After the wall board is installed, the front face of the wall board faces a user; if the wallboard is collided, collision force is applied to the front face of the wallboard and faces to the rear solid fixture; therefore, the adjusting rod I13 can be adjusted to be abutted against the solid fixture, so that the solid fixture provides supporting force for the centering framework 11 through the adjusting rod I13, the wallboard can be effectively supported and positioned, and the situations that the wallboard is sunken and collapsed due to lack of reasonable support when being impacted can be avoided.
Preferably, the middle framework is provided with a first sliding channel along the length direction of the middle framework; a first channel opening is formed in one side wall of the sliding channel; the channel opening is positioned at the back side of the middle framework; at least one slidable sliding fixing block I is arranged in the sliding channel I; a first adjusting mounting hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the first channel opening, of the first sliding fixing block; one end of the first adjusting rod is adjustably arranged in the first adjusting mounting hole to be connected with the middle framework through the first sliding fixing block, and the other end of the first adjusting rod extends to the outside of the first sliding channel from the first channel opening. Because the actual construction often has the condition that a solid fixture (such as a solid wall) is not flat, the invention can set the number and the height of the first sliding fixing block and the first adjusting rod according to the construction requirement, and the height of the first adjusting rod is adjusted by adjusting the position of the first sliding fixing block in the first sliding channel, so that the supporting position between the middle framework and the solid fixture is adjusted, and the flexible installation is convenient to match the construction site condition.
The first sliding fixing block is slidably arranged in the first sliding channel, and is in interference fit with the first sliding channel, or is provided with a barb structure; the first sliding fixing block can slide in the first sliding channel under certain external force to adjust the height, and after the height is adjusted, the first sliding fixing block is fixed in the first sliding channel by the first sliding fixing block.
EXAMPLE III
This embodiment describes a wall, as shown in fig. 3, comprising the above-described hidden connecting wall panel; in the hidden connection type wallboard, a head end wallboard body 2 and a tail end wallboard body 2 are respectively fixed with an entity fixture through an angle skeleton; the upper end and the lower end of the hidden connection type wallboard are respectively and directly fixed with an entity fixture or fixed with the entity fixture through a mounting groove structure.
The fixing with the solid fixture through the mounting groove structure means that: the device also comprises an upper base and a lower base which are connected with the solid fixture; the upper base and the lower base are respectively provided with a mounting groove, and the upper end and the lower end of the hidden connection type wallboard are respectively inserted in the mounting grooves; or the upper end and the lower end of the hidden connection type wall plate are respectively provided with a mounting groove, and the mounting grooves are respectively clamped with the upper base and the lower base to realize the fixation with the solid fixture.
In practical application, the head end wall plate body 2 and the tail end wall plate body 2 are respectively and directly fixed with a solid fixed object. The direct fixing mode can be the existing direct fixing mode such as gluing.
In the wall body, the middle framework 11 is embedded between the connecting surfaces of the adjacent wall body 2 to connect the adjacent wall body 2; the space between the wallboard body 2 and a rear solid fixture can be reduced, even the space between partial positions can approach zero, and the space utilization rate is effectively improved; and the leveling operation is convenient and fast, and the rapid installation is facilitated.
Example four
This embodiment describes a finishing structure, shown in fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6(a) to fig. 6(c), fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9(a) to fig. 9(c), fig. 10 to fig. 15, comprising a floor module 3 and a plurality of walls; wherein at least one wall body adopts the hidden connection type wall board in the first embodiment or the second embodiment; for example, in this embodiment, a plurality of walls are the hidden connecting wall panels described in the second embodiment, and the remaining walls are single integral wall panels. In practical application, the wall body can also adopt the hidden connection type wall board in the first embodiment.
The ground component 3 is directly arranged on the solid ground or arranged on the solid ground through a frame body. The ground component 3 is provided with a mounting groove 321; the lower ends of the wall bodies are respectively inserted in the mounting grooves 321; the adjacent two walls are connected by internal corners through internal corner frameworks 51, or connected by external corners through external corner frameworks 61; the internal corner framework 51 and the external corner framework 61 are connected with the wall body in a clamping groove mode.
Two side surfaces of the internal corner framework 51, which are far away from the two wall bodies, are respectively connected with a second adjusting rod 52 with adjustable extension length, so that the internal corner framework 51, the hidden connection type wall plate and the solid fixture are positioned and fixed by adjusting the second adjusting rod 52 to abut against the solid fixture.
