Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical defects in the prior art and provides a combined packing box which comprises an outer box, an inner box, a guide groove, six baffle plates, two door plates and eight rope belts. The outer box and the inner box are respectively formed by paper, the outer box and the inner box are connected through a rope belt, and the door plate is arranged in a clamping groove between the front upper plate and the front upper baffle of the outer box and between the front lower plate and the front lower baffle of the outer box. The guide groove can control the inner box to move in the front-back direction. When the door plate is closed, the inner box is positioned at the rear side of the outer box; the inner box moves forwards along with the opening of the door plate; when the door plate is completely opened, the inner box moves to the foremost end of the outer box.

The guide groove comprises a first body plate 26, a second body plate 27, a third body plate 28, a fourth body plate 29 and a fifth body plate 30 which are connected in sequence in a folded mode. The guide groove is adhered to the middle part of the outer box bottom plate 19 and used for limiting the front and back movement of the inner box.
The inner box is formed by paper and comprises an inner box left end plate 42, an inner box back plate 49, an inner box right end plate 51, an inner box front plate 52 and a first bonding flap 53 which are sequentially connected in a folding mode. The upper side of the left end plate 42 of the inner box is connected with a fifth dustproof flap 46 in a folding way, and the lower side of the left end plate is connected with a sixth dustproof flap 41 in a folding way; the upper side of the inner box back plate 49 is sequentially connected with an inner box top plate 48 and a cover inserting sheet 47 in a folding manner, and the lower side of the inner box back plate is sequentially connected with a first bottom plate 65, a second bottom plate 63, a third bottom plate 62, a fourth bottom plate 61, a fifth bottom plate 60 and a sixth bottom plate 58 in a folding manner from left to right; the underside of the first base panel 65 is in folded connection with the second adhesive flap 64; the underside of the sixth bottom panel 58 is foldably connected to a third adhesive flap 59. The inner box back plate 49 and the parts surrounded by the second bottom plate 63, the third bottom plate 62, the fourth bottom plate 61 and the fifth bottom plate 60 are connected with the first inner plate 43, the second inner plate 44 and the third inner plate 45 in a folding way from left to right in sequence. The upper side of the right end plate 51 of the inner box is connected with the seventh dustproof flap 50 in a folding way, and the lower side is connected with the eighth dustproof flap 57 in a folding way. The lower middle part of the inner box front plate 52 is connected with a fourth inner plate 56, a fifth inner plate 55 and a sixth inner plate 54 in a folding way from left to right in sequence.
The baffles comprise a front upper baffle 31, a front lower baffle 32, a left upper baffle 33, a left lower baffle 34, a right upper baffle 35 and a right lower baffle 36; the front upper baffle 31 is adhered to the outer sides of the left front upper plate 8 and the right front upper plate 10 of the outer box; the front lower flap 32 is attached to the outer sides of the left and right front lower flaps 22 and 20, the left upper flap 33 is attached to the upper side of the outer box left end plate 3, the left lower flap 34 is attached to the lower side of the outer box left end plate 3, the right upper flap 35 is attached to the upper side of the outer box right end plate 13, and the right lower flap 36 is attached to the lower side of the outer box right end plate 13.
The door panels include a left door panel 37 and a right door panel 39. The left door panel 37 is provided with a left finger hole 38; the right door panel 39 is provided with a right finger hole 40.
The two rope belts 67 are respectively connected with the middle part of the inner box front plate 52 and the right inner wall of the left door plate 37; four ropes 69 are respectively arranged up and down and are respectively connected with the middle part of the front plate 52 of the inner box and the left inner wall of the right door plate 39. The first rope belts 66 are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part and are respectively connected with the left side of the inner box back plate 49 and the right side inner wall of the left door plate 37; the third rope belt 68 is respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part and is respectively connected with the right side of the inner box back plate 49 and the left side inner wall of the right door plate 39.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples.
