Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape, which comprises the steps of coating an anti-counterfeiting coating on a base material layer by a coating machine, then coating pressure-sensitive glue, and slitting by a slitting machine to obtain the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape of a target object; the anti-counterfeiting coating comprises, by weight, 80-150 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 50-80 parts of ethanol, 40-60 parts of ethyl acetate, 30-50 parts of an acrylic copolymer, 20-50 parts of polyethylene wax, 20-50 parts of ethanolamine, 30-70 parts of nitrocotton, 15-50 parts of cellulose acetate and 20-40 parts of propyl acetate. The anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape disclosed by the invention is moderate in thickness, free from residual adhesive after being torn, free from pollution, high in transparency, anti-counterfeiting function, ageing-resistant, unlikely to discolor and good in stability.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive tape manufacturing, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of an anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape.
Background
Scotch tape was invented in 1928 in saint paul, riche delu, minnesota. The manufacturing method of the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape comprises the steps of coating an anti-counterfeiting coating on a base material layer by a coating machine, then coating pressure-sensitive glue, and slitting by a slitting machine to obtain the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape of the target; the anti-counterfeiting coating comprises, by weight, 80-150 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 50-80 parts of ethanol, 40-60 parts of ethyl acetate, 30-50 parts of an acrylic copolymer, 20-50 parts of polyethylene wax, 20-50 parts of ethanolamine, 30-70 parts of nitrocotton, 15-50 parts of cellulose acetate and 20-40 parts of propyl acetate.
The substrate layer is a PET film.
The anti-counterfeiting coating comprises, by weight, 90-120 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 60-70 parts of ethanol, 50-60 parts of ethyl acetate, 40-50 parts of an acrylic copolymer, 40-50 parts of polyethylene wax, 40-50 parts of ethanolamine, 50-60 parts of nitrocotton, 20-40 parts of cellulose acetate and 30-40 parts of propyl acetate.
The anti-counterfeiting coating comprises, by weight, 100 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 65 parts of ethanol, 55 parts of ethyl acetate, 45 parts of an acrylic copolymer, 45 parts of polyethylene wax, 45 parts of ethanolamine, 55 parts of nitrocotton, 30 parts of cellulose acetate and 35 parts of propyl acetate.
The anti-counterfeiting coating comprises, by weight, 120 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 70 parts of ethanol, 50 parts of ethyl acetate, 50 parts of an acrylic copolymer, 40 parts of polyethylene wax, 40 parts of ethanolamine, 55 parts of nitrocotton, 30 parts of cellulose acetate and 40 parts of propyl acetate.
The acrylic acid copolymer is a propylene-acrylic acid copolymer.
Example 1
Coating an anti-counterfeiting coating on the PET film of the substrate layer by a coating machine, then coating pressure-sensitive glue, and slitting by a slitting machine to obtain the target anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape; the anti-counterfeiting coating comprises 80g of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 50g of ethanol, 40g of ethyl acetate, 30g of a propylene-acrylic acid copolymer, 20g of polyethylene wax, 50g of ethanolamine, 30g of nitrocotton, 15g of cellulose acetate and 20g of propyl acetate.

Example 4
Coating an anti-counterfeiting coating on the PET film of the substrate layer by a coating machine, then coating pressure-sensitive glue, and slitting by a slitting machine to obtain the target anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape; the anti-counterfeiting coating comprises, by weight, 120g of polyethylene terephthalate, 70g of ethanol, 50g of ethyl acetate, 50g of a propylene-acrylic acid copolymer, 40g of polyethylene wax, 40g of ethanolamine, 55g of nitrocotton, 30g of cellulose acetate and 40g of propyl acetate.
Example 5
Coating an anti-counterfeiting coating on the PET film of the substrate layer by a coating machine, then coating pressure-sensitive glue, and slitting by a slitting machine to obtain the target anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape; the anti-counterfeiting coating comprises 150g of polyethylene terephthalate, 80g of ethanol, 60g of ethyl acetate, 50g of a propylene-acrylic acid copolymer, 50g of polyethylene wax, 20g of ethanolamine, 70g of nitrocotton, 50g of cellulose acetate and 40g of propyl acetate in parts by weight.
Claims (6)

A method for preparing the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape, characterized by that the preparation method of the said anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape is to coat the anti-counterfeiting coating on the substrate layer of the coating machine, then coat the pressure-sensitive glue, get the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape of the target after cutting machine cuts; the anti-counterfeiting coating comprises, by weight, 80-150 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 50-80 parts of ethanol, 40-60 parts of ethyl acetate, 30-50 parts of an acrylic copolymer, 20-50 parts of polyethylene wax, 20-50 parts of ethanolamine, 30-70 parts of nitrocotton, 15-50 parts of cellulose acetate and 20-40 parts of propyl acetate.

The method for manufacturing the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the anti-counterfeiting coating comprises 90-120 parts by weight of polyethylene terephthalate, 60-70 parts by weight of ethanol, 50-60 parts by weight of ethyl acetate, 40-50 parts by weight of acrylic acid copolymer, 40-50 parts by weight of polyethylene wax, 40-50 parts by weight of ethanolamine, 50-60 parts by weight of nitrocotton, 20-40 parts by weight of cellulose acetate and 30-40 parts by weight of propyl acetate.

The method for manufacturing the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the anti-counterfeiting coating comprises the following components, by weight, 100 parts of polyethylene terephthalate, 65 parts of ethanol, 55 parts of ethyl acetate, 45 parts of an acrylic copolymer, 45 parts of polyethylene wax, 45 parts of ethanolamine, 55 parts of nitrocotton, 30 parts of cellulose acetate and 35 parts of propyl acetate.

The method for preparing the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the anti-counterfeiting coating comprises 120 parts by weight of polyethylene terephthalate, 70 parts by weight of ethanol, 50 parts by weight of ethyl acetate, 50 parts by weight of acrylic copolymer, 40 parts by weight of polyethylene wax, 40 parts by weight of ethanolamine, 55 parts by weight of nitrocotton, 30 parts by weight of cellulose acetate and 40 parts by weight of propyl acetate.
6. A method for making an anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1, 3, 4 or 5, wherein the acrylic copolymer is a propylene-acrylic acid copolymer.
