Description

Environment-friendly keratin composite foaming agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of foaming agents, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly keratin composite foaming agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The animal cement foaming agent is prepared by using selected animal (cattle and sheep) keratin as main raw material and through a series of hydrolysis reactions, heating to dissolve, diluting, filtering and high-temperature shrinking. Because the foam produced by the foaming agent has high surface strength and extremely stable foam, the bubbles of the foam cement or other foam materials produced by the foaming agent are in mutually independent closed states, and the impermeability of the foam cement product is good because the bubbles are not communicated. Under the same density, compared with the foaming cement made of plant foaming agent, the sealing property and the heat preservation property are better, the strength is high, and the method is suitable for the production of foaming bricks, light boards, light walls and foaming packaging materials.
However, the disadvantages of hoof keratin foaming agents are also evident: the product cost is high due to the rare raw materials and the complex production process; the foamer has lower foamability than plant foamer and high polymer foamer, and the consumption of manufacturing foamed cement is higher; has certain pungent smell, and can disappear after being made into foamed cement.
