Abstract
The invention discloses a ventilation pipe joint which is used for connecting a male joint of an engine, wherein a boss is arranged at the tail end of the male joint and comprises a joint main body and a clamping sleeve, the clamping sleeve is sleeved on the joint main body, when the male joint is connected with the ventilation pipe joint, the male joint is positioned between the joint main body and the clamping sleeve, a barb is arranged on the inner surface of the clamping sleeve and is used for being clamped and matched with the boss, a sealing ring is arranged at one end, close to the clamping sleeve, of the outer surface of the joint main body, and the sealing ring is used for being in extrusion contact with the male joint. During the assembly, the male joint can be directly inserted into the ventilation pipe joint, and the barb blocks the male joint, can not be pulled out, so that the quick installation is realized, and the assembly is simple. It should be noted that the vent pipe can be adhered to the surface of the joint main body 1, or the vent pipe can be sleeved on the joint main body 1 and then bound and fixed by using metal wires, and the annular convex edge 14 improves the fixing effect between the vent pipe and the joint main body 1. And because the existence of annular fin 14, after the ventilation pipe is fixed, annular boss 14 can form a sealing washer, has strengthened the gas tightness between ventilation pipe and the joint main part 1.

in addition, under the condition of limited production conditions, the production precision of the barb 23 and the limiting ring 15 cannot be achieved, and the barb 23 and the limiting ring 15 cannot be well clamped on the boss 31, so that after the male connector 3 is assembled, a certain gap exists between the barb 23 and the limiting ring 15 and the male connector 3, and the gap can cause relative displacement between the male connector and the ventilation pipe connector, so that the connection air tightness is affected.
In order to improve the air tightness, the elastic ring 13 can push the male connector 3 in the opposite direction after the male connector 3 is installed, so that the connection between the male connector 3 and the ventilation pipe connector is more stable, and the air tightness is improved.
In the present embodiment, an annular chamber is provided inside the elastic ring 13, and the annular chamber is filled with gas. In other embodiments, the annular cavity may also be filled with springs, such as small springs.
