Description

Clothes hanger
Technical Field
The invention relates to a clothes hanger.
Background
In storing clothes, various methods can be used, and for example, clothes can be stored by hanging them on some kind of hanging means. Therefore, if the clothes are hung on some hanging unit for storage, the clothes can be stored for a long time.
On the other hand, clothes including easily damaged portions may be very important for storage thereof due to their material characteristics. For example, a garment including a lot of decorations such as stage clothes or a hard material to maintain a predetermined shape may be damaged or deformed by the decorations or the hard material on the garment according to contact with other objects around the garment, pressure applied from the surroundings, or a storage form of the garment. Therefore, in order to store the clothes, it may be necessary to control contact with other substances around the clothes, pressure applied from the surroundings, or a storage form.
Fig. 1 to 4 are photographs illustrating a conventional clothes storage method.
Conventionally, when storing clothes including such a portion that is easily damaged as described above, for example, as illustrated in fig. 1, a method of storing clothes by spreading the clothes in a wide space, as illustrated in fig. 2, a method of hanging the clothes on hanging means and storing the clothes in a hanging manner with a sufficient distance therebetween so as to be spaced apart from other clothes, and a method of storing the clothes individually in a storage space prepared for the clothes, as illustrated in fig. 3, have been used.
However, when clothes are stored by the conventional methods such as fig. 1 to 3, a space used for storing the clothes is excessively larger than a volume requirement of the clothes, or a large number of additional facilities may be required for storing the clothes.
Therefore, in order to reduce the space required for storing the clothes, the clothes are also stored while being stacked on the floor as shown in fig. 4, but when the clothes are stored by this method, the weight of the clothes, friction between the clothes, contact with the floor, or the like increases the breakage of the clothes, and the storage life is also significantly reduced.
The present invention relates to a hanger, and more particularly, to a hanger capable of preventing damage to a garment including a portion provided to maintain a predetermined shape and improving space utilization efficiency of a space used during storage.
Since it is an invention developed by a completely different new idea related to the existing hanger, the background art cannot be clarified, and as a prior art of the technical field close thereto, a technology for reducing the breakage of the clothes is disclosed in korean laid-open patent No. 10-2013-0025307.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, it is merely an example, and the present invention is not limited thereby.
For convenience of explanation, the size, area, and the like of each structure, component in the drawings may be enlarged or modified, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
The technical idea of the present invention is defined by the scope of claims, and the following embodiments are only means for effectively explaining the technical idea of the present invention to those skilled in the art.
In this description, unless otherwise indicated, the terms referring to directions are in principle based on the directions defined when the hanger is suspended in the air by said head 10. For example, the upper side and the lower side may refer to a side close to the sky as the upper side and a side close to the ground as the lower side, respectively, when the position is changed in a direction parallel to the gravity direction. In one aspect, the side may refer to a side that is visible when the hanger is viewed in a direction perpendicular to the direction of gravity.
In the present specification, the directions or positional relationships referred to by terms include all of the following directions or positional relationships: the direction or positional relationship in geometry, the direction or positional relationship in reality, and the direction or positional relationship although not exact, are generally recognized as the direction or positional relationship in scope.
Specifically, in this specification, the directions or positional relationships of the upper side, the lower side, the parallel, the horizontal, the vertical, and the like, the gravity direction, and the like include all of the directions or positional relationships, the gravity direction, and the like: geometric upper and lower, parallel, horizontal, vertical, and the like directions or positional relationships, gravity directions; the actual upper side, lower side, parallel, horizontal, vertical, etc. directions or positional relationships, the direction of gravity; and although not precisely the direction or positional relationship of the upper side, lower side, parallel, horizontal, vertical, etc., the direction of gravity, etc., in the range generally recognized.