The preferred scheme is as follows: the internal corner framework 51 is provided with at least two sliding channels II 55 along the length direction of the internal corner framework 51; a second channel opening 56 is formed in the side wall of each second sliding channel 55; the second channel openings 56 are respectively positioned on two side surfaces of the internal corner framework 51 far away from the two walls; at least one sliding fixed block II 53 capable of sliding is arranged in each sliding channel II 55; a second adjusting mounting hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the second channel opening 56, of the second sliding fixing block 53; one end of the second adjusting rod 52 is adjustably arranged in the second adjusting mounting hole, and the other end of the second adjusting rod 52 extends from the second channel opening 56 to the outside of the second sliding channel 55.
The decoration structure is firstly provided with the ground component 3 and then the wall body; the wall body installation means: the wall body is positioned on the ground component through the mounting groove structure, and the wall body is clamped and fixed through the internal corner frameworks and/or the external corner frameworks on the two sides of the wall body. The common clamping of the wall body through the internal corner frameworks and/or the external corner frameworks at two sides of the wall body means that: the two sides of the wall body are positioned and fixed with the entity fixture through the internal corner framework, or are positioned and fixed with the adjacent wall body through the external corner framework, or one side of the wall body is positioned and fixed with the entity fixture through the internal corner framework, and the other side of the wall body is positioned and fixed with the adjacent wall body through the external corner framework.
When the installed wall is a hidden connection type wallboard, the following installation steps can be referred to:
first step, skeleton 11 in reentrant corner skeleton 51/external corner skeleton 61, the head end wallboard body 2 and the installation that is located the head end: determine whether the head end is the inside corner skeleton 51 or the outside corner skeleton 61:
if the head end is the internal corner framework 51, firstly positioning and fixing the internal corner framework 51, the ground component 3 and the solid fixture, then installing the head end wallboard body 2 and a middle framework 11 on the installation groove 321 of the ground component 3, respectively connecting two sides of the head end wallboard body 2 with the internal corner framework 51 and the middle framework 11, and leveling and positioning the head end wallboard body 2; a second adjusting rod 52 of the first-end internal corner framework 51 is contacted with the solid fixed object, and a first adjusting rod 13 connected with the middle framework 11 is contacted with the solid fixed object, so that the first-end wallboard body is leveled and positioned;
if the head end is the external corner framework 61, the head end wallboard body 2 and one middle framework 11 are arranged on the installation groove 321 of the ground component 3, and two sides of the head end wallboard body 2 are respectively connected with the external corner framework 61 and the middle framework 11; a first adjusting rod 13 connected with the middle framework 11 is contacted with the solid fixed object, so that the head end wallboard body is leveled and positioned;
secondly, mounting the rear wallboard body 2 and the rear middle framework 11; installing the rear wallboard body 2 and the rear middle framework 11 on the installation groove 321 of the ground component 3, respectively connecting two sides of the rear wallboard body 2 with the front middle framework 11 and the rear middle framework 11, and adjusting the adjusting rod 13 connected with the rear middle framework 11 to enable the adjusting rod to be in contact with the solid fixed object, so that the rear wallboard body 2 is leveled and positioned; repeatedly executing the steps to enable the wall board bodies 2 and the middle frameworks 11 to be sequentially installed one by one until the middle framework 11 closest to the tail end wall board body 2 is installed;
thirdly, installing the tail end wallboard body 2 and the internal corner framework 51/external corner framework 61 positioned at the tail end: mounting the tail end wallboard body 2 and the internal corner framework 51/external corner framework 61 positioned at the tail end on the mounting groove 321 of the ground component 3, so that two sides of the tail end wallboard body 2 are respectively connected with the previous middle framework 11 and the internal corner framework 51/external corner framework 61; judging whether the tail end is a reentrant corner skeleton 51 or an external corner skeleton 61:
if the tail end is the external corner framework 61, the hidden connection type wallboard installation is completed;
if the tail end is the internal corner framework 51, positioning and fixing the internal corner framework 51 and a solid fixture: the adjusting rod 52 connected with the internal corner framework 51 is contacted with the solid fixed object, and the hidden connection type wallboard installation is completed.
Two side surfaces of the internal corner framework are connected with a second adjusting rod; if the wallboard body can not be shielded and the adjusting rod II can not be adjusted due to the limited construction space, the adjusting rod II can be adjusted in advance and then the internal corner framework can be installed.
