Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a helmet 10 with a neck protection function includes a helmet body 20 and a neck protector 30 detachably connected to the helmet body 20. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the neck protector 30 includes a rigid inner layer 50 and a flexible outer layer 60 wrapped around the rigid inner layer 50. It should be noted that the rigid inner layer 50 primarily serves to shape and protect the neck of the wearer from direct impact. The injury caused by violent and large-amplitude shaking and deflection of the neck of a wearer due to the inertia effect during emergency braking or rapid acceleration can be avoided. In addition, the flexible outer layer 60 is typically in direct contact with the skin of the wearer's neck, and the flexible material increases the comfort of the wearer and avoids discomfort associated with direct contact of the skin of the neck with the rigid material. It should be noted that the flexible outer layer 60 may be a breathable sponge layer. Of course, the flexible outer layer 60 may be made of other flexible materials. The rigid inner layer 50 may be a stainless steel layer, and any material having high hardness may be used as the material of the rigid inner layer 50.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the neck protector 30 further includes a plurality of elastic buckles 70, the helmet body 20 is provided with a plurality of locking members 80 engaged with the elastic buckles 70, and the plurality of locking members 80 correspond to the plurality of elastic buckles 70 one by one.
Referring to fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment, a plurality of elastic buckles 70 are disposed at equal intervals. Thus, the neck protector 30 is more firmly connected to the helmet body 20, and the neck protection effect is enhanced.
with reference to fig. 5, in detail, the elastic buckle 70 includes a horizontal fixed end 720 and a vertical elastic connection end 710, the elastic buckle 70 is of an inverted-t-shaped structure, the horizontal fixed end 720 of the elastic buckle 70 is disposed on the neck protector 30, the vertical elastic connection 710 of the elastic buckle 70 is of an annular structure with a wide middle part and narrow ends, the locking piece 80 has a fixed part 810 and a locking part 820 connected with the fixed part 810, the fixed part 810 is connected with the helmet body 20, the locking part 820 has two connection blocks 830 and two rotating wheels 840, the rotating wheels 840 are rotatably disposed on the connection blocks 830, and the two rotating wheels 840 correspond to the two connection blocks 830 one by one, the two rotating wheels 840 abut against each other, the two connection blocks 830 and the two rotating wheels 840 form a receiving cavity 850 together, when the neck protector 30 is assembled to the helmet body 20, the vertical elastic connection 710 of the elastic buckle 70 is inserted into the receiving cavity 850 from the two rotating wheels 840 by an external force, so that the helmet body 20 and the neck protector 30 approach each other.
With continued reference to fig. 5, it should be noted that, the vertical elastic connection 710 of the elastic buckle 70 is an annular structure with a wide middle part and narrow ends, and the two rotating wheels 840 are rotatably disposed on the connecting block 830. Thus, when the vertical elastic connection 710 of the elastic buckle 70 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 850, the narrower end of the vertical elastic connection 710 is inserted into the abutting position of the two rotating wheels 840 first, and the vertical elastic connection 710 is deformed by the extrusion of the two rotating wheels 840 and enters the accommodating cavity 850 more smoothly; in the process, when the two rotating wheels 840 extrude the vertical elastic connection 710, the vertical elastic connection 710 drives the rotating wheels 840 to rotate due to the interaction of the forces, so that the vertical elastic connection 710 more smoothly enters the accommodating cavity 850. After the vertical elastic connection 710 of the elastic buckle 70 is inserted into the receiving cavity 850, the locking portion 820 forms a locked state on the elastic buckle 70, so that the elastic buckle 70 is not easily separated from the receiving cavity 850, and a stable connection is realized.
With continued reference to fig. 5, when the neck protector 30 needs to be detached from the helmet body 20 for cleaning or replacement, only an external force needs to be applied to the helmet body 20 and/or the neck protector 30, so that the helmet body 20 and the neck protector 30 tend to move away from each other, and the vertical elastic connection 710 is deformed again by the extrusion of the rotating wheel 840 to be separated from the receiving cavity 850. The principle of the vertical resilient connection 710 coming out of the receiving cavity 850 is the same as the principle of the vertical resilient connection 710 coming into the receiving cavity 850, and the description thereof is omitted.
Referring to fig. 3, in particular, the neck protector 30 has an arc shape, and preferably, the neck protector 30 matches the shape of the neck of a human body, thus increasing the comfort of the helmet 10 with a neck protection function. The two ends of the neck protector 30 are connected by a snap-fit band 860. At least one end of the fastening tape 860 is detachably connected to the neck protector 30. In this embodiment, two ends of the fastening band 860 are connected to two ends of the neck protector 30 by the pressing snap buttons 870, respectively. Of course, the present invention may also be used to attach the fastening strip 860 and the neck protector 30 in the following manner: one end of the fastening tape 860 is connected with one end of the neck protector 30 by pressing the snap button 870, and the other end of the fastening tape 860 is fixedly connected with the other end of the neck protector 30. Due to the design, the helmet 10 with the neck protection function can be conveniently worn and taken off by a wearer, and the wearing and taking-off operations are convenient and quick.
