The golf club head according to claim 2 wherein the raised portion includes a plurality of spaced posts, a bottom portion of the posts being connected to the rear face of the ball striking plate, a top portion of the posts being disposed as free ends and extending away from the rear face of the ball striking plate, and the recessed portion being disposed between adjacent posts.
6. The golf club head according to claim 2, wherein the protrusion includes a plurality of spaced apart grid bodies, a bottom portion of the grid bodies being connected to the rear face of the ball striking plate, a top portion of the grid bodies being disposed as a free end and extending away from the rear face of the ball striking plate, and the groove portion being disposed within the grid bodies.
7. The golf club head according to claim 1, wherein the peripheral edge portion includes a first wall that surrounds an upper edge of the ball striking panel and extends in a direction of a back of the ball striking panel, a second wall that surrounds a side edge of the ball striking panel and extends in the direction of the back of the ball striking panel, and a third wall that surrounds a bottom edge of the ball striking panel and extends in the direction of the back of the ball striking panel, and a thickness of the third wall is equal to or greater than a thickness of the first wall and the second wall.
8. The golf club head according to claim 7 wherein the thickness of the first wall, the thickness of the second wall, and the thickness of the third wall are each 1.5 to 5 millimeters.
9. The golf club head according to claim 1 wherein the striking plate has a thickness of 1.5 to 5 millimeters.
10. The golf club head of claim 1, wherein the golf club head is integrally cast from an amorphous alloy material.