And when the next wall body is installed, the internal corner framework 51/external corner framework 61 of the installed wall body is used as the internal corner framework 51/external corner framework 61 of the head end of the next wall body, the next wall body is installed, and finally all the wall bodies of the decoration structure are installed.
Generally, a door body 81 is arranged on at least one wall body in the decoration structure, the wall body with the door body 81 is used as the finally installed wall body, and when the wall body is installed, the middle framework and the wall plate body are installed, so that a door body installation space is reserved; and finally, fixing the wallboard body by using a door frame of the door body.
The benefits of this design are: the middle framework 11 and the ground component 3 are not fixedly connected, so that the problems that the position deviation of the wallboard body 2, the angle deflection of the wallboard body 2, the gap inconsistency between the wallboard bodies 2, the wallboard body 2 cannot be installed and the like caused by errors in the installation position of the middle framework 11 can be solved; the installation and leveling operation of the wall board body 2 are simple and convenient, and the installation efficiency can be effectively improved.
In the decoration structure of the invention, the middle framework 11 can be inserted into the positioning groove 321 for positioning and is positioned by the adjacent wall board body 2; it may be positioned by the adjacent wall panel body 2 only without being inserted into the positioning groove 321. The middle framework 11 is embedded between the connecting surfaces of the adjacent wall board bodies 2 to connect the adjacent wall board bodies 2; the space between the wallboard body 2 and a rear solid fixture can be reduced, even the space between partial positions can tend to zero, and the space utilization rate is effectively improved.
The first adjusting rod 13 connected with the back side of the middle framework 11 can be adjusted to assist in positioning and fixing of the wall. The adjusting mounting hole I and the adjusting rod I13, and the adjusting mounting hole II and the adjusting rod II 52 are in adjustable connection in an internal thread and external thread mode. Constructors can twist tightly or loosen the first adjusting rod and the second adjusting rod through common tools such as a wrench, so that the first adjusting rod and the second adjusting rod are adjusted in length, and the operation is simple and convenient. In practical application, other existing connection modes can be adopted between the first adjusting mounting hole and the first adjusting rod 13 and between the second adjusting mounting hole and the second adjusting rod 52, and only the extension length adjustment is realized.
The preferred scheme is as follows: the internal width of the clamping groove 54 of the internal corner framework 51 and the internal width of the clamping groove 62 of the external corner framework 61 are matched with the thickness of the wallboard body 2; wallboard body 2 and the side border of reentrant corner skeleton 51 draw-in groove 54/external corner skeleton 61 draw-in groove 62 joint can be made through the plane cutting, is convenient for carry out on-the-spot saw of cutting according to installation space, can improve the efficiency of construction.
In order to enhance the waterproof performance, sealing strips 18 are preferably arranged between the wallboard body 2 and the middle framework 11, the external corner framework 61 and the internal corner framework 51.
In the space of the water and electricity, the space between the wall body and the solid fixture can be wider, so that the adjusting rod is installed in a preferable mode: as shown in fig. 7, further comprises an extension adjustment assembly 7; the extension adjusting assembly 7 comprises an adjusting fixed seat 71, an adjusting foot 72 and an adjusting fixed part; the adjusting fixed seat 71 is connected with the middle framework 11 through an adjusting rod I13, or the adjusting fixed seat 71 is connected with the internal corner framework 51 through an adjusting rod II 52; the adjusting foot 72 is adjustably connected with the adjusting fixing seat 71 to adjust the extending length, for example, the adjusting foot and the adjusting fixing seat are connected by internal and external threads. The adjusting and fixing component can realize the fixation of the adjusting foot and the solid fixture, and ensure that the position of the adjusting foot cannot move, thereby ensuring that the supporting function of the adjusting foot on the central skeleton/internal corner skeleton is effective for a long time. The preferred scheme is as follows: the adjusting and fixing part comprises a fixing piece 73 and a fixing connecting piece 74 for being installed with a solid fixture; the fixing piece is provided with a first fixing mounting hole for mounting the adjusting foot and a second fixing mounting hole for mounting the fixing connecting piece.
