背景技术
目前,随着人们对金属制品质量要求越来越高,对金属加工的要求也随之升高,其中,冷却液作为金属切削中的重要助剂,其性能也是各大金属加工厂所研究的重点,然而,现在的金属冷却剂还存在着不同温度需要不同冷却液、冷却能力不佳、冷却速度慢、兼容性差等问题,从而降低了加工质量,在不增加制作成本的情况下,制作出来满足高性能要求的冷却液,是我们急需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有冷却液配方的不足之处,本发明提供了一种低泡效果的冷却液。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的。本方案的一种低泡效果的冷却液,所述冷却液由质量百分比为5-20%的甘油、13-15%的重络酸钾、12-28%的硝酸钠、6-13%的亚硝酸钠、3-10%的聚乙烯醇、22-33%的便面活性剂、1-3%的消泡剂、1-3%的杀菌剂搅拌均匀后再加水稀释混合均匀而成。
本发明的有益之处在于:本配方通过对成分的改进,结合制作工艺,可以生产出具有高适应性、冷却能力优秀、冷却速度快、兼容性强的冷却液,从而提高加工质量,并且产品无污染,具有很好的环保效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种低泡效果的冷却液,由6kg的甘油、15kg的重络酸钾、16kg的硝酸钠、9kg的亚硝酸钠、4kg的聚乙烯醇、27kg的便面活性剂、2kg的消泡剂、2kg的杀菌剂搅拌均匀后再加水稀释到100kg混合均匀而成。
实施例2
一种低泡效果的冷却液,由8kg的甘油、14.5kg的重络酸钾、19kg的硝酸钠、8.5kg的亚硝酸钠、5kg的聚乙烯醇、26kg的便面活性剂、2.5kg的消泡剂、2.5kg的杀菌剂搅拌均匀后再加水稀释到100kg混合均匀而成。
实施例3
一种低泡效果的冷却液,由7kg的甘油、13kg的重络酸钾、15kg的硝酸钠、11kg的亚硝酸钠、3kg的聚乙烯醇、30kg的便面活性剂、1kg的消泡剂、3kg的杀菌剂及搅拌均匀后再加水稀释到100kg混合均匀而成。本品具有高适应性、冷却能力优秀、冷却速度快、兼容性强的特点,从而提高加工质量,并且产品无污染,具有很好的环保效果。
