Background
In recent years, the rubber garden pipe suitable for farmland mining and water conservancy construction is large in usage amount and mainly comprises a drainage rubber pipe and a water pumping rubber pipe. The traditional rubber hose has the advantages of matte appearance, solid and heavy hand feeling, high elasticity, unobvious hardness change at high and low temperatures and high performance. However, the production process of the rubber hose is complex, the product is generally prepared by the procedures of preliminary rubber mixing, tabletting, extrusion, high-temperature vulcanization, core rod removal and the like, the high-temperature vulcanization procedure is complex, the energy consumption is high, the finished product has the odor of a vulcanizing agent which is difficult to avoid, the surface of the finished product is subjected to oil separation or frost spraying after the finished product is placed for a period of time, the hand feeling is poor, and the sanitation is poor.
Based on the problems, the conventional rubber hose is replaced by a high-performance PVC hose which is frequently prepared at present and is used in the fields of agricultural irrigation, industrial conveying and the like. However, the current PVC hose has the following technical drawbacks: the PVC hose is beautiful and has different appearance texture from the rubber hose. Because the rubber garden hose is earlier applied to garden glue, the feeling of matte and softness always exists in the memory of the aged people, particularly in the North American market, and many old people are the leading force of garden watering hose use. Therefore, the new PVC hose is not easily accepted by the elderly, and the market price is continuously lowered, and is considered as a low-end product.

The invention is further configured to: the flatting agent is silicon dioxide.
By adopting the technical scheme, a large number of silica particles with proper particle sizes are distributed in the PVC matrix, and the refractive index of the silica particles is close to that of the resin, so that a fine rough surface can be formed on the surface of the PVC hose, and the glossiness is effectively reduced.
The invention is further configured to: the tackifying resin is tall oil rosin.
By adopting the technical scheme, tall oil rosin also called liquid rosin plays a role in plasticizing and tackifying on one hand, and has a synergistic effect with a delustering agent on the other hand, so that the delustering effect is enhanced.
The invention is further configured to: the low temperature resistant modifier is DOA modifier.
By adopting the technical scheme, DOA (dioctyl adipate), namely dioctyl adipate, has good compatibility with PVC resin, and can improve the toughness and low-temperature performance.
The invention is further configured to: the low-temperature resistant modifier is nano styrene butadiene rubber particles.
By adopting the technical scheme, the nano styrene butadiene rubber particles are rubber elastomers, have excellent cold resistance at low temperature, can effectively improve the low temperature resistance of PVC plastics, and can not be agglomerated in a PVC matrix.
The invention is further configured to: the tackifying resin is maleic acid rosin.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, maleic acid rosin plays the effect of plastifying the increase viscosity on the one hand, and on the other hand further improves the compatibility of nanometer butadiene styrene rubber particle and PVC base member, and then improves its modification effect.
The invention is further configured to: the tackifying resin is any one of rosin and rosin derivatives.
By adopting the technical scheme, the rosin and the derivatives thereof have good cohesiveness, and particularly have good pressure sensitivity, fast viscosity and low-temperature viscosity.
The invention is further configured to: the outer layer outside is provided with the wearing layer, the wearing layer for crowded shaping altogether and by the PVC material is made.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, increase PVC hose's thickness makes feel more thick and more solid and wearability reinforcing.
