The mud guard of the platform truck 4 is made of rubber. The carbon steel fender in the relevant scheme has the service life not longer than that of rubber when the road condition is poor, most importantly, stones on the road or scrap iron, small steel blocks and the like on a transportation site are easy to splash onto the fender in the driving process of a vehicle, and if the carbon steel fender is easy to form sparks, flammable and explosive chemical liquid is easy to combust and explode.
The platform truck 4 is also equipped with an EBS (electronically controlled brake system). The EBS is developed on the basis of an anti-lock braking system (ABS) and an anti-slip system (ASR) and is mainly used for improving the braking performance of an automobile, the EBS and other electronic control systems can be used together for controlling the stability of the automobile in a centralized and unified manner by an electronic control unit, and the driving stability and the safety of dangerous chemical liquid transportation road trains are greatly protected.
According to the requirement of actual freight volume, a plurality of semitrailers 3 and trolleys 4 can be arranged. Because the platform trucks 4 are connected between the two semi-trailers 3, which is equivalent to a bridge for connecting the two semi-trailers 3, the number of the platform trucks 4 is one less than that of the semi-trailers 3. For example, there are two flatbeds 4, and the semitrailer 3 should then comprise one semitrailer 3 located in front of the first flatbed 4, a semitrailer 3 located between the two flatbeds 4, and one semitrailer 3 located behind the second flatbed 4, i.e. in this combination, there should be three semitrailers 3. Similarly, if the platform cars 4 are three, the semitrailer 3 should be four, and so on.
Of course, only one platform truck 4 may be provided, and two semitrailers 3 are provided, and the two semitrailers 3 are respectively provided in front of and behind the platform truck 4. In this way, a road train is formed which is pulled by a tractor 1 and comprises a trailer 2 and two semitrailers 3.
Under the condition that the platform truck 4 needs to be arranged in a road train, the electric circuit mounting plate 27 is also arranged at the rear end of the front semi-trailer 3, so that a pressure air source and electric energy are provided for the rear semi-trailer 3. The rear of the last semitrailer 3 is not connected with other semitrailers 3, so the rear end of the last semitrailer 3 can be provided with no electric circuit mounting plate 27. In practical application, the electric path mounting plates 27 can be arranged at the front end and the rear end of all the semi-trailers 3, in the specific arrangement of the train, the electric path mounting plate 27 of the last semi-trailer 3 is closed through a valve or a switch to prevent leakage, and when a certain semi-trailer 3 is positioned in front of other semi-trailers 3, the electric path mounting plate 27 at the rear end of the semi-trailer 3 is opened, so that the interchangeability of the semi-tank trucks is improved.
As described in the above embodiments, the road train may not be provided with the platform cars 4, and a road train consisting of only one tractor 1, one trailer 2 and one semi-trailer 3 may be used as a way to arrange a smaller amount of cargo to be transported.
With continued reference to fig. 9 and 10, the connecting portion 43 of the dolly 4 includes a connecting frame 431, a connecting pin, and a first leg 432, and one end of the connecting frame 431 is hinged to the front end of the second frame 41 so that the connecting frame 431 can swing up and down around the hinge. The other end of the connecting frame 431 is provided with a first pin hole. The connecting pin can be inserted into the first pin hole. The second pin hole is arranged on the connection matching part at the tail part of the semitrailer 3, and the connection between the semitrailer 3 and the trolley 4 can be realized by inserting the connecting pin into the first pin hole and the second pin hole simultaneously.
The first leg 432 is hinged to the connecting frame 431, and may be hinged to the lower side of the middle position of the connecting frame 431. The first leg 432 swings to the vertical position to support the connecting frame 431 in the horizontal position, that is, the first leg 432 is substantially perpendicular to the connecting frame 431 in the supporting position. Through the arrangement, when the platform truck 4 is connected with the front semi-trailer 3, the connecting frame 431 can be supported in a horizontal state and kept still in place through the first support legs 432, the front semi-trailer 3 backs up under the pushing of the tractor 1, and then the connecting matching part of the front semi-trailer 3 moves to a proper position, and then the platform truck 4 is connected to the front semi-trailer 3 through the connection pin inserted into the first pin hole of the connecting frame 431 and the second pin hole of the connecting matching part.
