline to achieve the purpose that each room continues to supply heat; and when the bathing water load and the heating load exceed the maximum load of the machine, the bathing function is preferentially met, and the redundant heat is supplied for heating.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: on the plate heat exchanger circulation trunk, no matter what mode, the bathing water can obtain heat from the circulation. Thus, the bath can be normally carried out in a single bath mode; after the bathing function is started in the winter heating mode, the circulating water can continue to heat the room after the bathing function is preferentially met; under the single heating mode, the bathing water can be circulated through the circulating pump to preheat the bathing water.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the dual-purpose stove for heating and bathing in this embodiment includes an internal circulation main pipe 1, an internal circulation branch pipe 32, a heating pipeline 6, a three-way valve 3, a burner 2, a plate heat exchanger 41 and a bathing water pipeline 5.
The internal circulation main pipe 1 is provided with a heat exchange section 11, and a water pump 12 and a flow regulating valve 16 are arranged on the pipeline; the inner circulation main pipe 1 is provided with a drain pipe 13, and the drain pipe 13 is provided with a drain valve 14. The internal circulation main pipe 1 is connected with an expansion water tank 15.
The internal circulation branch pipe 32 is communicated with the internal circulation main pipe 1 in series; the heating pipeline 6 is communicated with the internal circulation main pipe 1 in series and is connected with the internal circulation branch pipe 32 in parallel.
The three-way valve 3 is provided with a water inlet end connected with the internal circulation main pipe 1, a first water outlet end connected with the internal circulation branch pipe 32 and a second water outlet end connected with the heating pipeline 6; the burner 2 is used to heat the heat exchange section 11.
The plate heat exchanger 41 is arranged on the pipeline of the internal circulation main pipe 1; the water pipeline 5 for bathing is connected with the plate heat exchanger 41 in a heat exchange way, a return pipe 51 is arranged on the water pipeline 5 for bathing, and a circulating pump 52 is arranged on the return pipe 51. A water replenishing pipe 36 is arranged between the bath water pipeline 5 and the heating pipeline 6, and a water replenishing valve 35 is arranged on the water replenishing pipe 36.
The internal circulation main pipe 1 is provided with a safety pipeline 33 connected in parallel with the three-way valve 3, and the safety pipeline 33 is provided with a bypass valve 34 capable of automatically opening when the three-way valve 3 is blocked.

1. A heating and bathing dual-purpose furnace is characterized by comprising
The internal circulation main pipe (1) is provided with a heat exchange section (11), and a water pump and a flow regulating valve are arranged on a pipeline;
an internal circulation branch pipe (32) which is communicated with the internal circulation main pipe (1) in series;
a heating pipeline (6) which is communicated with the internal circulation main pipe (1) in series and is connected with the internal circulation branch pipe (32) in parallel;
a three-way valve (3) which is provided with a water inlet end connected with the internal circulation main pipe (1), a first water outlet end connected with the internal circulation branch pipe (32) and a second water outlet end connected with the heating pipeline (6);
a burner (2) for heating the heat exchange section (11);
a plate heat exchanger (41) provided on the pipe of the internal circulation main pipe (1); and
and a water pipe (5) for bathing, which is connected with the plate heat exchanger (41) in a heat exchange manner, wherein a return pipe (51) is arranged on the water pipe (5) for bathing, and a circulating pump (52) is arranged on the return pipe (51).

The dual-purpose stove for heating and bathing according to claim 1, characterized in that a water replenishing pipe (36) is arranged between the water pipe for bathing (5) and the main internal circulation pipe (1) or the heating pipe (6), and a water replenishing valve (35) is arranged on the water replenishing pipe (36).

The dual-purpose stove for heating and bathing according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner circulation main pipe (1) is provided with a safety pipeline (33) which is connected with the three-way valve (3) in parallel, and the safety pipeline (33) is provided with a bypass valve (34) which can be automatically opened when the three-way valve (3) is blocked.

the dual-purpose furnace is in a small-load combustion state in a heating mode and supplies heat for heating; if no bathing requirement exists, the circulating water passes through the plate heat exchanger all the time, and the lowest temperature is the lowest heating temperature, so that the bathing water pipeline is continuously heated; when the water temperature in the bath water pipeline reaches the set temperature, the circulating pump is started to circulate the bath water, so that the water temperature in the bath water pipeline uniformly rises to achieve the effect of zero cold water; when a water faucet is opened in the heating process to trigger the requirement of bathing water, the bathing load is calculated through setting the temperature and the water flow, and the total load is obtained by adding the heating load, so that the gas flow is adjusted; the high-temperature water inlet and outlet plate type heat exchanger heats the bath water pipeline, the water flow is regulated through the flow regulating valve according to the temperature fed back by the bath water pipeline, so that the bath water temperature reaches a set value, and the residual heat passes through the water in the heating pipeline to achieve the purpose that each room continues to supply heat; and when the bathing water load and the heating load exceed the maximum load of the machine, the bathing function is preferentially met, and the redundant heat is supplied for heating.
