Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the second adjustment plate 2 and the first adjustment plate 1 are obliquely arranged to form a similar folded plate, and the second adjustment plate 2 and the first adjustment plate 1 have an inclination angle therebetween, which is in the range of 10 to 30 degrees, which is greatly related to a palm inclination angle of about 15 degrees. The bottom end of the joint of the first adjusting plate 1 and the second adjusting plate 2 is a fulcrum, so that the bottom end needs to be an arc surface, and the position is convenient to adjust.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the adjusting lever 3 is movably disposed in the adjusting through hole 201 of the second adjusting plate 2. The adjustment lever 3 is not optional and the function of the adjustment lever 3 will now be described. The distance of the bottom end of the adjusting rod 3 extending out of the second adjusting plate 2 can be adjusted, and the distance is prepared for the second adjusting plate 2 to be jointed with the proximal bone block of the radius fracture in subsequent operation. Under the condition that the fracture does not reach the complete anatomical reduction, the fixed angle of the first adjusting plate 1 and the radius fracture far-end bone block is difficult to guarantee, if the adjusting rod 3 is not arranged, when the first adjusting plate 1 is attached to the radius fracture far-end bone block, the second adjusting plate 2 is difficult to ensure to be attached to the radius fracture near-end bone surface, and the reduction angle of the radius far-end palm inclination angle can not be guaranteed to meet the requirements.