In addition, the helmet among the prior art is in order to realize the protection to wearer's head and face, and is poor to head and face's implementation comprehensive, rigid package mode gas permeability, and when the wearer dressed the helmet, the inside air of helmet was not enough circulated, and the wearer can not breathe fresh air, therefore feels uncomfortable easily. This is why many people are reluctant to wear helmets and also why some wearers prefer to have the windscreen (not shown) open.
However, the windscreen is opened, and the problem of incomplete protection of a wearer exists in the using process. For example, in the process of driving and taking a vehicle, on one hand, the wind shield is opened to ensure that sand, mosquitoes and other things are easy to blow into eyes and noses to cause discomfort for a wearer, and in the serious case, the safe driving of the vehicle is influenced, and traffic accidents are easy to cause; on the other hand, the goggles are opened so that the wind is directly blown to the wearer's face. Therefore, although the problem of breathing air circulation is solved by opening the wind-blocking glasses, in the process of high-speed driving of the vehicle, rapid wind directly blows the face of a wearer, so that the wearer feels uncomfortable, sand wind and mosquitoes are easy to blow into eyes, and traffic accidents are caused in serious cases, so that the life safety of drivers and passengers is influenced.
Aiming at the problem of poor air permeability of the helmet in the prior art, the invention also improves the helmet 10 with the neck protection function, so that the helmet 10 with the neck protection function has good air permeability, and a wearer can breathe fresh air outside the helmet 10 with the neck protection function; at the same time, the protective properties of the helmet 10 with neck protection are not affected.
Referring to fig. 1, in particular, the helmet 10 with neck protection function further includes a ventilator 100 disposed on the helmet body 20, and the ventilator 100 is disposed below the goggles. That is, the ventilator 100 is provided at the mouth and nose of the wearer after wearing the helmet 10 having a neck-protecting function. As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the ventilator 100 is inserted into the helmet body 20.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in particular, the ventilator 100 includes: knob 200, valve 300, and seal 400. The knob 200 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 210, the valve 300 is provided with a plurality of grooves 310, and the plurality of protrusions 210 and the plurality of grooves 310 are in one-to-one correspondence and are matched. The sealing member 400 is provided with a switch post 410, and the valve 300 is provided with a switch guide groove 320, and the switch guide groove 320 extends from a top portion near the valve 300 to a bottom portion near the valve 300 in an inclined manner. The switch post 410 snaps into the switch guide slot 320. The valve 300 is closely fitted to the sealing member 400 or separated from the sealing member 400. Specifically, the switch column 410 is a cylinder. The knob 200 is provided with a first through hole 330, the sealing member 400 is provided with a second through hole 420, and the first through hole 330 and the second through hole 420 cooperate to form a ventilation channel (not shown in the figure) which is communicated with the interior of the helmet body 20. It should be noted that the switch guide groove 320 of the valve 300 is not a smoothly inclined structure, but is inclined stepwise. Thus, the switch post 410 is less likely to slip or shake in the switch guide groove 320 during ventilation, thereby ensuring stability of the ventilator 100.
Referring to fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9, in particular, the ventilator 100 further includes a filter 500 and an outer cover 600, the filter 500 is sleeved on an inner sidewall of the outer cover 600, a plurality of air vents 610 are formed on the sidewall of the outer cover 600, and the valve 300 is connected to an inner top wall of the outer cover 600 through a spring 620.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in particular, the outer wall of the knob 200 has anti-slip ribs 220, and the anti-slip ribs 220 are distributed in an annular array around the center of the knob 200, so that the knob 200 is not easy to slip when rotated.
The ventilator 100 may be assembled in the following manner (see fig. 8, 9, 10 and 11):
assembling the sealing member 400 with the valve 300 such that the switch post 410 of the sealing member 400 is caught in the switch guide groove 320 of the valve 300;
assembling the valve 300 with the knob 200 such that the protrusions 210 of the sealing member 400 are snapped into the grooves 310 of the valve 300 in a one-to-one correspondence;
the filter is fitted over the inner sidewall of the outer cap 600.
Of course, when the ventilator 100 is assembled with the helmet body 20, the filter and the outer cap 600 are pressed against the outer sidewall of the helmet body 20. So that the air outside the helmet body 20 enters the ventilator 100 through the vent 610, and the air outside the helmet body 20 enters the ventilator 100 and is first filtered through the filter, so that the air breathed by the wearer after wearing the helmet is kept clean.
