Abstract
The invention discloses a rubber-like PVC (polyvinyl chloride) hose and a production method thereof, wherein the PVC hose comprises an inner layer, a net layer and an outer layer from inside to outside, wherein the inner layer and the outer layer are both made of PVC materials, and the PVC materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of HPVC resin; 50 parts of extinction PVC resin; 60-90 parts of DINCH; 4-6 parts of epoxidized soybean oil; 2-4 parts of a flatting agent; 8-14 parts of low temperature resistant modifier; 8-14 parts of tackifying resin; 1-1.4 parts of a stabilizer; 0-75 parts of calcium carbonate; 0.5-1.5 parts of lubricant. The formula of the PVC material is reasonably designed, so that the prepared PVC hose meets the international standard in environmental protection, has dry hand feeling, no oil stain precipitation, no odor and good sanitary performance, and can be used at the temperature of between 20 ℃ below zero and 80 ℃; on the other hand, the rubber hose has matte appearance, good rebound resilience, overall texture close to that of a rubber hose, easy acceptance by the old people and large market space.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a PVC hose, in particular to an imitation rubber texture PVC hose and a production method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the rubber garden pipe suitable for farmland mining and water conservancy construction is large in usage amount and mainly comprises a drainage rubber pipe and a water pumping rubber pipe. The traditional rubber hose has the advantages of matte appearance, solid and heavy hand feeling, high elasticity, unobvious hardness change at high and low temperatures and high performance. However, the production process of the rubber hose is complex, the product is generally prepared by the procedures of preliminary rubber mixing, tabletting, extrusion, high-temperature vulcanization, core rod removal and the like, the high-temperature vulcanization procedure is complex, the energy consumption is high, the finished product has the odor of a vulcanizing agent which is difficult to avoid, the surface of the finished product is subjected to oil separation or frost spraying after the finished product is placed for a period of time, the hand feeling is poor, and the sanitation is poor.
Based on the problems, the conventional rubber hose is replaced by a high-performance PVC hose which is frequently prepared at present and is used in the fields of agricultural irrigation, industrial conveying and the like. However, the current PVC hose has the following technical drawbacks: the PVC hose is beautiful and has different appearance texture from the rubber hose. Because the rubber garden hose is earlier applied to garden glue, the feeling of matte and softness always exists in the memory of the aged people, particularly in the North American market, and many old people are the leading force of garden watering hose use. Therefore, the new PVC hose is not easily accepted by the elderly, and the market price is continuously lowered, and is considered as a low-end product.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical defects, the invention aims to provide the rubber-like PVC hose which has an appearance similar to that of a rubber hose, is easily accepted by the old and has a large market space.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the rubber-like PVC hose sequentially comprises an inner layer, a net layer and an outer layer from inside to outside, wherein the inner layer and the outer layer are both made of PVC materials, and the PVC materials comprise the following components in parts by weight:
50 parts of HPVC resin;
50 parts of extinction PVC resin;
60-90 parts of DINCH;
4-6 parts of epoxidized soybean oil;
2-4 parts of a flatting agent;
8-14 parts of low temperature resistant modifier;
8-14 parts of tackifying resin;
1-1.4 parts of a stabilizer;
0-75 parts of calcium carbonate;
0.5-1.5 parts of lubricant.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the PVC hose is formed by three layer construction complex, feels thick and solid, and the setting of weaving the stratum reticulare can improve the structural strength of hose. The outer layer and the inner layer are made of self-made PVC materials, wherein HPVC and delustering PVC resin are blended to be used as matrix resin, and the HPVC, namely the polyvinyl chloride with high polymerization degree, not only maintains the original characteristics of the PVC, but also has the advantages of small compression permanent deformation and thermal deformation, high strength, good heat resistance and cold resistance, excellent electrical insulation performance and the like; the extinction PVC resin is a chemical micro-crosslinking structure PVC resin, and tiny concave-convex parts are formed on the surface of a product to form diffuse reflection, so that extinction performance is shown.
The epoxidized soybean oil and DINCH are compounded as a plasticizer, and the plasticizer has good compatibility with the PVC blend, low volatility, small migration, strong thermal stability and light stability, good water resistance and oil resistance, can enable the product to have good mechanical strength, weather resistance and electrical property, and is nontoxic. The addition of the flatting agent can reduce the glossiness of the surface of the hose and has matte texture. The low temperature resistance of the PVC hose can be improved by adding the low temperature resistant modifier, and the problem that the use range of the traditional PVC hose is limited to-5 ℃ to 65 ℃ is solved. The addition of tackifying resin, on the one hand make outer extrusion moulding in the time bond firmly with the inlayer to guarantee that finished product hose each item performance accords with the design requirement, on the other hand tackifying resin has and is similar to NBR, can improve PVC's resilience, improves PVC's high low temperature performance.