The modular pack of the present invention is shown schematically in figures 1-18. The packing box comprises an outer box, an inner box, a guide groove, six baffle plates, two door plates and eight rope belts. The outer box and the inner box are respectively formed by paper, the outer box and the inner box are connected through a rope belt, and the door plate is arranged in a clamping groove between the front upper plate and the front upper baffle of the outer box and between the front lower plate and the front lower baffle of the outer box. The guide groove can control the inner box to move in the front-back direction. When the door plate is closed, the inner box is positioned at the rear side of the outer box; the inner box moves forwards along with the opening of the door plate; when the door plate is completely opened, the inner box moves to the foremost end of the outer box.
The outer box is formed by paper and comprises a left front plate 1, a left end plate 3, a rear plate 23, a right end plate 13 and a right front plate 15. A first inserting seam 4 is arranged on the upper side of the folding joint of the left front plate 1 and the left end plate 3, and a second inserting seam 2 is arranged on the lower side; the upper side of the left end plate 3 is connected with the first dustproof flap 5 in a folding way, and the lower side of the left end plate is connected with the second dustproof flap 25 in a folding way; a third inserting seam 6 is arranged on the upper side of the folding joint of the left end plate 3 and the back plate 23, and a fourth inserting seam 24 is arranged on the lower side; the upper side of the back plate 23 is connected with the top plate 7 in a folding way, and the upper side of the top plate 7 is connected with the left front upper plate 8 and the right front upper plate 10 in a folding way from left to right in sequence; a first open slot 9 is arranged between the left front upper plate 8 and the right front upper plate 10; the lower side of the back plate 23 is connected with the bottom plate 19 in a folding way, the lower side of the bottom plate 19 is connected with the left front lower plate 22 and the right front lower plate 20 in a folding way from left to right in sequence, and a second slot 21 is arranged between the left front lower plate 22 and the right front lower plate 20. A fifth inserting seam 12 is arranged on the upper side of the folding joint of the rear plate 23 and the right end plate 13, and a sixth inserting seam 18 is arranged on the lower side; the upper side of the right end plate 13 is connected with the third dust-proof flap 11 in a folding way, and the lower side of the right end plate is connected with the fourth dust-proof flap 17 in a folding way; the upper side of the folding joint of the right end plate 13 and the right front plate 15 is provided with a seventh inserting slit 14, and the lower side is provided with an eighth inserting slit 16.
The guide groove comprises a first body plate 26, a second body plate 27, a third body plate 28, a fourth body plate 29 and a fifth body plate 30 which are connected in sequence in a folded mode.
The inner box is formed by paper and comprises an inner box left end plate 42, an inner box back plate 49, an inner box right end plate 51, an inner box front plate 52 and a first bonding flap 53 which are sequentially connected in a folding mode. The upper side of the left end plate 42 of the inner box is connected with a fifth dustproof flap 46 in a folding way, and the lower side of the left end plate is connected with a sixth dustproof flap 41 in a folding way; the upper side of the inner box back plate 49 is sequentially connected with an inner box top plate 48 and a cover inserting sheet 47 in a folding manner, and the lower side of the inner box back plate is sequentially connected with a first bottom plate 65, a second bottom plate 63, a third bottom plate 62, a fourth bottom plate 61, a fifth bottom plate 60 and a sixth bottom plate 58 in a folding manner from left to right; the underside of the first base panel 65 is in folded connection with the second adhesive flap 64; the underside of the sixth bottom panel 58 is foldably connected to a third adhesive flap 59. The inner box back plate 49 and the parts surrounded by the second bottom plate 63, the third bottom plate 62, the fourth bottom plate 61 and the fifth bottom plate 60 are connected with the first inner plate 43, the second inner plate 44 and the third inner plate 45 in a folding way from left to right in sequence. The upper side of the right end plate 51 of the inner box is connected with the seventh dustproof flap 50 in a folding way, and the lower side is connected with the eighth dustproof flap 57 in a folding way. The lower middle part of the inner box front plate 52 is connected with a fourth inner plate 56, a fifth inner plate 55 and a sixth inner plate 54 in a folding way from left to right in sequence.
The baffles comprise a front upper baffle 31, a front lower baffle 32, a left upper baffle 33, a left lower baffle 34, a right upper baffle 35 and a right lower baffle 36.
