Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a device for improving the output of a coal mill based on a lignite pulverizing system. The invention relates to a device for improving the output of a coal mill for a pulverizing system, which comprises: a grinding disc is arranged in the coal mill; nozzles are arranged around the grinding disc; a grinding roller is arranged at the upper end of the grinding disc; one end of the high-temperature superheated steam pipeline is connected with the steam turbine, and the other end of the high-temperature superheated steam pipeline penetrates through the wall of the coal mill cylinder and then is introduced into a grinding area of the grinding disc through a grinding roller gap; a valve is arranged on the high-temperature superheated steam pipeline; the primary fan conveys hot primary air into the coal mill through the primary air duct. The invention uses high-temperature superheated steam to instantly heat the raw coal, so that the temperature of the raw coal can be increased by 10-20 ℃. On the premise of ensuring normal air-powder ratio, the outlet temperature can be ensured, so that the problem of drying output of burning lignite is solved. The invention improves the combustion efficiency of the boiler, reduces the abrasion of the related equipment of the coal pulverizing system and the coal powder pipeline, and improves the operation safety of the coal pulverizing system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coal pulverizing systems of thermal power plants, in particular to a method and a device for improving the output of a coal pulverizer based on a lignite coal pulverizing system.
Background
Along with the reduction of the storage capacity of the coal market and the increase of the coal price, more and more coal types of the coal pulverizing system of the thermal power plant deviate from the designed coal types, particularly in the northeast three provinces and the like with rich lignite storage. Many imported lignite are applied to the existing coal mill, and the problems of low efficiency, insufficient grinding output and the like are encountered.
More and more lignite is applied to a thermal power coal pulverizing system and becomes a main coal type or a blended coal type. The brown coal has the outstanding characteristic of higher total moisture, so the unit for burning the brown coal requires a powder making system to have good drying power so as to ensure the outlet temperature of a coal mill. Therefore, whether the drying output can meet the requirements of the unit or not becomes a key. The problem that the unit cannot normally run at full load due to insufficient output of a pulverizing system often occurs to the unit for burning the lignite.
The moisture of the lignite is high, and the drying output is ensured by increasing the primary air quantity when a pulverizing system operates. Therefore, the air-powder ratio deviates from the design value seriously, and the excessively high primary air quantity can firstly cause scouring wear to the internal equipment and the pulverized coal pipeline of the pulverizing system, so that the problems of pulverized coal pipeline leakage and service life reduction of other equipment can occur in the past for a long time; secondly, excessive wind speed can have a detrimental effect on the firing and combustion of boiler combustion systems, such as: the flame is partially burnt, and the burnout degree is insufficient; finally, the unqualified fineness and poor uniformity of the pulverized coal can be caused by excessively high ventilation quantity, so that the heating surface of the boiler is coked, and the combustion efficiency of the boiler is influenced.
The drying output of the pulverizing system directly influences the safety and the economical efficiency of the unit operation. The lignite is used as main coal of a plurality of power plants, and if the problem of drying output of a pulverizing system is solved, the application range of the lignite can be expanded, so that any power plant has the capability of burning the lignite, the operation cost of an enterprise can be greatly reduced, and the operation economy and the safety of a thermal power generating unit can be greatly improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the background art and provides a method and a device for improving the output of a coal mill based on a lignite pulverizing system. The invention solves the technical problem of insufficient drying output of a pulverizing system when lignite is used as a main combustion coal.
When raw coal enters the grinding disc area through the coal conveying pipe, hot primary air cannot heat the raw coal, and the raw coal can be mixed with the hot primary air only after being ground into a certain granularity, so that the temperature is increased.
When raw coal enters a millstone of a coal mill, high-temperature superheated steam extracted by a steam turbine is introduced into the center of the millstone to preheat the raw coal for the first time, so that a dead zone that the temperature of pulverized coal cannot be increased in the millstone area is solved, the pulverized coal is heated twice in the coal mill, the efficiency of primary hot air is greatly improved, and the outlet temperature is ensured while the primary air volume is reduced.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a device for improving the output of a coal mill for a pulverizing system comprises: a grinding disc is arranged in the coal mill; nozzles are arranged around the grinding disc; a grinding roller is arranged at the upper end of the grinding disc; one end of the high-temperature superheated steam pipeline is connected with the steam turbine, and the other end of the high-temperature superheated steam pipeline penetrates through the wall of the coal mill cylinder and then is introduced into a grinding area of the grinding disc through a grinding roller gap; a valve is arranged on the high-temperature superheated steam pipeline; the primary fan conveys hot primary air into the coal mill through the primary air duct.
Wherein, the coal pulverizer is provided with three grinding rollers, sets up three high temperature superheated steam pipelines in the circumferencial direction of section of thick bamboo wall, and the grinding zone of mill is let in respectively through three grinding roller clearance again.
A method for improving the output of a coal mill based on a lignite pulverizing system comprises the following steps:
(A) the raw coal enters a coal mill and then falls into a grinding disc; under the rotary grinding action of the grinding roller, raw coal is ground into coal powder with certain fineness;
(B) high-temperature superheated steam from the steam turbine passes through the wall of the coal mill through a high-temperature superheated steam pipeline and then is introduced into a grinding area of the grinding disc through a grinding roller gap; opening a steam flow control valve; introducing high-temperature superheated steam above a grinding disc area of a coal mill; instantly heating the raw coal by using high-temperature superheated steam;
(C) the primary fan conveys hot primary air into the coal mill through the primary air duct; the hot primary air is accelerated through a nozzle of a coal mill;
(D) after the preheated coal powder is ground, the ground coal powder is mixed with hot primary air passing through a nozzle of a coal mill, and the mixture is heated and dried; the temperature is increased again; finally, conveying the pulverized coal which is well ground and dried to the topmost end of the coal mill and then leaving the coal mill;
(E) the coal powder with qualified fineness leaves the coal mill and enters a boiler for combustion; returning the pulverized coal with unqualified fineness to the grinding disc for continuous grinding;
(F) under the action of high-temperature superheated steam and hot primary air, the outlet temperature of the coal mill when the lignite is used as main combustion coal can be increased, so that the primary air quantity is reduced, and the drying output of a coal pulverizing system of the lignite unit is increased.
