The invention relates to an ultraviolet sterilizing plate and a using method thereof, wherein the ultraviolet sterilizing plate comprises a plate main body and ultraviolet LED light sources connected with the periphery of the plate; one side of the plate can be covered with an ultraviolet reflection layer, and the ultraviolet LED light source comprises an encapsulated ultraviolet LED lamp bead, a circuit connection, a driving power supply/power supply adapter and a plug, an ultraviolet light receiving device and a control switch. Light emitted by the ultraviolet LEDs on the ultraviolet sterilizing plate is transmitted to the air uniformly while being spread by the plate, so that the uniform light-emitting area of the light source is increased, and the sterilizing effect is better; the size of the ultraviolet sterilizing plate is easy to regulate and control; the sterilization direction is easy to regulate and control, the structure is simple, the assembly can be flexible, and the ultraviolet sterilization with different effects and different environments can be easily realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sterilization, in particular to a sterilization device, and specifically relates to an ultraviolet sterilization plate and a use method thereof.
Background
The current sterilization equipment on the market is mainly divided into two types, one type is sterilization equipment for a closed space, such as a sterilization box; one is to sterilize a room and an environment, and the common ultraviolet germicidal lamp is adopted in hospitals, schools, supermarkets, etc.
The first type of sterilization equipment sterilizes in a closed space, has relatively large requirements on the size of an article to be sterilized, mainly sterilizes small articles, and is very difficult to place large articles and equipment in a closed space; the second sterilization method of the sterilization equipment is to turn on an ultraviolet light source in the whole room to sterilize the related indoor articles and equipment, and the sterilization method has two problems: firstly, the light distribution of the ultraviolet light source is not uniform, and the whole indoor sterilization effect cannot be ensured; secondly, when the whole room is sterilized, the healthy people must leave the room to affect the normal work. Especially, in the special period of saving lives in time of dispute between minutes such as occurrence of epidemic situation, if only one device in a room needs to be sterilized by an ultraviolet lamp, the device in the whole room cannot be used during sterilization, and the saving efficiency is seriously affected.
Meanwhile, the existing ultraviolet sterilization device generally exists independently, and is difficult to be combined with home decoration in work and life through simple modification, so that the function of easily sterilizing is realized on the premise of not changing the structure of the home decoration and increasing the difficulty.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the ultraviolet sterilization plate and the using method thereof, which realize the sterilization of articles with different sizes and different scene requirements.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme, and provides an ultraviolet sterilization plate which comprises a plate main body for transmitting ultraviolet light and a plurality of ultraviolet light sources arranged on the peripheral end surface of the plate main body.

Preferably, the plate main body is made of glass, quartz or silica gel. The materials which allow ultraviolet light to penetrate are common, and manufacturing cost is reduced.
Preferably, one side surface of the plate body is covered with an ultraviolet reflection layer. This optimization scheme is through setting up the ultraviolet reflection layer in a side of panel main part, realizes that the ultraviolet sterilization panel is disinfected by two sides and is changed into one side and disinfect, satisfies specific sterilization demand, has increased application range.
Preferably, the ultraviolet light source comprises an ultraviolet LED lamp bead connected with a power supply. The ultraviolet light source of the optimized scheme has the advantages of simple structure and low energy consumption, and is suitable for popularization and use.
As optimization, the ultraviolet LED lamp comprises an ultraviolet light receiving device fixedly connected with the plate main body, the ultraviolet LED lamp beads are positioned in the ultraviolet light receiving device, and one side, facing the peripheral side face of the plate main body, of the ultraviolet light receiving device is provided with a light through hole. b. the ultraviolet sterilization plates are arranged and used in a certain sequence, the object to be processed is placed in the area opposite to the side surface of the plate main body, and the ultraviolet light sources on the plurality of plate main bodies are used for simultaneously sterilizing the object; the method is suitable for the condition that the object to be treated is large or more, the object is semi-surrounded or surrounded by the plurality of sterilizing plates to achieve the aim of comprehensive sterilization, or the plurality of sterilizing plates are sequentially arranged, and the object is placed between the two adjacent sterilizing plates to realize simultaneous sterilization of a plurality of objects;
c. the ultraviolet sterilization plate is arranged on a window of a room to sterilize the indoor, and by the method, ultraviolet LED lamps can be additionally arranged around the indoor existing window glass to form the window glass ultraviolet sterilization plate, and the sterilization function of the window glass ultraviolet sterilization plate is easily controlled by a switch.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the light emitted by the ultraviolet light source is transmitted through the plate main body, part of the light is emitted to the air through the plate in the transmission process, and part of the light is transmitted in the plate main body and is emitted to the air through the rear plate, so that the light of the ultraviolet light source can be uniformly emitted to the air, and the uniform light emitting area of the light source is improved;
2. the uniform light-emitting size of the light source can be changed simply by changing the size of the plate main body, so that the sterilization of articles with different sizes can be met;
3. the reflection layer covers one surface of the plate main body, so that the ultraviolet sterilization plate is changed from two-surface sterilization to one-surface sterilization, the sterilization with specific requirements is realized, and the influence on the work of personnel in the same room is avoided when equipment in the room is sterilized;
4. simple structure can simply assemble according to the demand of disinfecting, realizes the ultraviolet sterilization of different effects, different environment.