As illustrated in fig. 1, when a garment is hung on a conventional hanger and stored, the garment including the skirt 1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape may occupy a lot of space. Specifically, the skirt 1 may naturally occupy a lot of space due to the original structure of the previously designed clothes while maintaining the shape thereof due to the gravity. Therefore, when storing clothes hung on a conventional hanger, the clothes need to be stored at a sufficient distance from other clothes in order to prevent contact, damage, deformation, and the like of the clothes.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 2, the clothes including the skirt 1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape may have a "flat and closely attached shape" (hereinafter, referred to as a "storage shape") when placed on the ground. The "storage shape" may be defined as a virtual disk-like shape defined for each garment. While fig. 2 illustrates only a ballet skirt, the present invention is not limited to this, and a garment such as a shirt (petticoat) including a frame formed by connecting a plurality of members may have a "storage shape" and may be applied to an embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention stores the clothes in the 'storage shape' state in a state of being stably hung in the air in a vertical state, so that a great amount of clothes can be stored in the same space when the clothes are stored, and the availability of the space can be greatly improved. Meanwhile, the clothes are not piled up or placed on the ground, so that the damage and deformation of the clothes caused by friction or pollution can be reduced.
Before specifically describing embodiments of the present invention, a description will be given of a garment to which embodiments of the present invention can be applied. Embodiments of the present invention may be used as a means for hanging a garment that includes a skirt 1 formed to retain a predetermined shape.
A garment that can be suitably used in the embodiment of the present invention may be a garment including a skirt (skirt)1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape. For example, the garment may be a shirt (petticoat), a ballet skirt (tutu), etc., and the ballet skirt may be a conventional ballet skirt, a romantic ballet skirt, a transparent ballet skirt, a practice ballet skirt, etc., but is not limited thereto, and may be applied to the embodiment of the present invention as long as it includes the skirt 1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape.
Fig. 5 is a picture schematically showing a garment including the skirt 1 formed to hold a predetermined shape.
A garment including the skirt 1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape may include the skirt 1 and may further include an additional portion. For example, the garment may further comprise: an upper body (body) 2 wrapping the upper body of the wearer; underpants (panty)3 for wrapping the lower body of the wearer, shoulder straps (shoulder straps) 4 for hanging on the shoulders of the wearer, and the like. In addition, a garment including the skirt 1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape may be constructed such that the skirt 1 is connected to at least one of the illustrated portions.
An embodiment of the present invention may be such that the shaft portion 40, the attachment portion 30, and the body 20 are sequentially inserted into the garment to penetrate the garment. For example, a garment including a structure in which the upper body 2 and the skirt 1 are directly/indirectly connected may be such that the upper body 2 is inserted through before the skirt 1, and conversely, the skirt 1 is inserted through before the upper body 2. When the upper body 2 is inserted earlier than the skirt 1 and the clothes are penetrated, the lower side of the main body 20 is inserted into the upper body 2 of the clothes and the upper body 2 can be supported by the main body 20 so that the upper body 2 is erected (refer to fig. 13 described later). Conversely, when the upper body 2 is penetrated behind the skirt 1, the upper body 2 of the garment may be supported by the stem 40.
In a state where the clothes are penetrated by the embodiment of the present invention, the clothes may be in a state where the clothes in a "storage shape" are erected as illustrated in fig. 12 to 14 described later. At this time, at least a part of the upper skirt 1 of the garment may be positioned between the stem portion 40, the connecting portion 30, and the main body 20 with reference to a state where the garment in the "storage shape" is erected in a state where the garment is penetrated by the embodiment of the present invention (refer to fig. 12 to 14 described later). Thus, the skirt 1 is supported in the lateral direction by the rod 40 or the body 20, and the skirt 1 can be prevented from inclining in the horizontal direction. On the other hand, when describing "upper side" of the upper skirt 1 specifically, the upper skirt 1 and the lower skirt 1 of the clothes may be distinguished based on a horizontal virtual surface through which a hole formed in the center of the skirt 1 passes when the clothes is in a "storage shape" in which the clothes is flat in a direction perpendicular to the ground.
The skirt 1 is formed to maintain a predetermined shape, and may include a material having rigidity or elasticity. For example, the stiffness or elasticity of the skirt 1 may be determined by the properties of the fiber material itself, or may be formed by providing a stiff or elastic material such as a frame or a steel wire 5 inside the skirt 1 or in a place adjacent to the skirt 1. The predetermined shape of the skirt 1 may be a shape in which the skirt 1 is not completely stretched downward by gravity, but is spread (up) in a lateral direction or the like, or a shape designed for the beauty of the clothes, such as a shape having a three-dimensional feeling while maintaining the space inside the skirt 1, as illustrated in fig. 2 or 3.
