SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household items, in particular to hangers mainly for pants. Hanger comprises two flat plate clamps for clamping and holding the suspended products, a hook for hanging the hanger, two clamps holders and a retainer to keep the clamps in a compressed state, and for breaking the clamps. The holders of clamps are made of springy wire in the form of L-shaped element with two vertical branches, fixed with the lower ends at different clamps. The vertical branches of the holders through bendings turn into the horizontal branches having common curves at the ends. Curved ends of the horizontal branches of the holders overlap to each other, forming a hole, where the lower end of the hook is fixed with the possibility of its rotation. The retainer is made of springy wire in the form of two triangular elements at the ends connected by a common wire and covering in pairs the vertical branches of holders. The retainer can move along the vertical branches of the holders, while in the upper position of the retainer the clamps are driven apart to accommodate the suspended product between them, and the angle between them in this position must be at least 15 degrees. In the lower position of the retainer the clamps are pressed together.

EFFECT: reliable and qualitative retention in the suspended position of one or more items simultaneously is provided, it does not require much effort to clamp and release of suspended goods.

Description

The invention relates to household items, in particular to hangers mainly for trousers. A hanger is known containing a frame with a hook and clothespins for clamping suspended products that are moved along a wire frame (USSR Author's Certificate No. 1709986 A1, class A47G 25/48, published 07.02.92.) A hanger containing a frame with a hook and clothespins at the ends of the frame with the possibility of their movement along the inclined sections of the frame for straightening suspended products (RF patent No. 2168924 (13) C1, CL 7 A47G 25/48, publ. 20.06.01.

The disadvantages of these hangers are insufficient quality distribution of the products in the stored position, as well as the need to use two clamps with their movement along the frame, which lengthens the process of fixing and releasing the suspended products, including in the case of hanging two or more products at the same time.

The design of the trouser racks closest to the claimed technical essence and the achieved result is also known. It contains two flat plate clamps for hanging products that are interconnected by a spring wire lock (Besher hangers manufactured by Kontur, China; Top Style hangers 64-MLO-MC, Internet (prototypes) The disadvantages of these hangers are: 1. The possibility of hanging only one product at a time, because when fixing two or more products, the lock of the hanger may be damaged and wrinkled ie products because of the large and unregulated consolidation efforts. 2. The lock in some cases requires a significant effort when it is locked, especially when securing items from thick dense tissue that makes it difficult to use hangers.

The technical task of the invention is the creation of a new design of a hanger with plate clips mainly for trousers, providing high-quality, easy and quick suspension of one or more products at the same time.

The problem is solved in the design of the hanger, containing two flat plate clamps, a hook for hanging the hanger, two clamp holders and a latch that holds the clamps in a compressed (closed) working state and open when placed between the clamps of the suspended product. The clamp holders are made of a spring wire in the form of an L-shaped element with two vertical branches, lower ends fixed motionless in different clamps and passing through the bend into two horizontal branches ending in a common bend. The ends of the horizontal branches overlap each other, forming a hole for securing a hook in it with the possibility of rotation around a vertical axis. The latch is made of a spring wire in the form of a spectacle frame with two triangular elements at the ends connected by a common wire and covering pairwise vertical branches of the holders. The clamp has the ability to move along the vertical branches of the holders, while in the upper position of the clamp, the clamps are open to accommodate suspended products between them, and in the lower position of the clamp, the clamps are closed, compressing and holding the product in suspension due to friction between the holders and the clamp. The compression force of the clamps is provided due to and within the elastic deformation of the clamp holders and the clamp, which achieves an adjustable clamping force of the product, the ability to clamp two or more products and ease of service of the hanger. This design of the hanger is easy to maintain, as does not require significant effort when clamping and releasing products due to the smooth, easy movement of the latch on the holders. This design of the hanger does not wrinkle and does not damage the suspended product due to the achievement of optimal and not excessive clamping force. This design of the hanger provides a quick and easy process of clamping and releasing the product, as it is made by one rectilinear movement of a clamp with a hand up or down.

A comparative analysis of the claimed design and prototype reveals the distinctive features of the claimed design in comparison with the closest analogue, which allows us to conclude that the proposed solution meets the criterion of "novelty."

The presence of distinctive features makes it possible to obtain a positive effect, expressed in the creation of a new design of the hanger, providing high-quality storage of clothes.

Since when examining the object of the invention in patent and scientific literature, no solutions were found containing the features of the claimed invention other than the prototype, it should be concluded that the claimed invention meets the criterion of "significant differences".

Using the design according to the claimed invention as a household item provides it with the criterion of "industrial applicability".

The invention is shown in the drawing, which shows a General view of the hanger.

The proposed hanger contains two flat plate clamps 1, a hook 2 for hanging the hanger, two clamp holders 3, made in the form of L-shaped elements with two vertical branches 4, fixed with the lower ends in different clamps and passing through bend 5 into horizontal branches 6 having 7 common bends at the ends. The ends of the horizontal branches are superimposed on each other with the formation of an opening 8 for fixing the hook 2 in it with a lower end with the possibility of rotation. The latch 9 with triangular figures 10 at the ends covers in pairs the vertical branches 4 of the holders and can move up and down the holders, providing opening and closing of the clamps 3. The angle α between the vertical branches of the holders with the upper position of the latch should be at least 15 degrees for convenient placement of suspended products between the clamps.

Smooth and adjustable closing of clamps 3 due to the spring properties of the holders and the latch ensures high-quality fastening and retention of one or more products, non-damage products, speed and ease of work with the hanger.