And the wall body, the ground component and the internal corner framework and/or the external corner framework adopt a waterproof connecting structure. Specifically, the floor panel 31 includes a floor panel body 311, a floor flange 312, and a water blocking wall 313; the floor flange 312 is arranged on the floor body 311, so that the floor body 311 and the floor flange 312 form a water retaining space together; the floor flange 312 forms a bearing surface; the water blocking wall 313 is disposed outside the bearing surface.
The bearing surface comprises a low drainage area 3122 and a bearing positioning area 3121; the height of the highest point of the bearing and positioning area 3121 is greater than the height of the highest point of the low-level drainage area 3122; the bearing and positioning area 3121 is provided with a groove 3123; each water bar 32 is fixed on the bearing and positioning area 3121 through a groove 3123; the low drain region 3122 communicates with the water blocking space. The highest point height of the water retaining wall 313 is more than that of the water retaining strip 32. When water flows onto the bearing surface, the water can flow out through the low-level drainage area 3122, and the water is prevented from overflowing out of the water retaining wall 313.
The water bar 32 is provided with an installation groove 321 with an upward opening; the internal corner framework 51 and the external corner framework 61 are respectively positioned above the corner positions of the bearing surface; the wallboard body 2 is positioned and fixed through the mounting groove 321 of the water bar 32 and the internal corner framework 51/external corner framework 61.
Each of the external corner framework 61 and the internal corner framework 51 comprises a corner framework body, an inner side clamping strip connected to the inner side of the corner framework body and an outer side clamping strip connected to the outer side of the corner framework body; a clamping groove for clamping the wallboard body 2 is formed between the inner side clamping strip and the outer side clamping strip. The outer clamping strip is supported on the supporting surface; the bottom end of the outer clamping strip protrudes out of the angle skeleton body, so that a second gap is reserved between the angle skeleton body and the bearing surface; a gap I is reserved between the inner clamping strip and the floor flange 312 to form a drainage port 3124; the inner side clamping strip and the outer side clamping strip are respectively attached to the end part of the water retaining strip 32 so as to be mutually positioned.
The low-level drainage region 3122 is positioned at any corner position or at more than two corner positions of the bearing surface; the rest of the bearing surface is a bearing positioning area 3121. In each corner position of the bearing surface of the embodiment, all the internal corner positions are the low-level drainage areas 3122, and the external corner positions are still the bearing positioning areas 3121; in practical application, one or more of the internal corner position and the external corner position may be a low-level drainage region, or all of the internal corner position and the external corner position may be low-level drainage regions.
The inside corner frame 51/the outside corner frame 61 located above the low drain region 3122 is left with a gap from the floor flange 312 to form a drain port 3124 for the low drain region 3122 to communicate with the water retaining space. When water flows in from the gap between the angle frame and the wall plate body 2, the water can be discharged from the water outlet.
The installation groove 32 communicates with the water retaining space through a drainage passage. The drainage channel adopts any one or more than two of the following three schemes:
first, the mounting groove 321 is provided with a drain hole 324; the water discharge hole 324 is directly communicated with the water retaining space;
secondly, the mounting groove 321 is provided with a drain hole 324; the drain hole 324 communicates with the drain port 3124;
and thirdly, the end part of the mounting groove 321 is communicated with the water outlet 3124.
In the first scheme, water in the installation groove 321 directly flows into the water retaining space from the water discharge hole 324; in the second embodiment, the water in the installation groove 321 flows out from the water discharge hole 324 and then flows into the water retaining space from the water discharge port 3124; in the third embodiment, the water in the mounting groove 321 flows out from the end of the mounting groove 321, and then flows into the water blocking space through the water discharge port 3124. The three schemes can realize that the water in the mounting groove 321 is discharged to the water retaining space.
In this embodiment, the drainage channel adopts two schemes of the second scheme and the third scheme, and more than two schemes are used in cooperation, so that the drainage speed can be further increased, the water can be ensured to flow away quickly, and the water level is prevented from being overhigh and overflowing out of the water retaining wall 313. In practical application, the method can be realized by only one scheme or other schemes in combination.
During use, water may flow in from the gap between the wall board body 2 and the water bar 32 and the gap between the angle skeleton and the floor, so that water flows in the mounting groove 321; the outer side of the decorative structure is provided with the water retaining wall 313, so that the water retaining wall 313 can prevent water from continuously flowing out, a waterproof function is realized, and the problems of sewage accumulation, peculiar smell generation, bacteria generation, wall body mildew and the like caused by water flowing to the outside of the decorative structure are solved; the water flowing into the mounting groove 321 may be discharged from the drainage channel into the water blocking space; generally, a drainage component, such as a floor drain, a drainage pipe and the like, is connected to the floor 3; water in the water retaining space is drained outwards through the drainage assembly, a reasonable water flow direction is formed, and the space is kept dry and clean.
