A cogeneration system usually includes a heat generator combined with a power generator driven by a gas engine, a fuel cell, etc., and uses heat generated when power is generated by the heat generator. The hot water is heated, and the heated hot water is stored in a hot water storage tank.
As one form of such a cogeneration system, there is known one in which a heat source device that heats a heating medium circulating through a heating medium circulation path to a heating radiator is also provided (see Patent Document 1).
In the technology described in
As a result, the heat generated in the cogeneration system can be supplied to the heating radiator on the heat source unit side of the cogeneration system.
In the cogeneration system as described above, from the viewpoint of improving thermal efficiency, based on information on the heating load (heating target temperature, etc.) of the heating operation, the circulation state of hot water circulating in the hot water circulation flow path, It is preferable that the respective operation states on the cogeneration system side and the heat source unit side are controlled so as to adjust the heating state of the heat medium.
However, as in the technique disclosed in the above cited
The present invention has been made paying attention to such a point, and an object thereof is to provide a cogeneration system in which a heat source device for heating a heat medium circulated to a heating radiator is provided in the main body, and the cogeneration system. It is in the point which improves the thermal efficiency as the whole system in a heating installation.

In order to achieve the above object, the cogeneration system of the present invention comprises:
The heat medium received from the heat source unit side heat medium receiving part is heated to a preset heating air heating medium temperature, and the heated heat medium is discharged from the heat source unit side heat medium discharge part and heated in the heating circulation path. It is attached to the heat source machine that can perform the heating operation leading to the radiator,
A cogeneration unit that generates electric power and heat;
A hot water storage tank for storing hot water heated by heat generated in the combined heat and power unit;
Circulating hot water to an exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger that recovers the heat generated in the combined heat and power supply section, and circulating the hot water to the hot water storage tank;
In the heating circuit, between the main body side heat medium receiving part that receives the heat medium after passing through the heating radiator and the main body side heat medium receiving part connected to the heat source unit side heat medium receiving part. A heat medium flow path through which the heat medium flows,
A heat exchanger for heating that exchanges heat between the hot water flowing through the hot water circulation path and the heat medium flowing through the heat medium flow path;
It is a cogeneration system with a main body side control unit that controls operation, and its characteristic configuration is
The heating circulation path is provided with a main body side heat medium flow path that takes out a predetermined flow rate from the circulating heat medium and returns it to the circulating heat medium after being guided to the heating heat exchanger on the main body side,
A main body side communication unit that communicates with a heat source unit side communication unit provided in the heat source unit ,
Heat discharged from the heat source unit side heat medium discharge unit in the heating operation from the heat source unit side control unit provided in the heat source unit via the main unit side communication unit and the heat source unit side communication unit Hot water circulation state for receiving the target temperature related information related to the target temperature of the discharge temperature of the medium and controlling the hot water circulation state for circulating hot water through the heating heat exchanger of the hot water circulation path based on the target temperature related information The point is to execute the control.
According to the above characteristic configuration, the main body side of the cogeneration system receives the target temperature related information related to the target temperature of the heating operation from the heat source unit side control unit provided in the heat source unit via the main unit side communication unit and the heat source unit side communication unit. Since the hot water circulation state is controlled on the main body side based on the received target temperature-related information, the hot water circulation state is determined only by simple heating operation ON / OFF information. In addition, it is possible to control in a state including the target temperature of the heating operation.
For example, when it can be determined from the target temperature related information of the heating operation that a relatively large amount of heat is necessary (the heating load is high), the hot water circulation flow rate flowing through the heating heat exchanger is increased, and the heating heat exchange is performed. By supplying a large amount of heat to the heat medium with the vessel, the heating of the heat medium in the heat source device can be reduced, and the consumption of fuel can be reduced by the reduction of the heating.
On the other hand, when it can be determined from the target temperature related information of the heating operation that relatively little heat is required (heating load is low), the hot water circulation flow rate through the heating heat exchanger is reduced, and the temperature of the heat medium is set. It is possible to prevent the heating medium having a temperature exceeding the target temperature from being led to the heating radiator, prevent the room temperature and the floor temperature from rising more than necessary, and improve comfort.
Moreover, the part which reduced the hot water circulation flow rate which flows through the heat exchanger for heating is stored in a hot water storage tank, and energy can be improved by supplying the heat to the subsequent heat demand.
As described above, according to the present invention, the heat efficiency of the entire system can be improved in the case where the main body of the cogeneration system is provided with the heat source device for heating the heat medium circulated to the heating radiator.
In the present application, unless otherwise specified, the combined heat and power supply unit is in an operating state, heat recovery by hot water is performed in the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger, and passes through the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger. It is assumed that the temperature of the subsequent hot water is maintained at the hot water storage target temperature.
Usually, the flow rate of the heat medium flowing through the heating circuit is determined by the heating load (the number of operating and types of heating radiators) in the heating radiator connected to the heating circuit. Therefore, if the total flow rate of the heat medium is guided to the heating heat exchanger side, the flow rate of the heat medium flowing through the heating heat exchanger cannot be adjusted. As a result, the amount of heat recovered by the heating heat exchanger and the temperature of the heating medium at the outlet of the heating heat exchanger cannot be adjusted by controlling the flow rate of the heating medium.
According to the above characteristic configuration, since the main body side heat medium flow path for taking out the circulating heat medium and leading it to the heating heat exchanger side is provided, the flow rate of the heat medium to be passed to the heating heat exchanger Can be controlled.
As a result, the total flow rate of the heating medium flowing through the heating circulation path is maintained regardless of the circulating flow rate of the heating medium while maintaining the state controlled by the heating load (the number of operating heating radiators, etc.). The amount of heat recovered by the heating heat exchanger and the temperature of the heating medium at the outlet of the heating heat exchanger are determined by the heating medium passing through the main body side heating medium flow path. It can be adjusted by controlling the predetermined flow rate.
A further characteristic configuration of the cogeneration system according to the present invention is as follows.
Heat medium flow state control for fixing a flow rate of the heat medium that takes out a predetermined flow rate from the circulating heat medium and leads to the heating heat exchanger on the main body side to be equal to or higher than a total circulation flow rate of the heat medium circulating in the heating radiator It is in the point provided with a means.
According to the above characteristic configuration, the flow rate of the heat medium that leads to the heating heat exchanger on the main body side is fixed to be equal to or higher than the total flow rate of the heat medium that leads to the heating radiator. The heat medium discharge temperature and the heat medium temperature received by the heat source unit side heat medium receiving unit are the same, so the discharge temperature of the heat medium discharged from the main body side heat medium discharge unit is the target temperature. Can perform relatively simple control.

