Principle of operation
In the working process of the invention, firstly, paint liquid is poured into a storage box 4 from a feeding pipe 5, meanwhile, a longitudinal partition plate 72 is inserted into a fixed frame 71 according to the thickness of a painted plate, after the adjustment is finished, a Kyoto top bolt 73 is screwed, then a power switch 21 is turned on, the plate is led into the lead-in frame 2 from the lead-in frame, when the sensor 3 detects the plate, a controller 20 is utilized to control a driving motor 15, a material pumping pump 61, a blower 10 and a red copper heating pipe 11 to work, the driving motor 15 utilizes a driving wheel 16 to drive a driven wheel 14 to rotate by utilizing a driving wheel 16 and a driving belt 17 so as to drive a conveying belt 13 to rotate by a rotating roller 12 so as to convey the plate to the right side, meanwhile, the paint in the storage box 4 is pumped by utilizing the material pumping pump 61, then the paint is guided into an L-shaped guide pipe 64 by utilizing a three-way joint 63 through a longitudinal guide pipe, after the plate is conveyed to the right side, air heated by the red copper heating pipe 11 is blown to the upper surface of the plate by the blower 10, so that the upper surface of the plate is dried, and finally the plate is led out to the outside through the guide roller 185 and the lead-out roller 197, and can be taken out by using tools in the tool box 193 when maintenance is needed, and the equipment is maintained.

The automatic paint spraying equipment based on the multiple protection structures is characterized by comprising an equipment outer frame (1), a lead-in frame (2), a sensor (3), a storage box (4), a feeding pipe (5), a double-layer paint spraying frame structure (6), an adjustable partition plate structure (7), a drying frame (8), a transverse rod (9), a blower (10), a red copper heating pipe (11), a rotating roller (12), a conveying belt (13), a driven wheel (14), a driving motor (15), a driving wheel (16), a driving belt (17), a lead-out protective frame structure (18), a lead-out buffer frame structure (19), a controller (20) and a power switch (21), wherein the lead-in frame (2) is mounted on the upper portion of the left side of the equipment outer frame (1) through bolts; the sensor (3) is arranged on the top of the lead-in frame (2) through a screw; the material storage box (4) is arranged at the left upper side inside the equipment outer frame (1) through bolts; the feeding pipe (5) is inserted at the middle upper part of the material storage box (4); the double-layer paint spraying frame structure (6) is arranged at the lower part of the material storage box (4); the adjustable clapboard structure (7) is arranged at the middle upper part of the equipment outer frame (1); the drying frame (8) is arranged at the right upper side inside the equipment outer frame (1) through a bolt; the transverse rod (9) is mounted on the upper side of the drying frame (8) through screws; the blower (10) is arranged on the inner side of the drying frame (8), and meanwhile, the screw is arranged on the lower part of the transverse rod (9); the red copper heating pipe (11) is mounted at the lower part of the inner side of the drying frame (8) through screws; the rotating rollers (12) are sequentially coupled in the middle of the equipment outer frame (1) from left to right; the conveying belt (13) is sleeved outside the rotating roller (12); the driven wheel (14) is arranged on the left side inside the equipment outer frame (1) and is connected with the front side of the rotating roller (12) in a key mode; the driving motor (15) is arranged at the left lower side inside the equipment outer frame (1) through a bolt; the driving wheel (16) is connected to the front output shaft of the driving motor (15) in a key way; the transmission belt (17) is sleeved on the outer sides of the driving wheel (16) and the driven wheel (14); the leading-out protective frame structure (18) is arranged on the right upper side of the equipment outer frame (1); the leading-out buffer frame structure (19) is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the equipment outer frame (1); the controller (20) is arranged at the middle lower part of the inner part of the equipment outer frame (1) through screws; the power switch (21) is glued to the left upper side of the front part of the equipment outer frame (1); the adjustable partition plate structure (7) comprises a fixed frame (71), a longitudinal partition plate (72), a jacking bolt (73), a limiting plate (74), scale marks (75) and a rubber pad (76), wherein the fixed frame (71) is welded at the middle upper part of the equipment outer frame (1); the scale marks (75) are carved on the front surface of the longitudinal partition plate (72), the scale unit of the scale marks (75) is set to be millimeter, and the zero degree value of the scale marks (75) is set at the lower side; the rubber pad (76) is glued on the lower part of the longitudinal clapboard (72).

The automated paint spraying apparatus based on multiple protection structures according to claim 1, wherein the double-deck paint spraying stand structure (6) comprises a material pumping pump (61), a longitudinal conduit (62), a three-way joint (63), an L-shaped conduit (64), a protection frame (65) and a paint spraying head (66), the material pumping pump (61) is bolted to the middle lower part of the storage box (4), and the material inlet is communicated with the storage box (4); the longitudinal guide pipe (62) is in threaded connection with a discharge port at the front side of the material pumping pump (61); the three-way joint (63) is in threaded connection with the upper side of the longitudinal conduit (62); the L-shaped guide pipe (64) is in threaded connection with the left side and the right side of the three-way joint (63); the protective frames (65) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower part of the material storage box (4) through screws.
5. The automated paint spraying apparatus based on multiple protective structures according to claim 1, wherein the longitudinal partition (72) is provided at the middle upper portion of the apparatus outer frame (1) while being inserted into the inner lower portion of the fixing frame (71).
6. The automated paint spraying apparatus based on multiple protective structures according to claim 4, wherein the paint spray head (66) is disposed inside the protective frame (65) while being screw-coupled to a lower portion of the L-shaped guide pipe (64).
7. The automated paint spraying apparatus based on multiple protection structures according to claim 3, wherein the guiding-out roller (197) is provided in plurality, and the guiding-out roller (197) is axially connected to the inner side of the side fixing plate (196) from left to right.
8. The automated paint spraying apparatus based on multiple protective structures according to claim 2, wherein the silica gel protective curtain (183) is disposed inside the lead-out frame (181) while being glued to a lower portion of the L-shaped mounting plate (182).
9. The automated paint spraying apparatus based on multiple protective structures according to claim 2, wherein the guide roller (185) is disposed inside the lead-out frame (181) while being journaled outside the fixing bar (184).