The operation of the ventilator 100 will now be explained (please refer to fig. 8, 9, 10 and 11):
when the helmet does not need to be ventilated, the plurality of protrusions 210 of the sealing element 400 are correspondingly clamped into the plurality of grooves 310 of the valve 300 one by one, so that the knob 200 is rotated, and the knob 200 drives the valve 300 to rotate, so that one end, close to the top of the valve 300, of the switch guide groove 320 of the valve 300 is close to the switch column 410 of the sealing element 400 until one end, close to the top of the valve 300, of the switch guide groove 320 of the valve 300 abuts against the switch column 410 of the sealing element 400; at this time, the valve 300 is tightly pressed against the sealing member 400, and the air passing through the air vent 610 and the filter 500 in sequence cannot enter the air vent channel, so that the ventilator 100 is closed;
when the helmet needs to be ventilated, the plurality of protrusions 210 of the sealing element 400 are correspondingly clamped into the plurality of grooves 310 of the valve 300 one by one, and the switch guide groove 320 of the valve 300 obliquely extends from the top part close to the valve 300 to the bottom part close to the valve 300; therefore, when the knob 200 is rotated, the knob 200 drives the valve 300 to rotate, such that the end of the switch guide groove 320 of the valve 300 close to the bottom of the valve 300 is close to the switch column 410 of the sealing member 400; the valve 300 is now separated from the seal 400; the air passing through the air vent 610 and the filter 500 in sequence enters the air vent channel from the separation gap between the valve 300 and the sealing member 400, thereby realizing air intake of the ventilator 100; of course, the gas exhaled by the wearer may also flow from the interior of the helmet to the exterior of the helmet through the ventilation channel, the separation gap between the valve 300 and the sealing member 400, the filter 500, and the ventilation port 610 in this order; thereby effecting ventilation of the helmet exterior and the helmet interior;
it should be noted that, according to the amount of ventilation desired by the wearer, the position of the switch column 410 of the sealing member 400 in the switch guiding groove 320 of the valve 300 can be adjusted by rotating the knob 200, so as to achieve the effect of adjusting the amount of ventilation; when the ventilation amount needs to be reduced, the switch column 410 of the sealing member 400 is towards one end close to the top of the valve 300 by rotating the knob 200, so that the gap between the valve 300 and the sealing member 400 is reduced; when the ventilation quantity needs to be increased, the switch column 410 of the sealing member 400 is enabled to be towards one end close to the bottom of the valve 300 by rotating the knob 200, so that the gap between the valve 300 and the sealing member 400 is enabled to be enlarged;
it should be noted that, since the air vent 610 of the outer cover 600 is opened at the side wall of the outer cover 600, the air outside the helmet entering the ventilator 100 is not directly blown in, but is turned to enter through the side wall of the outer cover 600; thus, the pressure of the air blown into the ventilator 100 against the front face of the ventilator 100 is greatly reduced;
furthermore, during venting, the gap between the valve 300 and the sealing member 400 is at the edge of the valve 300 and the sealing member 400, and the second through hole 420 of the sealing member 400 is opened at the middle of the sealing member 400; therefore, the air entering the inner part of the outer cover 600 needs to turn to the edge of the valve 300 and then to the second through hole 420 in the middle of the sealing member 400 at the edge of the sealing member 400 in the process of entering the vent channel; therefore, the air needs to be turned for three times in the entering process from the outside of the helmet to the inside of the helmet, so that the speed of the air flowing into the helmet is greatly reduced, the air blown into the helmet is slow, gentle and soft, and the comfort of the helmet 10 with the neck protection function is greatly improved; when breathing, a wearer of the helmet does not feel that air outside the helmet is directly blown to the mouth and the nose, and discomfort is not caused; and the ventilator 100 is only a small part compared with the helmet 10 with the neck protection function, and the ventilator 100 is arranged on the helmet body 20 in a penetrating way, so that the rigidity of the helmet body 20 is not affected, and the protection performance of the helmet 10 with the neck protection function is ensured.
In addition, it is also noted that the harm of harmful substances in the air to human body is an important aspect affecting human health due to the increasing environmental pollution. The ventilator 100 of the present invention filters air by the filter 500, and filters out harmful substances, sand, mosquitoes, etc., thereby ensuring clean, healthy, and safe air blown into the helmet. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, it should be noted that the filter 500 includes a filter frame 630 and a filter cotton 640 detachably disposed on the filter frame 630. The filter 500 is easy to install and disassemble. After a period of use, the filter element 500 may be removed for replacement or cleaning.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
