When in use, small commodities are placed on the top plate of the inner structure or are clamped in the top plate of the inner structure. When the inner structure is opened, the mortise lock is opened, the left end plate and the right end plate are pulled open towards two sides, and the inner structure side descends and rotates. The packing box with rotatable inner structure of the invention is schematically shown in figures 1-7. The packing box comprises an outer box, a front folding plate 23 with symmetrical structure, a back folding plate 6 and an inner structure, wherein the outer box, the front folding plate 23, the back folding plate 6 and the inner structure are respectively formed by paper.