A further characteristic configuration of the cogeneration system according to the present invention is as follows.
A heat medium flow state control means for variably controlling the flow rate of the heat medium that takes out a predetermined flow rate from the circulating heat medium and leads it to the heating heat exchanger on the main body side is provided.
According to the above characteristic configuration, since the flow rate of the heat medium passing through the heating heat exchanger can be variably set, in addition to the control of the exchange heat amount by the hot water circulation state control, the heat medium and hot water are controlled by the heat medium flow state control. The temperature can be controlled. Thereby, the degree of freedom of temperature control is increased both in the heating operation in which the combined heat and power unit is operating and in the heat storage and heating operation in which the combined heat and power unit is stopped.

A further characteristic configuration of the cogeneration system according to the present invention is as follows.
The heat medium flow state control means is:
When the discharge temperature of the heat medium discharged from the main body side heat medium discharge portion is lower than the target temperature, the heat medium flow rate leading to the heating heat exchanger on the main body side is decreased,
When the discharge temperature of the heat medium discharged from the main body side heat medium discharge section exceeds the target temperature, the heat medium flow rate leading to the heating heat exchanger on the main body side is increased.
According to the above characteristic configuration, the heat medium flow state control means is configured such that, when the discharge temperature of the heat medium discharged from the main body side heat medium discharge section is lower than the target temperature, the heat medium flow rate that leads to the heating heat exchanger on the main body side Can be reduced, the temperature of the heating medium can be increased, and the temperature can be brought close to the target temperature.
On the other hand, when the discharge temperature of the heat medium discharged from the main body side heat medium discharge section exceeds the target temperature, the flow rate of the heat medium leading to the heat exchanger for heating on the main body side is increased, the temperature of the heat medium is decreased, and the target temperature Can be approached.