Detailed Description

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the ultraviolet sterilization plate is used for sterilizing multilayer small medical devices, and the ultraviolet sterilization plate of the present embodiment includes a plate main body for transmitting ultraviolet light and a plurality of ultraviolet light sources disposed on peripheral end surfaces of the plate main body, the plate main body of the present embodiment is a quartz plate 11, the plate main body is rectangular, a plane having the same length and width as the plate main body is a side surface of the plate main body, and a plane in which the plate main body is located in the thickness direction is an end surface of the plate main body.
Ultraviolet light source is including ultraviolet LED lamp pearl 12, power adapter, control switch and the plug of connecting the power, and each part passes through circuit connection and fixes on the frame with panel main part adaptation, and the frame is fixed in the panel main part, surrounds the panel main part along circumference, and the fixed mode of frame can be the bonding fixed, also can be the bolt fastening, can also be the chucking on each edge of panel main part.
The embodiment further comprises an ultraviolet light receiving device fixedly connected with the plate main body, the ultraviolet LED lamp beads are located in the ultraviolet light receiving device, and one side, facing the peripheral side face of the plate main body, of the ultraviolet light receiving device is provided with a light through hole, so that ultraviolet light 121 is transmitted to the air through the quartz plate while being transmitted along the quartz plate, and the ultraviolet light is transmitted to the upper direction and the lower direction of the quartz plate instead of the opposite direction of the quartz plate, as shown in fig. 2.
The using method of the ultraviolet sterilizing plate comprises the following steps:
a. the ultraviolet sterilization plate is used independently, the object to be processed is placed on one side of the plate main body, and the ultraviolet light source on the plate main body is used for sterilizing the object;
b. the ultraviolet sterilization plates are arranged and used in a certain sequence, the object to be processed is placed in the area opposite to the side surface of the plate main body, and the ultraviolet light sources on the plurality of plate main bodies are used for simultaneously sterilizing the object; the method is suitable for the condition that the object to be treated is large or more, the object is semi-surrounded or surrounded by the plurality of sterilizing plates to achieve the aim of comprehensive sterilization, or the plurality of sterilizing plates are sequentially arranged, and the object is placed between the two adjacent sterilizing plates to realize simultaneous sterilization of a plurality of objects;

Small medical instruments needing sterilization are placed on two sides of the quartz plate, and the sterilization effect of the multilayer small medical instruments is achieved.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the plate main body of the embodiment is a glass plate 21, and the sterilizing plate is a single-layer small-sized instrument ultraviolet sterilizing plate.
An aluminum reflective layer 23 is coated on one side of the glass plate 21 by evaporation to ensure that the ultraviolet light 121 is emitted towards the uncoated side of the glass plate, and the propagation path of the ultraviolet light is shown in fig. 5.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the main body of the plate of the embodiment is a silica gel plate 31, which is an ultraviolet sterilization plate used for environmental sterilization.
This embodiment is used for the environment to disinfect, does not contain the ultraviolet on the silica gel board and receives the light device consequently, and ultraviolet 121 still has 360 degrees propagations in ultraviolet LED department except propagating along the panel, reaches the purpose to the surrounding environment disinfection.
The driving power source of the ultraviolet LED light source 32 around the main body of the plate material in this embodiment is a battery.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 7, the embodiment of the present invention is different from embodiment 2 in that: the plate main body is large in size and is an ultraviolet sterilization plate II which can be used for sterilization of large instruments, and a reflection layer on the back surface of a glass plate 21 in the ultraviolet sterilization plate II 4 is a reflection sticking film 43. When in use, one surface or a plurality of surfaces of the ultraviolet sterilization plate II 4 can be assembled into a sterilization device suitable for a large instrument 4.1 according to requirements, as shown in figure 8.
Example 5
The embodiment of the invention is different from the embodiment 1 in that: the main body of the plate is a glass plate, the glass plate is window glass capable of performing ultraviolet sterilization, ultraviolet LED light sources are arranged on the periphery of the window glass, and the function conversion of common window glass and ultraviolet sterilization window glass can be realized by controlling the on and off of the light sources.
The light emitted by the ultraviolet light source is uniformly emitted into the air while being transmitted through the plate, so that the uniform light-emitting area of the light source is increased, and the sterilization effect is better; the size of the ultraviolet sterilizing plate is easy to regulate and control; the sterilization direction is easy to regulate and control, the structure is simple, the assembly can be flexible, and the ultraviolet sterilization with different effects and different environments can be easily realized.
