1. Roll-type reducing mechanism, including frame, first running roller, with first running roller complex second running roller and be used for driving first running roller and/or second running roller pivoted drive arrangement, first running roller setting is in the top of second running roller, and first running roller is installed on the activity pressure frame, and the activity is pressed the frame and is installed in the frame through the oscillating axle, its characterized in that: the movable pressing frame is provided with a first bearing seat and a second bearing seat which are detachably arranged on the movable pressing frame, the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat are both cylinders with one open ends, the first roller wheel is arranged on the movable pressing frame through a first roller shaft, the two ends of the first roll shaft are respectively provided with a first bearing and a second bearing, the first bearing is arranged in a first bearing seat, the second bearing is arranged in a second bearing seat, a first baffle is arranged on the first roll shaft corresponding to an opening of the first bearing seat, a second baffle is arranged on the first roll shaft corresponding to an opening of the second bearing seat, the outer diameter of the first baffle is larger than the diameter of the opening of the first bearing seat, the outer diameter of the second baffle is larger than the diameter of the opening of the second bearing seat, the two ends of the first roll wheel are provided with a first annular flange and a second annular flange, the first roll shaft is provided with a positioning flange matched with the second annular flange, the first roll shaft is further sleeved with a retainer ring matched with the first annular flange, the first roll shaft is further provided with a mounting flange fixed on the mounting flange, the first roll shaft is further provided with a first annular groove and a second annular groove, the first annular groove is disposed between the collar and the first baffle, and the second annular groove is disposed between the positioning flange and the second baffle.
