Abstract
The invention discloses a sound absorption damping reinforced PC/ABS composite material, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of PC resin, 15-30 parts of ABS resin, 10-30 parts of aramid chopped fiber, 5-20 parts of toughening agent and 0.5-2 parts of antioxidant. The aramid fiber and the viscoelastic toughening agent have a strong sound absorption effect, especially high-frequency noise. When sound waves are transmitted into the composite, the mechanical energy of the vibration is converted into heat energy due to the higher loss modulus of the viscoelastic toughening agent. Meanwhile, the aramid fiber further limits the vibration of sound waves, so that the sound absorption and damping effects are achieved. The invention is suitable for electronic and electric appliances and automotive interior parts which have higher requirements on sound insulation, and has the advantages of direct injection molding and simplified molding process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a reinforced PC/ABS composite material for sound absorption and damping and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of polymer composite materials.
Background
At present, most of sound absorption devices adopt sound absorption layers such as sound absorption sponges, rubber and the like to be adhered to the surfaces of parts or devices needing sound absorption treatment, and the treatment method has large limitation on space and complex process.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a reinforced PC/ABS composite for sound absorption damping to solve the above technical problems of the prior art.
A reinforced PC/ABS composite material for sound absorption and damping is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of PC resin, 15-30 parts of ABS resin, 10-30 parts of aramid chopped fiber, 5-20 parts of toughening agent and 0.5-2 parts of antioxidant.
The main materials of PC resin and ABS resin are high-fluidity resin.
The aramid chopped fibers in the auxiliary materials are chopped fibers with the length of 3-7 mm; preferably, the aramid fiber is aramid 1414.
The toughening agent is a viscoelastic toughening agent; preferably, the toughening agent is SEBS-g-MAH.
The antioxidant is hindered phenol antioxidant and/or phosphite antioxidant.
The reinforced PC/ABS composite material for sound absorption and damping comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the mass parts, 15-30 parts of PC resin, 15-30 parts of ABS resin, 5-20 parts of toughening agent and 0.5-2 parts of antioxidant are uniformly premixed to obtain a mixture;
(2) and (3) putting the mixture into an extruder through a main feeding port and 10-30 parts of aramid chopped fiber through a side feeding port, and carrying out melt blending and extrusion granulation to obtain the sound absorption and damping reinforced PC/ABS composite material.
In the step (2), the heating temperature of the extruder is as follows: the temperature of the first zone is 180-240 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is 220-260 ℃, the temperature of the third zone is 220-260 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone is 220-260 ℃, the temperature of the fifth zone is 220-260 ℃, the temperature of the sixth zone is 220-260 ℃, the temperature of the seventh zone is 210-240 ℃, the temperature of the eighth zone is 210-240 ℃, the temperature of the ninth zone is 210-240 ℃ and the temperature of the head is 220-250 ℃.
The composite material of the invention has strong sound absorption effect, especially high-frequency noise, by introducing the aramid fiber and the viscoelastic toughening agent. When sound waves are transmitted into the composite, the mechanical energy of the vibration is converted into heat energy due to the higher loss modulus of the viscoelastic toughening agent. Meanwhile, the aramid fiber further limits the vibration of sound waves, so that the sound absorption and damping effects are achieved. The invention is suitable for electronic and electric products and automobile products with higher requirements on sound insulation, and has the advantages of direct injection molding and simplified molding process.

In order to make the technical solution of the present invention clearer and more clear, the present invention is further described below, and any solution obtained by substituting technical features of the technical solution of the present invention with equivalents and performing conventional reasoning falls within the scope of the present invention.
Example one
A reinforced PC/ABS composite material for sound absorption and damping comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of PC resin, 48 parts of ABS resin and 2 parts of antioxidant;

A reinforced PC/ABS composite material for sound absorption and damping comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of PC resin, 38 parts of ABS resin, 20 parts of aramid chopped fiber and 2 parts of antioxidant;

A reinforced PC/ABS composite material for sound absorption and damping comprises the following components in parts by weight: 44 parts of PC resin, 41 parts of ABS resin, 15 parts of toughening agent SEBS-g-MAH and 2 parts of antioxidant;

A reinforced PC/ABS composite material for sound absorption and damping comprises the following components in parts by weight: 33 parts of PC resin, 30 parts of ABS resin, 20 parts of aramid chopped fiber, 15 parts of toughening agent SEBS-g-MAH and 2 parts of antioxidant;
the plastic granules prepared in the above manner were injection moulded to give a 150 x 100 x 4mm test panel which was placed in the position shown in figure 1 below: the device comprises a silent box, wherein one side of the silent box is provided with an opening, a test sample plate is placed in the silent box, and a noise source is arranged in the silent box; and a decibel meter is arranged on the outer side of the silence box corresponding to the test sample plate.

Claims (9)
1. A reinforced PC/ABS composite material for sound absorption and damping is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of PC resin, 15-30 parts of ABS resin, 10-30 parts of aramid chopped fiber, 5-20 parts of toughening agent and 0.5-2 parts of antioxidant.
2. The reinforced PC/ABS composite for acoustic damping according to claim 1 wherein: the main materials of PC resin and ABS resin are high-fluidity resin.
3. The reinforced PC/ABS composite for acoustic damping according to claim 1 wherein: the short-cut aramid fiber in the auxiliary material is 3-7 mm short-cut aramid fiber.
4. The reinforced PC/ABS composite for acoustic damping according to claim 3 wherein: the aramid chopped fiber is aramid 1414.
5. The reinforced PC/ABS composite for acoustic damping according to claim 1 wherein: the toughening agent is a viscoelastic toughening agent.
6. The reinforced PC/ABS composite for acoustic damping according to claim 5 wherein: the toughening agent is SEBS-g-MAH.
7. The reinforced PC/ABS composite for acoustic damping according to claim 1 wherein: the antioxidant is hindered phenol antioxidant and/or phosphite antioxidant.
8. The method of preparing a reinforced PC/ABS composite for acoustic damping according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the mass parts, 15-30 parts of PC resin, 15-30 parts of ABS resin, 5-20 parts of toughening agent and 0.5-2 parts of antioxidant are uniformly premixed to obtain a mixture;
(2) and (3) putting the mixture into an extruder through a main feeding port and 10-30 parts of aramid chopped fiber through a side feeding port, and carrying out melt blending and extrusion granulation to obtain the sound absorption and damping reinforced PC/ABS composite material.

The method for preparing the reinforced PC/ABS composite material for acoustic absorption damping as claimed in claim 8, wherein in the step (2), the heating temperature of the extruder is as follows: the temperature of the first zone is 180-240 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is 220-260 ℃, the temperature of the third zone is 220-260 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone is 220-260 ℃, the temperature of the fifth zone is 220-260 ℃, the temperature of the sixth zone is 220-260 ℃, the temperature of the seventh zone is 210-240 ℃, the temperature of the eighth zone is 210-240 ℃, the temperature of the ninth zone is 210-240 ℃ and the temperature of the head is 220-250 ℃.