The door panels include a left door panel 37 and a right door panel 39. The left door panel 37 is provided with a left finger hole 38; the right door panel 39 is provided with a right finger hole 40.
The two rope belts 67 are respectively connected with the middle part of the inner box front plate 52 and the right inner wall of the left door plate 37; four ropes 69 are respectively arranged up and down and are respectively connected with the middle part of the front plate 52 of the inner box and the left inner wall of the right door plate 39. The first rope belts 66 are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part and are respectively connected with the left side of the inner box back plate 49 and the right side inner wall of the left door plate 37; the third rope belt 68 is respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part and is respectively connected with the right side of the inner box back plate 49 and the left side inner wall of the right door plate 39.
The guide groove is adhered to the middle part of the outer box bottom plate 19 and used for limiting the front and back movement of the inner box.
The inner case may be formed in a front protruding shape such that the inner case protrudes from the inside of the outer case when the door panel is opened.
When forming, the outer box is formed first. The left front plate 1 and the left end plate 3 are sequentially folded inwards, and the right end plate 13 and the right front plate 15 are sequentially folded inwards. The first dust-proof flap 5, the second dust-proof flap 25, the third dust-proof flap 11 and the fourth dust-proof flap 17 are folded inwards in sequence, the top plate 7, the left front upper plate 8 and the right front upper plate 10 are folded inwards, and the bottom plate 19, the left front lower plate 22 and the right front lower plate 20 are folded inwards. The left front upper plate 8 and the left front lower plate 22 are bonded to the left front plate 1, and the right front upper plate 10 and the right front lower plate 20 are bonded to the right front plate 15. And then forming the inner box, inwards folding the left end plate 42, the rear plate 49, the right end plate 51 and the front plate 52 of the inner box in sequence, and sticking the first bonding flap 53 on the inner wall of the left end plate 42 of the inner box. The fifth dust-proof flap 46, the sixth dust-proof flap 41, the seventh dust-proof flap 50 and the eighth dust-proof flap 57 are folded in. The first bottom panel 65 and the sixth bottom panel 58 are folded inward, the second bottom panel 63 and the fifth bottom panel 60 are folded inward, and the third bottom panel 62 and the fourth bottom panel 61 are folded outward. The first inner plate 43, the second inner plate 44, the third inner plate 45, the fourth inner plate 56, the fifth inner plate 55, and the sixth inner plate 54 are folded in. The third bottom plate 62 is bonded to the outer walls of the second inner plate 44 and the fifth inner plate 55, and the fourth bottom plate 61 is bonded to the outer walls of the second inner plate 44 and the fifth inner plate 55. The second adhesive flap 64 and the third adhesive flap 59 are adhered to the outer wall of the inner box front panel 52. And folding the top plate 48 of the inner box inwards, and inserting the cover inserting piece 47 into the gap between the fifth dust-proof flap 46, the seventh dust-proof flap 50 and the front plate 52 of the inner box to finish the forming of the inner box. The front upper baffle 31 is pasted on the outer sides of the left front upper plate 8 and the right front upper plate 10 of the outer box; the front lower baffle 32 is pasted on the outer sides of the left front lower plate 22 and the right front lower plate 20, the left upper baffle 33 is pasted on the upper side of the outer box left end plate 3, the left lower baffle 34 is pasted on the lower side of the outer box left end plate 3, the right upper baffle 35 is pasted on the upper side of the outer box right end plate 13, and the right lower baffle 36 is pasted on the lower side of the outer box right end plate 13. Connecting a second rope belt 67 with the middle part of the inner box front plate 52 and the right inner wall of the left door plate 37; the fourth rope 69 is connected to the middle of the inner box front plate 52 and the left inner wall of the right door panel 39. Connecting a first rope belt 66 to the left side of the inner box back plate 49 and the right side inner wall of the left door plate 37; the third string 68 is connected to the right side of the inner box back plate 49 and the left inner wall of the right door panel 39. The left door panel 37 and the right door panel 39 are respectively placed in the nip between the front upper baffle 31, the left front upper panel 8 and the right front upper panel 10, and the nip between the front lower baffle 32, the left front lower panel 22 and the right front lower panel 20.