The floor flange 312 is ramped to form a recess 3123 in cooperation with the water dam 313. The water bars 32 are fixed on the bearing surface through the grooves 3123. In the water bar, the mounting groove 321 is deep on the side away from the water blocking wall 313 and is shallow on the side close to the water blocking wall 313. The preferred scheme is as follows: the mounting groove 321 is stepped; in the stepped mounting groove 321, a high-step area is close to the water retaining wall 313, and a low-step area is far away from the water retaining wall 313; drain holes 324 open in the low-step area. The water bar 32 is provided with a edging 326; the edge strip 326 is positioned inside the joint of the water bar 32 and the floor flange 312.
Wall bricks can be laid on the wall body, as shown in figure 12; or the wall tiles are not paved.
The finishing structure also includes a ceiling assembly 4; the ceiling assembly 4 comprises a ceiling framework 41 and a framework padding fastening assembly; the framework cushion fastening assembly comprises a cushion fixing seat 42, a cushion piece 43 and a cushion connecting piece 44; the lower part of the ceiling framework 41 is provided with a positioning groove 411 for clamping a wall body; the upper part of the ceiling framework 41 is provided with a buckling groove 412 extending along the length direction of the ceiling framework 41; the pad fixing seat 42 is clamped with the clamping groove 412 through a clamping piece, so that the pad fixing seat 42 slides along the length direction of the ceiling framework 41; the cushion member 43 is movably connected with the cushion fixing seat 42 to adjust the thickness of the cushion member 43 protruding out of the back side of the cushion fixing seat 42; the cushion-setting piece 43 and the cushion-setting fixing seat 42 are fixed with a solid fixture through a cushion-setting connecting piece 44.
The framework is padded and provided with a fastening assembly, and the use principle is as follows: firstly, the clamping piece is clamped in the clamping groove 412, so that the cushion fixing seat 42 can be slidably connected in the clamping groove 412 of the ceiling framework 41; adjusting the pad fixing seat 42 to a proper position; then, the position of the padding member 43 is adjusted to adjust the thickness of the padding member 43 protruding out of the back side of the padding fixing seat 42, i.e. the padding thickness, so as to match the distance between the solid fixture and the padding fixing seat 42; then, the cushion connecting piece 44 connects the cushion 43 and/or the cushion fixing seat 42 with the solid fixture, and the cushion fixing seat 42 and the solid fixture form a fastening relationship, thereby fixing the ceiling framework 41 and the solid fixture. This embodiment provides two embodiments of the framework cushion fastening assembly, one is that the cushion block is in a wedge-shaped slider manner, as shown in fig. 13; the other is that the cushion block is in a threaded sleeve mode, as shown in fig. 14. Except the two modes, other existing modes can be adopted, and the ceiling framework can be fixed with the solid fixture only by the aid of the fixing device and the fixing device can have the function of padding. However, when the distance between the ceiling framework and the solid fixture is narrow, the fixing seat 42 can be directly fixed with the solid fixture without being arranged by a cushion as shown in fig. 15.
The framework cushion fastening assembly can adjust the cushion fixing seat 42 to different positions to meet different positioning requirements; the ceiling framework 41 and the cushion fixing seat 42 are connected in a clamping manner of the clamping piece of the clamping groove 412, and no mounting hole needs to be formed in the ceiling framework 41, so that the ceiling framework 41 can be conveniently processed; the clamping manner of the clamping groove 412 can also enable the cushion fixing seat 42 to be positioned on the ceiling framework 41 and not to be separated from the ceiling framework 41, so that the installation convenience is improved; the fastening relation between the ceiling framework 41 and an entity fixture can be realized by fixing the cushion of the cushion fixing seat 42 through the cushion piece 43, the setting stability of the ceiling framework 41 is improved, the ceiling framework 41 is prevented from shaking and deforming, and the stability of the whole decoration structure is further improved; the operation is simple and convenient, the positioning and mounting efficiency of the ceiling framework 41 is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
EXAMPLE five
This embodiment describes a finishing structure, which is different from the fourth embodiment in that: the reentrant corner skeleton of this embodiment is different from the fourth embodiment; in this embodiment, the internal corner framework 51 is connected with a positioning member for fixing with a solid fixture. Specifically, as shown in fig. 16, the internal corner framework 51 is provided with a hidden groove 57, the positioning element is slidably disposed in the hidden groove 57, one end of the positioning element is in interference fit with the hidden groove 57, or one end of the positioning element is provided with a barb structure, so that the positioning element can slide in the hidden groove 57 under a certain external force to adjust the height of the positioning element, and after the height is adjusted, the positioning element can be fixed with the internal corner framework by itself. The other end of the positioning piece is fixed with the solid fixture.
