s2, raw yarn forming: taking bamboo fiber as a main raw material, adding real silk, polyester fiber and cotton fiber, and carrying out combing, drawing, mixing and spinning to obtain raw yarn;
s3, dyeing of raw yarn: adding cold water and a leveling agent (2 g/L) into a dyeing tank, heating to 35 ℃, adding a reactive dye (1.4 g/L) after 10min, adding anhydrous sodium sulphate (20 g/L) after 10min, slowly heating to 60 ℃, continuously adding anhydrous sodium sulphate (20 g/L) during heating, adding sodium carbonate (1.5 g/L) for the first time, adding sodium carbonate (4.5 g/L) for the second time after 10min, adding sodium carbonate (9 g/L) for the third time after 10min, and draining after 50 min;
s4, washing: after dyeing is finished, adding 60 ℃ clear water for repeatedly washing for 10min, then adding acid liquor, cooling to 45 ℃, adjusting the pH value in the device, adding a detergent (2 g/L) after 10min, slowly heating to 95 ℃, draining after the temperature is 95 ℃ for 20min, adding cold water, repeatedly washing for 10min, adding hydrophilic silicone oil, heating to 45 ℃, and draining after 10 min;
s5, drying and dehydrating to obtain raw yarn finished products, and weaving the finished products into socks according to the conventional process to obtain the anti-pilling bamboo fiber socks.
