Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of shield tunnels, in particular to green slurry for slurry shield construction of a water-rich fractured stratum and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In areas with high permeability, soft silt stratum, loose sand stratum, sand-gravel stratum, cross-river tunnels with high stratum water content and high requirement on ground settlement, the slurry shield has the advantages of safety, quickness, good waterproof quality, stable excavation surface, high excavation precision and the like, and is used as a wide construction technology for tunnel engineering construction. Particularly, for underwater tunnel construction, most of the underwater tunnel construction is carried out by adopting a slurry shield method. The selection of the slurry additive and the slurry proportion are particularly important when the soil body of the excavation surface is pressed by muddy water to permeate into a mud film so as to maintain the stability of the excavation surface for stratums with strong permeability, such as sand pebbles, sandy soil, fault fracture zones and the like. If the matching between the slurry and the excavated soil body is poor, the slurry cannot form a compact mud film on the excavated surface, so that the slurry pressure cannot be effectively converted into effective slurry pressure for maintaining the stability of the excavated surface, and the instability of the excavated surface is caused.
At present, most of slurry used by slurry shields is composed of natural clay, bentonite, water and other compounds such as viscosity increaser CMC, pregelatinized starch and the like, and the outstanding problems are that slurry indexes are difficult to control, the discharge amount of waste slurry is large and the stability is poor. And because the selected CMC is a compound or a polymer, the pregelatinized starch has poor physical and chemical stability and is easy to lose efficacy, so the pregelatinized starch easily pollutes the environment in the construction process, and especially easily pollutes underground drinking water in areas with high water quality requirements and causes harm to human bodies.
In view of the above, the invention provides a low-cost green and environment-friendly additive, and the influence of the green additive on the slurry performance index is analyzed through an indoor test. Finally, a green slurry proportioning device which is environment-friendly, economical, efficient and strong in applicability is provided according to the characteristics of the water-rich broken stratum, and reference is provided for field construction.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the green slurry for the water-rich fractured formation slurry shield construction comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1000 parts of clear water, 130-170 parts of natural clay, 130-155 parts of bentonite, 3-6 parts of a dispersing agent and 40-70 parts of a green additive; wherein the green additive is maltodextrin; the dispersant is anhydrous sodium carbonate.
Preferably, the bentonite is sodium bentonite.
Preferably, the maltodextrin is prepared from starch by hydrolysis, transformation, purification and drying.
Preferably, the maltodextrin is one or more of rice maltodextrin, wheat maltodextrin and corn maltodextrin.
The maltodextrin is prepared from corn, wheat, rice and the like containing starch, has low price, good stability, high temperature resistance, small fermentability, greenness, no pollution and obvious tackifying effect, effectively reduces the slurry filtration loss, is an ideal green slurry additive, can effectively reduce the slurry preparation and residue soil treatment cost by development and utilization of the maltodextrin, and meets the construction requirement of green environmental protection.
Preferably, the specific gravity of the green slurry is 1.11-1.13, the viscosity of the Su-funnel is 24-26 s, and the pH value of the slurry is 8-10.
Preferably, the green mud has a mud loss of less than 20mL as measured by a model NS-1 mud loss tester.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the green slurry for the water-rich fractured formation slurry shield construction, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding clear water into the natural clay and the bentonite according to the mass portion under stirring to obtain a mixture; controlling the specific gravity of the mixture to be 1.11-1.13;
(2) and (2) sequentially adding a green additive and a dispersing agent into the mixture obtained in the step (1) according to the weight parts under stirring, controlling the viscosity of the Su-funnel to be 24-26 s and the pH value to be 8-10, and continuously stirring to obtain green slurry for water-rich fractured formation slurry shield construction.
Preferably, the stirring time in the step (2) is 10-20 min.
The scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) compared with the traditional slurry system taking sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as an additive, the green slurry for the slurry shield construction of the water-rich fractured formation uses the novel green additive to replace a chemical additive, so that the amount of waste slurry and environmental pollution can be reduced to the maximum extent, and the discharge amount of polluting waste residue soil is reduced. The muck-slurry mixed liquid carried out in the tunneling process can directly enter a slurry shield circulation system for recycling after being blended, so that the recycling rate of the muck is effectively improved, and the treatment cost of the waste muck is reduced.
(2) Compared with a slurry system taking pregelatinized starch as an additive, the green slurry prepared by the invention has more excellent physical and chemical stability, higher high temperature resistance and smaller fermentability.
(3) The green slurry prepared by the invention has the parameters of viscosity, specific gravity, filtration loss, pH value and the like which can meet the performance index requirements of the related slurry in the actual engineering, and the cost is lower than that of the traditional slurry. The invention is green slurry for slurry shield construction, which is environment-friendly, economical, efficient and strong in applicability.
(4) The green mud provided by the invention has good working performance when being applied to the construction of a water-rich fractured stratum slurry shield, can form a smooth and compact mud film in a short time, well maintains the stability of an excavation surface, and has certain popularization value.
