In this embodiment, the number and power of the UV-LED lamp beads 101 can be flexibly set according to the specific application scenario of the sterilization apparatus. For example, for a general household sterilization device, 9 UV-LED lamp beads may be disposed on the light source plate, and for a medical grade sterilization device, the number of UV-LED lamp beads may be increased to 25. Obviously, the larger the power and the larger the quantity of the UV-LED lamp beads are, the larger the irradiation dose of deep ultraviolet rays is during sterilization.
Specifically, the UV-LED light source can emit deep ultraviolet light with the wavelength of UVC wave band (200-280 nm), the deep ultraviolet light can penetrate cell walls and spores of microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, molds and the like, and the molecular structure of deoxyribonucleic acid or ribonucleic acid in cells of a microorganism organism is destroyed to ensure that the growing cells and/or the regenerative cells die, so that the sterilization effect is achieved. Compared with the traditional ultraviolet mercury lamp, the UV-LED lamp has the advantages that no residue is generated when the UV-LED lamp is used for sterilization, and no heavy metal pollution is caused due to the breakage of the lampshade, so that the UV-LED lamp is safer to use and can be suitable for any occasions.
Further, the arrangement of the UV-LED beads 101 on the light source board 102 can be flexibly adjusted according to the required killing area. Referring to fig. 5, when the number of the UV-LED lamp beads is 9, the lamp beads may be arranged in 3 × 3, and the arrangement may uniformly distribute the lamp beads on the light source plate, and increase the sterilizing area by fully using the light source plate, thereby improving the sterilizing efficiency. Of course, in practical application, the lamp beads can be arranged in a triangular shape or a circular shape according to requirements, and this is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, in the portable sterilization apparatus provided by the embodiment of the application, the heat sink 103 and the fan 104 are simultaneously arranged in the main body casing 20, so that the sterilization equipment can quickly dissipate heat in the operation process, and the problem that the service life of the sterilization apparatus is affected due to poor heat dissipation is effectively solved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 4, the portable sterilization device further includes a detachable reflective cup 109;
one side of the detachable light reflecting cup 109, which faces the UV-LED lamp bead 101, is provided with a first magnet 110, the lampshade 10 is provided with a second magnet 111, and the detachable light reflecting cup 109 is fixed with the lampshade 10 through the first magnet 110 and the second magnet 111.
Specifically, one side of the detachable reflection cup 109 facing the UV-LED lamp bead 101 is provided with a first groove, the first magnet 110 is fixed in the first groove through a screw, the lamp shade 10 is provided with a second groove, and the second magnet 111 is fixed in the second groove through glue. When the reflective cup 109 is installed, only the first magnet 110 and the second magnet 111 need to be attracted, and the operation is very simple. In some other embodiments of the present application, the first magnet and the first groove may be fixed in other manners, and are not limited to screw fixation; the second magnet and the second groove are not limited to the glue fixing manner, and other feasible fixing manners can be adopted, which is not specifically limited in the present application.
In this embodiment, the user can calibrate the sterilization distance by using the reflective cup 109 during sterilization. Illustratively, if the height of the reflector cup is 50mm, it means that the virus can be effectively killed if the sterilizing device is properly used within the sterilizing distance. After the user installs detachable anti-light cup on main body cover, can aim at anti-light cup at the object that needs disinfect, make the dark ultraviolet light that UV-LED lamp pearl sent shine the object surface through the light-emitting window. It can be understood that if the object to be sterilized is small in size, the reflecting cup can be directly covered on the object during sterilization, which is equivalent to forming a sterilization cavity, and the sterilization effect is further improved.