Wherein, in the step (B), the raw coal is instantaneously heated by high-temperature superheated steam, so that the temperature of the raw coal can be increased by 10-20 ℃.
The invention has the advantages that: the heat source is steam extraction of a steam turbine, the raw coal is preheated for the first time by using superheated steam which is used for completing work of the steam turbine, the efficiency of the coal pulverizing system is improved, and meanwhile the loss of a cold source is reduced. The raw coal is preheated in the grinding disc area of the coal mill, the temperature can be increased by 10-20 ℃, so that the heat of the required hot primary air is reduced, the outlet temperature can be ensured on the premise of ensuring the normal air-powder ratio, and the problem of drying output of the burning brown coal is solved. The reasonable air-powder ratio is closely related to the fineness of the pulverized coal and the uniformity of the pulverized coal, so that the combustion efficiency of the boiler is improved, meanwhile, the abrasion of related equipment of a pulverizing system and a pulverized coal pipeline is reduced, and the running safety of the pulverizing system is improved.
The invention has the following positive effects:
a. the drying output of the powder preparation system is improved;
b. the power consumption of the primary fan is reduced;
c. the combustion efficiency of the boiler is improved;
d. the abrasion of a pulverizing system and a pulverized coal pipeline is reduced, and the service life is prolonged;
e. the output is improved, the standby mill is ensured when the unit normally operates, and the safety is improved.

Example 1:
as shown in FIG. 1, the device for improving the output of the coal pulverizer for a pulverizing system of the present invention comprises: a grinding disc 11 is arranged in the coal mill 8; nozzles 10 are arranged around the grinding disc 11; a grinding roller 12 is arranged at the upper end of the grinding disc 11; one end of the high-temperature superheated steam pipeline 2 is connected with the steam turbine 4, and the other end of the high-temperature superheated steam pipeline penetrates through the wall 9 of the coal mill cylinder and then is introduced into a grinding area of the grinding disc 11 through the gap of the grinding roller 12; a valve 3 is arranged on the high-temperature superheated steam pipeline 2; the primary fan 7 delivers hot primary air 5 into the coal mill 12 through the primary air duct 6.
In the technical implementation, the coal mill 8 is provided with three grinding rollers 12, three high-temperature superheated steam pipelines 2 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the cylinder wall 9, and then the high-temperature superheated steam pipelines are respectively led into a grinding area of the grinding disc 11 through gaps of the three grinding rollers 12.
The invention relates to a method for improving the output of a coal mill based on a lignite pulverizing system, which comprises the following steps:
(A) the raw coal enters a coal mill 8 and then falls into a grinding disc 11; under the rotary grinding action of the grinding roller 11, the raw coal is ground into coal powder with certain fineness;
(B) high-temperature superheated steam 1 from a steam turbine 4 passes through a high-temperature superheated steam pipeline 2, passes through the wall 9 of the coal mill barrel, and is introduced into a grinding area of a grinding disc 11 through a gap of a grinding roller 12; opening the steam flow control valve 3; introducing high-temperature superheated steam 1 above the region of a grinding disc 11 of a coal mill; instantly heating the raw coal by using high-temperature superheated steam 1 to increase the temperature of the raw coal by 10-20 ℃;
(C) the primary fan 7 conveys the hot primary air 5 into a coal mill 8 through a primary air duct 6; the hot primary air 5 is accelerated through a coal mill nozzle 10;
(D) after being ground, the preheated coal powder is mixed with hot primary air 5 passing through a nozzle 10 of a coal mill, and then is heated and dried; the temperature is increased again; finally, the pulverized coal which is ground and dried is conveyed to the topmost end of the coal mill 8 and then leaves the coal mill 8;
(E) the coal powder with qualified fineness leaves the coal mill and enters a boiler for combustion; returning the pulverized coal with unqualified fineness to the grinding disc 11 for continuous grinding;
(F) under the action of the high-temperature superheated steam 1 and the hot primary air 5, the outlet temperature of the coal mill 8 when the lignite is used as main combustion coal can be increased, so that the primary air quantity is reduced, and the drying output of a pulverizing system of the lignite unit is increased.

(B) high-temperature superheated steam from the steam turbine passes through the wall of the coal mill through a high-temperature superheated steam pipeline and then is introduced into a grinding area of the grinding disc through a grinding roller gap; opening a steam flow control valve; introducing high-temperature superheated steam above a grinding disc area of a coal mill; instantly heating the raw coal by using high-temperature superheated steam;
(C) the primary fan conveys hot primary air into the coal mill through the primary air duct; the hot primary air is accelerated through a nozzle of a coal mill;
(D) after the preheated coal powder is ground, the ground coal powder is mixed with hot primary air passing through a nozzle of a coal mill, and the mixture is heated and dried; the temperature is increased again; finally, conveying the pulverized coal which is well ground and dried to the topmost end of the coal mill and then leaving the coal mill;
(E) the coal powder with qualified fineness leaves the coal mill and enters a boiler for combustion; returning the pulverized coal with unqualified fineness to the grinding disc for continuous grinding;
(F) under the action of high-temperature superheated steam and hot primary air, the outlet temperature of the coal mill when the lignite is used as main combustion coal can be increased, so that the primary air quantity is reduced, and the drying output of a coal pulverizing system of the lignite unit is increased.
