Background
When the furnace body of the existing converter is maintained, the weak position of the middle lower part of the furnace body is usually carried out in a spray repair or pouring mode, but the production organization needs to be adjusted when the method is adopted to process a small hollow part, the open fettling time is about 50-60 minutes, wherein the fettling operation is about 30 minutes, the fettling time after fettling is about 20-30 minutes, and simultaneously, because the fettling material amount is large, at least 1 ton of fettling material is used for fettling each time.
The traditional fettling mode has the following problems: a large amount of repairing materials are poured no matter the size of the depression, the depression is filled and leveled by using a furnace swinging method, but the spreading is uneven, so that the height of the furnace lining is uneven, the shape of the furnace lining of the converter is damaged, and the stable operation of the converter is difficult; in addition, due to the fact that the condition of uneven material thickness exists in part of fettling areas, the problem of poor sintering possibly exists in an excessively thick place, the fettling material is prone to collapsing caused by excessively thick local fettling material, hidden dangers are brought to production safety, fettling effect is affected, a large amount of fettling material is wasted, production time is occupied, and working efficiency is affected.

The method comprises the steps of measuring by using a furnace body thickness gauge with laser as a carrier, reflecting the laser when the laser is shot into a furnace body, receiving the laser reflection wave through the instrument, comparing the laser reflection wave with furnace body data recorded in advance, confirming the thickness value of each part of the furnace body, summarizing the data and displaying the data to an operator in the form of pictures, periodically and comprehensively measuring for about 30 minutes each time, obtaining the data of the whole furnace body, forming a database for reference, comprehensively judging the weak point in the furnace body, and supplementing the furnace by adopting the method disclosed by the invention when the depth of the hollow part is more than 20 cm; if the size of the hollow part is less than 20cm, furnace supplement is not needed.
The invention adopts cheap plastic woven bags, when each bag is filled with 5kg, the bag is thrown into a pot hole of a converter lining, so that the materials can be melted and combusted at high temperature, the filled repairing materials just fall into the pot hole when being scattered, when the repairing materials fall onto the converter lining, a part of the materials are continuously flushed out under the action of inertia and bulk material characteristics, and are quickly decelerated and fixed after meeting slag adhered to the converter lining, so that the repairing of the bagged materials is finished, and the repairing materials at the pot hole are quickly sintered after being roasted for 5-10 minutes under the action of high temperature in the converter.

The repairing mass is a high-temperature repairing mass commonly used in a commercial steel mill.