The embodiment of the present invention can support the upper skirt 1 with reference to the clothes of "storage shape" which is flat in the direction perpendicular to the ground. As described above, by supporting the upper skirt 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the clothes having a "storage shape" which is flat in the direction perpendicular to the ground from being inclined in the horizontal direction by gravity, and thus, the clothes can be stored upright, and contact, pressing, etc. of the skirt 1 with other objects can be eliminated, and deformation and damage of the skirt 1 can be prevented, and many clothes can be stored in a horizontal direction, and the storage efficiency can be greatly improved.
The upper body 2 serves as a top part of the garment and may include decorations on the surface. The embodiment of the present invention supports the upper body 2 to be able to vertically store clothes, so that the contact, pressing, etc. of the upper body 2 with other objects can be removed, and the deformation and damage of the decorations provided on the surface of the upper body 2 can be prevented.
The underpants 3 are a part of the lower body to be closely fitted to the lower body of the wearer of the clothes, and may include holes (holes) for inserting the legs of the wearer of the clothes. The stem portion 40 and the connecting portion 30 of embodiments of the present invention may extend through the aperture. If necessary, the hole of the pants 3 may be formed to allow the waist of the wearer of the clothes to be inserted therein, and when the hole is formed using a stretchable material, the size of the hole may be changed by contraction and expansion of the material.
The shoulder straps 4 are portions connected to the upper end of the upper body 2 so as to be hung on the shoulders of the wearer. The number of the shoulder straps 4 may be the number of shoulder straps 4 known by a clothing designer, and is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 0, 1, or 2. The clothes hanger according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes a hand portion 50 from which the shoulder strap 4 can be hung, so that the upper body 2 can be kept in a well-spread state.
Fig. 6 and 7 and 9 to 11 are perspective views schematically showing a clothes hanger according to an embodiment of the present invention, respectively.
Fig. 8 is a side view schematically showing a clothes hanger according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The material of the hanger of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a material such as synthetic resin, metal, ceramic, wood, paper, or natural resin.
Embodiments of the invention include a head 10 from which a garment hanger can be suspended in the air.
As illustrated in fig. 6, the head 10 may be provided on the upper side of the hanger, may be suspended from a protruding catch or like a bar to enable the hanger to be suspended.
The shape of the head 10 is not limited as long as it can be hung on a protruding locking portion or a portion such as a rod, and may include, for example, a ring shape including a hook shape having at least one side opened and not including an opening portion.
The embodiment of the present invention includes a body 20 having one end connected to one end of the head 10.
The main body 20 may be connected to the head 10 at an upper side and to the connection part 30 at a lower side, with reference to a direction defined when the hanger is suspended in the air by the head 10. The shape of the body 20 is not particularly limited, and for example, the lower side shape may include a shape that can be inserted into the upper body 2, and the upper side may include a shape that is inclined to the left and right with respect to the end to which the head 10 is connected. In addition, as illustrated in fig. 7, the body 20 may include a hollow portion.
The body 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention may have a shape having a predetermined periphery toward a horizontal direction, with reference to a direction defined when the hanger is suspended in the air by the head 10. Since the main body 20 has a shape having a predetermined outer periphery in the horizontal direction, the upper body 2 is prevented from being folded in the lateral direction during storage, and the storage property of the garnish on the upper body 2 can be improved. For example, the predetermined circumference inserted into the lower side of the main body 20 of the upper body 2 may be 6 inches to 50 inches. The predetermined circumference is a numerical value that is estimated to indicate the size of the outer circumference of the inserted upper body 2, and the reference for measuring the predetermined circumference may be the circumference of the inner diameter of the upper body 2 measured in a state where the upper body 2 is closely covered from the lower side of the main body 20. That is, even if the body 20 includes the hollow portion, the predetermined peripheral size may not be affected, and as illustrated in fig. 6, the lower peripheral size of the body 20 formed with the hollow portion illustrated in fig. 7 may be the same as the lower peripheral size of the body 20 when the body 20 is not formed with the hollow portion.
As illustrated in fig. 6 and 7, the body 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention may have a shape in which a lateral width gradually increases as it goes farther toward a side connected to the connection part 30. Generally, the inner diameter of the upper body 2 may gradually increase from the waist to the chest, and may correspond to the waist to the chest of the upper body 2 from the lower side to the middle portion of the main body 20. Therefore, the main body 20 has a shape in which the lateral width gradually increases as it goes farther toward the side connected to the connecting portion 30, so that the main body 20 can support the upper body 2 by being more closely attached to the upper body 2. This prevents the upper body 2 from being wrinkled, and also improves the storage stability of the garnish on the upper body 2 by stable fixation.
