The invention discloses an intelligent sterilization type LED flat lamp which comprises a frame body, an illumination lamp panel, a sterilization lamp panel, LED illumination lamp beads, ultraviolet lamp beads, an indexing motor, an electronic timer, a control module, a thermal imaging sensor, a light guide plate and a power supply. According to the invention, the LED panel lamp can sterilize the living room by ultraviolet light according to the preset period, and simultaneously can perform thermal imaging detection on the indoor environment, so that potential safety hazards caused by personnel entering by mistake in the sterilization process are prevented.