EXAMPLE six
This embodiment describes a finishing structure, and the difference between this embodiment and the fourth embodiment is: as shown in fig. 17, in this embodiment, the shape of the cross section of the water bar 32 in the floor assembly is different from that in the fourth embodiment, the bottom end of the wall board body 2 is provided with an installation groove for positioning the water bar, and the wall board body 2 is preferably paved with wall tiles 83. The remaining structure of this embodiment is the same as that of the fourth embodiment.
EXAMPLE seven
This embodiment describes a finishing structure, which is different from the fourth embodiment in that: the waterproof connecting structure adopted by the wall body and the ground assembly and the internal corner framework and/or the external corner framework is different from the fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 18, 19(a) to 19(c) and 20 to 22. Specifically, the waterproof connecting structure comprises a plurality of water retaining strips 32 and an angle waterproof piece; the adjacent water retaining strips 32 are waterproof and sealed through the angle waterproof pieces; the internal corner framework and the external corner framework are respectively arranged on the corner waterproof piece.
The corner waterproof part connected with the internal corner framework 51 is an internal corner waterproof part 33; the internal corner waterproof piece 33 comprises a first waterproof base 331 and an internal corner waterproof edge 333 which is used for wrapping the external side of the internal corner framework 51; a first positioning bulge 332 used for being clamped with the internal corner framework 51 is arranged on the first waterproof base 331; two ends of the female-corner waterproof edge 333 are respectively attached to the adjacent water bars 32.
The internal corner framework 51 is provided with an inner side clamping strip I59 and an outer side clamping strip I58, and a space is reserved between the inner side clamping strip I59 and the outer side clamping strip I58 to form an internal corner clamping groove; the wall body is clamped with the internal corner clamping groove; two ends of the female-corner waterproof edge 333 are respectively provided with a first slot 334 for inserting the first outer clamping strip 58; slot one 334 is closed at the bottom. Outer clip strip one 58 preferably has a bend one 581.
The corner position waterproof part connected with the external corner framework 61 is an external corner waterproof part 34; the external corner waterproof piece 34 comprises a second waterproof base 341 and an external corner waterproof edge 343 which is used for wrapping the external side of the external corner framework 61; a second positioning bulge 342 used for being clamped with the external corner framework 61 is arranged on the second waterproof base 341; the two ends of the outer waterproof edge 343 are respectively attached to the adjacent water bars 32.
The external corner framework 61 is provided with an inner side clamping strip II 63 and an outer side clamping strip II 64, and a space is reserved between the inner side clamping strip II 63 and the outer side clamping strip II 64 to form an external corner clamping groove; the wall body is clamped with the external corner clamping groove; two ends of the outer corner waterproof edge 343 are respectively provided with a second slot 344 for inserting the second outer clamping strip 64; the second slot 344 is closed at the bottom. The outer second clamping strip 64 preferably has a second bend 641.
The inside corner waterproof member 33 and the outside corner waterproof member 34 can respectively realize waterproof sealing at the inside corner position and the outside corner position, and prevent water from flowing away from the gap between the inside corner framework 51/the outside corner framework 61 and the water retaining strip 32. The first slot 334 is formed in the female-corner waterproof edge 333, and the second slot 344 is formed in the male-corner waterproof edge 343, which is favorable for further fixing the female-corner framework 51 and the male-corner framework 61. The first bent part 581/the second bent part 641 is beneficial to better wrapping the outer clamping strip 58/the outer clamping strip 64 at two ends of the female-corner waterproof edge 333/the male-corner waterproof edge 343, and further improves the waterproof sealing performance.