The invention is further configured to: the flatting agent is silicon dioxide.
By adopting the technical scheme, a large number of silica particles with proper particle sizes are distributed in the PVC matrix, and the refractive index of the silica particles is close to that of the resin, so that a fine rough surface can be formed on the surface of the PVC hose, and the glossiness is effectively reduced.
The invention is further configured to: the tackifying resin is tall oil rosin.
By adopting the technical scheme, tall oil rosin also called liquid rosin plays a role in plasticizing and tackifying on one hand, and has a synergistic effect with a delustering agent on the other hand, so that the delustering effect is enhanced.
The invention is further configured to: the low temperature resistant modifier is DOA modifier.
By adopting the technical scheme, DOA (dioctyl adipate), namely dioctyl adipate, has good compatibility with PVC resin, and can improve the toughness and low-temperature performance.
The invention is further configured to: the low-temperature resistant modifier is nano styrene butadiene rubber particles.
By adopting the technical scheme, the nano styrene butadiene rubber particles are rubber elastomers, have excellent cold resistance at low temperature, can effectively improve the low temperature resistance of PVC plastics, and can not be agglomerated in a PVC matrix.
The invention is further configured to: the tackifying resin is maleic acid rosin.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, maleic acid rosin plays the effect of plastifying the increase viscosity on the one hand, and on the other hand further improves the compatibility of nanometer butadiene styrene rubber particle and PVC base member, and then improves its modification effect.
The invention is further configured to: the tackifying resin is any one of rosin and rosin derivatives.
By adopting the technical scheme, the rosin and the derivatives thereof have good cohesiveness, and particularly have good pressure sensitivity, fast viscosity and low-temperature viscosity.
The invention is further configured to: the outer layer outside is provided with the wearing layer, the wearing layer for crowded shaping altogether and by the PVC material is made.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, increase PVC hose's thickness makes feel more thick and more solid and wearability reinforcing.
The invention is further configured to: the inner layer is provided with an antibacterial layer which is formed by co-extrusion and is made of PTEE material.
By adopting the technical scheme, the PTEE layer, namely the thermoplastic polyester elastomer, also called polyester rubber, has excellent elasticity of rubber and easy processing performance of thermoplastic plastics.
The invention also aims to provide a production method of the rubber-like PVC hose.
A production method of an imitation rubber PVC hose comprises the following steps:
s1 granulation: mixing HPVC resin, extinction PVC resin, DINCH, epoxidized soybean oil, a stabilizer and calcium carbonate according to the weight parts required by the formula, continuously stirring for 8-12min, heating to 100-110 ℃, then adding a lubricant, tackifying resin, a low-temperature resistant modifier and a flatting agent, continuously stirring, continuously heating to 120-130 ℃, heating at the rate of 4-6 ℃/min, blanking and granulating to obtain PVC granules, and cooling for later use;
s2 extrusion of inner layer: putting the PVC particles into a pipe extruding machine, and extruding to obtain an inner layer;
s3 winding the net wire: winding the polyester braided wire on the outer side of the inner layer by using a winding machine;
s4 extrusion of outer layer: extruding the outer layer by a pipe extruding machine to obtain a PVC hose;
s5 cutting: and cutting the PVC hose to a required length.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, compare in rubber hose, need not the vulcanization in the PVC hose technology forming process, but direct processing finished product and can use repeatedly, simple process, the goods hygienic properties is better, and waste recycling is simple.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
an imitation rubber PVC hose, as shown in figure 1, comprises an antibacterial layer 1, an inner layer 2, a net layer 3, an outer layer 4 and a wear-resistant layer 5 from inside to outside in sequence. The inner layer 2, the outer layer 4 and the wear-resistant layer 5 are all made of the same PVC material, and are only different from each other in that: calcium carbonate as a filler is added into the PVC material formulas of the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 4, and the calcium carbonate as the filler is not added into the PVC material formula of the wear-resistant layer 5. The PVC material has a specially designed formula, and has the advantages of matte surface, good rebound resilience, rubber texture and good high-low temperature performance. The antibacterial layer 1 and the wear-resistant layer 5 are both formed through a co-extrusion process, and the antibacterial layer 1 is made of a PTEE material. The net layer 3 is formed by winding 1000D terylene.

And (3) judging whether the second to fifth examples, the first comparative example and the third comparative example are close to the fourth comparative example by taking 20 ordinary people with normal sensory ability as test objects, appearance and touch as test directions and taking the fourth comparative example as a reference, performing scoring, wherein the score is 0-10, the score of 10 represents that the similarity degree is highest, and taking the average value to obtain the result shown in the table 1.

2. High and low temperature resistance test
The PVC hoses of examples two to seven, comparative example two and comparative example three were each subjected to the use test according to the following procedure: firstly, slowly raising the water pressure to 0.7MPa at normal temperature, keeping the water pressure for 1h, pressurizing to 2.0MPa, and keeping the water pressure for 1 min; then placing the PVC hose at a temperature of a ℃ for 2 h; then carrying out a hot water blasting test at 80 ℃, wherein the water pressure is 1.0MPa and lasts for 30 min; finally, the water pressure is slowly increased to 0.3MPa at normal temperature and kept for 1 min.
And observing whether each part of the PVC hose has cracks, leakage or other defects after the test is finished, and if not, determining that the test is qualified.
