Abstract

(D) cutting and removing the residual web part: dividing the rest parts of the web plate (2) and the bottom plate (3) of the top plate (1) according to the scale of the box girder bridge and the specification of the crane and determining the sequence; then, drilling a lifting hole at the position corresponding to the web plate (2), and simultaneously penetrating a steel wire rope (4) into the web plate (2) to be fixed with a crane; then cutting is carried out, and the cut part is lifted to a designated position; the process is repeated until the web (2) and the rest of the bottom plate (3) of the top plate (1) are removed.
(E) Cutting and dismantling the pier anchoring section: dividing and determining the sequence according to the size of the pier anchoring section and the specification of the crane; then, the cut part is lifted to a designated position after cutting; for the hoisting of the beam section at the anchoring part, the beam section is fixed with a crane, and then the temporary anchoring is removed and the beam section is hoisted; and repeating the processes until the end of the process, and finishing the bridge dismantling construction.