The corner flashing is preferably made of a flexible material, such as silicone; in the corner waterproof piece, waterproof sealing is realized by mutually attaching the first waterproof base 331/the second waterproof base 341 and the water bar 32, or waterproof sealing is realized by gluing at the joint of the water bar 32 and the first waterproof base 331/the second waterproof base 341.
The upper part of the water bar 32 is provided with an installation groove 321 with an upward opening for installing a wall body; the wall of the mounting groove 321 is provided with a drainage hole 324.
Specifically, the floor panel 31 includes a floor panel body 311 and a floor panel flange 312 provided on the floor panel body 311; the lower part of the water bar 32 is provided with an inner side positioning edge 322 and an outer side positioning edge 323; a space is reserved between the inner positioning edge 322 and the outer positioning edge 323 to form a floor clamping groove for clamping the floor flange 312; the water bars 32 are respectively arranged on the floor flange 312; the mounting groove 321 protrudes from the inner side of the floor flange 312; the drain hole 324 is positioned in the area where the mounting groove 321 protrudes from the floor flange 312; the inner positioning edge 322 is provided with a water flow channel 325; the drain hole 324 communicates with a water flow passage 325.
The principle of the waterproof connecting structure is as follows: the wall body is arranged on the mounting groove 321 of the water bar 32; during use, water can possibly flow into the mounting groove 321 from a gap between the wall body and the water retaining strips 32, the adjacent water retaining strips 32 are sealed in a waterproof mode through the internal corner waterproof piece 33/the external corner waterproof piece 34, and the wall of the mounting groove 321 is provided with the drain holes 324, so that the water flowing into the mounting groove 321 can be drained towards a set direction only through the drain holes 324, and sanitary problems of sewage storage, peculiar smell generation, germs and the like caused by the fact that the sewage flows to the outside of a decoration structure are avoided.
The preferred scheme is as follows: the depth of one side of the mounting groove 321 close to the inner side positioning edge 322 is deep, and the depth of one side close to the outer side positioning edge 323 is shallow; a drain hole 324 is provided above the inside positioning edge 322. In the embodiment, the mounting groove adopts a step mode to realize that one side is deep and the other side is shallow; in practical application, the depth of one side can be deep and the depth of the other side can be shallow by adopting a bevel or other existing modes.
In order to avoid water from overflowing outwards from the groove wall of the mounting groove close to the outer positioning edge, the height of the groove wall of the mounting groove 321 close to the inner positioning edge 322 is less than or equal to the height of the groove wall of the mounting groove 321 close to the outer positioning edge 323.
The remaining structure of this embodiment is the same as that of the fourth embodiment.
Example eight
The present embodiment describes a finishing structure, and the present embodiment is different from the seventh embodiment in that: in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 23, the shape of the cross section of the water stop strip 33 in the floor module 3 is different from that in the fourth embodiment, and the wall body 2 is preferably paved with wall tiles 83. The rest of the structure of this embodiment is the same as embodiment seven.
Example nine
The present embodiment describes a finishing structure, and the present embodiment is different from the seventh embodiment in that: as shown in fig. 24, in the present embodiment, a floor fastener 35 is fastened on the floor 31; the lower end of the wallboard body 2 is provided with a mounting groove; wallboard body 2 is established through the mounting groove card and is realized wallboard body and floor fixed on floor fastener 35. Wall tiles 83 are preferably laid on the wall panel body 2. The rest of the structure of this embodiment is the same as embodiment seven.

Claims (10)

1. A hide connected wallboard which characterized in that: comprises at least two wall board bodies arranged side by side and a middle framework; the middle framework is embedded or semi-embedded between the connecting surfaces of the adjacent wall board bodies so as to realize the connection of the adjacent wall board bodies.

and the internal corner framework is connected with a positioning piece for fixing with a solid fixture.

The finishing structure of claim 6, wherein: in the first scheme, at least two sliding channels II are arranged on the internal corner framework along the length direction of the internal corner framework; a second channel opening is formed in the side wall of each second sliding channel; each channel opening II is respectively positioned on two side surfaces of the internal corner framework, which are far away from the two wall bodies; at least one slidable sliding fixing block II is arranged in each sliding channel II; a second adjusting mounting hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the second channel opening, of the second sliding fixing block; one end of the second adjusting rod is adjustably arranged in the second adjusting mounting hole, and the other end of the second adjusting rod extends to the outside of the second sliding channel from the second channel opening.