Embodiments of the present invention include a shaft portion 40, one end of which is connected to the other end of the connecting portion 30, which may pass through a hole formed in the garment. As described above, the holes may be, for example, the legs or the waist of the wearer of the garment, and preferably, the holes may be portions into which the legs are inserted.
By providing the stem 40, the stem 40 can be inserted into a hole formed in the garment, and at least a part of the upper skirt 1 of the garment can be supported by at least a part of the inserted stem 40 with reference to a state where the garment in the "storage shape" is erected. At least a part of the stem 40 supports at least a part of the upper skirt 1 of the garment, whereby the skirt 1 is supported in the lateral direction by the stem 40 or the body 20, so that the skirt 1 can be prevented from inclining in the horizontal direction.
The number of the rod portions 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, one or two, and may preferably be two.
When the number of the rod parts 40 is two according to an embodiment of the present invention, the two rod parts 40 can be inserted into two holes formed in the clothes provided for leg insertion, respectively, so that the clothes can be more stably fixed and stored, and the present invention is excellent in the expected effect.
In addition, the two shaft portions 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be disposed to be aligned with a predetermined distance from each other, and in this case, it is possible to more easily perform the function of inserting the shaft portions 40 into holes formed on the clothes and supporting the clothes after the insertion.
The shape of the stem 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention is not limited to a particular shape as long as the stem 40 can be inserted into a hole formed in a garment and at least a part of the inserted stem 40 can support at least a part of the upper skirt 1 of the garment. As illustrated in fig. 6 to 11, the shape of whether there is a corner is not limited, and for example, the shaft portion 40 may have a pillar shape elongated in parallel with the direction of gravity, with reference to a direction defined when the head portion 10 is suspended in the air. Further, the shape of the stem 40 may be changed into various shapes such as a curved shape and a cornered shape, as long as the stem 40 can be inserted into a hole formed in the garment and at least a part of the inserted stem 40 can support at least a part of the upper skirt 1 of the garment. In addition, as illustrated in fig. 7, the stem portion 40 may include a hollow portion.
The rod portion 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be made of a flexible material, and the end of the rod portion 40 may be locked to the body or the head portion 10 or the external locking portion.
The stem portion 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention may have a shape in which the farther from the one end of the stem portion 40 connected to the other end of the connecting portion 30, the closer to the body 20. Fig. 8 is a side view schematically showing a clothes hanger according to an embodiment of the present invention, for example, the shaft portion 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention may have a shape shown in fig. 8.
In general, when the garment is in a "storage shape", the thickness tends to become gradually thinner from the center to the periphery thereof. Therefore, in the present embodiment, in order to cope with the thickness variation of the "storage shape", the distance from the one end of the rod portion 40 connected to the other end of the connecting portion 30 is shorter than the distance from the main body 20, so that the support of the upper side of the skirt 1 can be more excellent.
The length of the stem 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention is not limited to a particular length as long as the stem 40 can be inserted into a hole formed in a garment and at least a portion of the inserted stem 40 can support at least a portion of the upper skirt 1 of the garment, and may be, for example, in a range corresponding to the length of the upper side of a typical skirt 1, specifically, 1cm to 100cm, and preferably 5 cm to 100 cm.
The embodiment of the present invention includes a connecting part 30 having one end connected to the other end of the body 20 for connecting the body 20 and the shaft part 40. The attachment portion 30 may support the weight of the garment.
The link 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention may have at least a portion of an upper surface of the link 30 elongated in a direction perpendicular to a direction of gravity, with reference to a direction defined when the hanger is suspended in the air by the head 10.
That is, if the connecting portion 30 has a portion extending in the horizontal direction, breakage of the underwear 3 side portion of the garment can be reduced. In general, when the garment is in a "storage shape", the thickness of the central portion is the thickest. Therefore, when hanging clothes, if the attachment portions 30 supporting the pants 3 side portions function as a spacer to be able to minimize the pressure to which the pants 3 are subjected, breakage of the pants 3 side portions can be reduced. The upper surface of the link part 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be in contact with the underwear 3 side portion of the garment, and the upper surface of the link part 30 according to the embodiment may be extended by a predetermined length in a horizontal direction. In the above-described effect, the horizontally elongated upper surface of the connection portion 30 may be, for example, 1 to 100 cm.