A further characteristic configuration of the cogeneration system according to the present invention is as follows.
The hot water circulation path is disposed so that a part of hot water whose exhaust heat has been recovered by the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger is stored in the hot water storage tank and the other part can be passed to the heating heat exchanger. And
As the hot water circulation state control, a hot water flow rate ratio control means capable of adjusting a flow rate ratio between a hot water flow rate stored in the hot water storage tank and a hot water flow rate passing through the heating heat exchanger is provided,
When the discharge temperature of the heat medium discharged from the main body side heat medium discharge unit is lower than the target temperature, the hot water flow rate control means reduces the flow rate of hot water stored in the hot water storage tank, and the heating heat Increase the flow rate of hot water passing through the exchanger,
When the discharge temperature of the heat medium discharged from the main body side heat medium discharge unit exceeds the target temperature, the hot water flow rate ratio control means increases the flow rate of hot water stored in the hot water storage tank, and the heating heat The point is to reduce the flow rate of hot water passing through the exchanger.
According to the above characteristic configuration, when the discharge temperature of the heat medium discharged from the main body side heat medium discharge unit is lower than the target temperature, the heating load is larger than the amount of heat recovered by the heat medium at that time. The flow rate of hot water stored in the tank is decreased and the flow rate of hot water passing through the heating heat exchanger is increased. Thereby, the amount of heat recovered by the heat medium passing through the heating heat exchanger can be increased.
On the other hand, when the discharge temperature of the heat medium discharged from the main body side heat medium discharge unit exceeds the target temperature, the heating load is stored in the hot water storage tank because it is smaller than the amount of heat recovered by the heat medium at that time. While increasing the flow rate of hot water, the flow rate of hot water passing through the heat exchanger for heating is decreased. Thereby, the amount of heat recovered by the heat medium passing through the heating heat exchanger can be reduced.

Due to the configuration of the heat source machine, the target temperature of the heat medium guided to the heating radiator in the heating operation may not be received on the main body side of the cogeneration system. In this case, the target temperature in the heating operation cannot be known from the main body side of the cogeneration system.
On the other hand, in the heat source unit, the heating medium discharge temperature from the heat source unit side heat medium discharging unit during heating operation, and heating medium heating in the heating operation in which heating and non-heating of the heating medium are controlled ON-OFF The start time and the heating stop time of the heating medium can be known from the main body side of the cogeneration system.
Accordingly, in the present invention, the discharge temperature of the heat medium from the heat source machine side heat medium discharge part at the heating start time and the discharge temperature of the heat medium from the heat source machine side heat medium discharge part at the heating stop time. The temperature in between is estimated as the target temperature of the heating operation. Thereby, even when the target temperature of the heat medium guided to the heating radiator in the heating operation cannot be known on the main body side of the cogeneration system, the target temperature is appropriately estimated, and the target temperature Based on the above, hot water circulation state control can be executed.