The connection part 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a hinge part, as needed. By having a hinge portion, the lever portion 40 can be folded or unfolded in the opposite direction, thereby facilitating the introduction of the clothes to the hanger. At this time, the connection part 30 according to the present embodiment may further include a structure for fixing the movement of the hinge part.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the body 20 and the shaft portion 40 are disposed to be spaced apart and opposite to each other by a predetermined distance.
In the state where the garment is penetrated by the embodiment of the present invention, at least a part of the upper skirt 1 of the garment may be positioned between the stem portion 40, the connecting portion 30, and the main body 20 with reference to a "storage shape" which is flat in a direction perpendicular to the ground. Thus, the skirt 1 is supported in the lateral direction by the rod 40 or the body 20, and the skirt 1 can be prevented from inclining in the horizontal direction.
The predetermined distance may be set within the thickness range of the "storage shape", and if the predetermined distance is too narrow, the clothes cannot be hung on the hanger, and if the distance is too far, the "storage shape" of the clothes is difficult to keep upright. For example, the predetermined distance may be 1 to 30 cm.
As illustrated in fig. 8, the body 20 and the shaft 40 are extended upward from the connecting portion 30 with reference to a direction defined when the clothes hanger is hung in the air by the head 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 8, in using the clothes hanger according to an embodiment of the present invention, clothes are introduced into the distal end of the upper side bar portion 40 of the clothes hanger, so that at least a portion of the upper side skirt 1 of the clothes may be located between the bar portion 40, the connection portion 30 and the body 20 in a state of being penetrated by the embodiment of the present invention. Thus, the skirt 1 is supported in the lateral direction by the rod portion 40 or the body 20, so that the skirt 1 can be prevented from being inclined in the horizontal direction and the clothes can be restrained from being detached from the hanger. A garment hanger according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a spacer 60 between the body 20 and the stem 40, and the spacer 60 may have at least a portion of the garment disposed thereon.
The body 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention may support one side of a predetermined portion of the garment between the body 20 and the stem 40, and the stem 40 may support the other side of the predetermined portion of the garment.
A hanger according to an embodiment of the invention may have a shape that opens upward when viewed from a side of the hanger. The shape of the upwardly opening side is not limited as long as the clothes can be introduced from the open side to the hanger, and for example, the side shape may include a shape which is surrounded by the body 20, the connecting portion 30, and the rod portion 40 and is upwardly opened
Figure BDA0002255712880000121
The shape, "C" shape, or a shape of an upward opening similar thereto, specifically, as illustrated in fig. 8, may have a shape of an upward opening.
The following description will be made with reference to fig. 7, 9, 10, and 11.
The clothes hanger according to an embodiment of the present invention further comprises a hand portion 50 provided at an upper side of the body 20 or an upper side of the bar portion 40 with reference to a direction defined when the clothes hanger is hung in the air by the head portion 10, and from which the shoulder strap 4 on the upper body 2 of the clothes can be hung. The clothes hanger further comprises a hand 50 provided on the upper side of the body 20 or the upper side of the rod 40, so that the shoulder strap 4 of the upper body 2 of the clothes can be hung, and the upper body 2 of the clothes can be stored without slipping down.
The shape of the hand 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention is not limited to a normal shape in which the shoulder strap 4 can be hung, and the shape of the hand 50 may be, for example, a shape illustrated in fig. 7, 10, and 11, or a groove or the like in order to hang the shoulder strap 4 inside the groove.
The hand 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be changed in position according to a guide unit previously provided on the body 20 or the lever 40, as needed. This allows the shoulder straps 4 included in various sizes of clothes to be hung. The guide unit according to the present embodiment may be a hand 50 having a shape corresponding to a groove to prevent detachment from a previously provided groove, or may have a structure in which the hand 50 is detachable.
The hand 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention is connected to the upper side of the shaft 40 with reference to a direction defined when the head 10 is suspended in the air as necessary.
When the upper body 2 is inserted into the hanger through the skirt 1 earlier, the shoulder strap 4 can be hung on the hand 50 connected to the upper side of the rod portion 40.
According to need, the hand 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to be slidable in an up-and-down direction along the shaft portion 40, thereby being suspendable to fit the size of the clothes.