A further characteristic configuration of the cogeneration system according to the present invention is as follows.
The main body side control unit receives information that the heating operation is the low temperature heating operation as the target temperature related information from the heat source unit side control unit via the main body side communication unit and the heat source unit side communication unit. If acquired,
The main body side control unit directly receives the low temperature side target temperature as the target temperature related information, or determines that the target temperature is any one of a plurality of low temperature side target temperatures stored in advance. It is in.
According to the above characteristic configuration, the main body side control unit directly receives the low temperature side target temperature as the target temperature related information when receiving information that the heating operation is the low temperature heating operation as the target temperature related information. The low temperature heating operation can be executed based on the low temperature side target temperature.
In addition, when receiving information that the heating operation is the low temperature heating operation as the target temperature related information, the main body side control unit estimates that the target temperature is any one of a plurality of low temperature side target temperatures stored in advance. This makes the determination easier.
A further characteristic configuration of the cogeneration system according to the present invention is as follows.
When the non-heating time, which is the time during which the heat medium is not heated by the heat source device, exceeds the non-heating determination elapsed time, the main body side control unit is to determine that the target temperature has been changed to a lower side. .
As described above, the target temperature is estimated from the discharge temperature of the heat medium from the heat source machine side heat medium discharge part at the heating start time and the discharge temperature of the heat medium from the heat source machine side heat medium discharge part at the time of heating stop. When the target temperature is changed to a lower side by the user or the like, the hot water circulation state control is executed based on the target temperature estimated before the change. Therefore, the discharge temperature of the heat medium from the heat source unit side heat medium discharge unit is maintained in a state higher than the changed target temperature. In such a situation, since heating in the heat source device is not executed, the main body side of the cogeneration system cannot receive the heating start time and cannot estimate a new target temperature.
Therefore, in the above characteristic configuration, assuming such a situation, if the non-heating time in the heat source machine exceeds the non-heating determination elapsed time, it is determined that the target temperature in the heat source machine has been changed to the lower side. To do.
The main body side control unit executes hot water circulation state control based on the determination.

Therefore, in the following, after explaining the hot water supply operation and the hot water storage operation, the heating operation that does not store the exhaust heat and the heating operation that stores a part of the exhaust heat will be described, and then the high temperature heating operation, the low temperature heating operation, and the heating by heat storage will be described. The operation will be described.

As shown in FIG. 3, the so-called hot water storage operation for storing hot water W heated by the heat generated by the combined heat and

Furthermore, in this hot water storage operation, the temperature of the hot water W heated by the exhaust heat
Specifically, the hot water W heated by the exhaust heat

The main body

The main body

Here, when the flow rate of the heat medium H is minimized, the reached temperature may not reach the high temperature side target temperature. In this case, the heat medium H is heated to the high temperature side target temperature by the

Furthermore, if the heat discharge temperature does not drop to the target temperature, it is determined that the amount of recovered heat is excessive, and the

Thereafter, the system waits for a certain period of time until the temperature state of the hot water W and the heat medium H in the
At this time, even if the main body side heat transfer medium temperature, which is the output temperature of the heat transfer medium H in the

When the main body side heat output medium temperature, which is the output temperature of the heat medium H in the

Here, in this embodiment, if the flow rate of the heat medium H passing through the
That is, it is preferable that the total flow rate of the heating medium H returned from the
Here, since the total flow rate of the heating medium H returned from the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the heating load is small, that is, when the flow rate of the heat medium returned from the
In the process of # 04, the flow rate of the heating medium H passing through the
In other words, when the flow rate of the heat medium H passing through the
As described above, the heat that passes through the
On the other hand, when the heating load is large, the total flow rate of the heating medium H returned from the
Therefore, when the heating load is large, even if the flow rate of hot water passing through the
[Second Embodiment]
2nd Embodiment of the
The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the arrangement form of the flow path through which the heat medium H flows, that is, the circulation state of the heat medium H. Hereinafter, changes from the first embodiment will be described, and the same components as those in the first embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.
In the first embodiment, after the heating medium H returning to the
On the other hand, in the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the heat medium H returning to the
In the second embodiment, with this configuration, the entire flow rate of the heating medium H that passes through the
In the case of adopting such a configuration, the flow rate of the heating medium H flowing through the
For this reason, in the said 2nd Embodiment, each control of the heating operation by high temperature heating operation, low temperature heating operation, and heat storage differs from the thing of 1st Embodiment. Therefore, hereinafter, the control of these operations will be described based on the control flow diagrams of FIGS. 15 to 17 with reference to schematic configuration diagrams of the cogeneration system shown in FIGS.

(Low temperature heating operation)
Also in the low-temperature heating operation in the second embodiment, as shown in the schematic configuration of FIGS. 12 and 13, the main body
Hereinafter, the control flow of the low temperature side heating operation including the estimation of the low temperature side target temperature will be described based on the control flow of FIG. 16 with reference to the schematic configuration of the cogeneration system of FIGS.

In the heating operation by the heat storage, the target temperature is estimated by the same control as in the low-temperature heating operation, and the following control flow shows the control after the target temperature is estimated. To do.
