The cold air blown to the air guide surface through the air inlet channel 512 is more effectively diffused on the air guide surface, and the egg roll cooling efficiency on the rolling roller 220 is further improved.
In one embodiment, the forming mechanism 20 further includes a driving assembly 600, the driving assembly 600 is disposed on the supporting assembly 300, the driving assembly 600 is aligned with the cooling station, the engaging end 224 of the winding roller 220 can cooperate with the driving assembly 600, and the driving assembly 600 is configured to drive the winding roller 220 aligned with the cooling station to rotate relative to the turntable 214. The rolling roller 220 positioned at the cooling station is driven to rotate through the transmission assembly 600, so that the cooling efficiency and the cooling uniformity of the rolling roller 220 positioned at the cooling station are further improved, and the mouthfeel of the egg roll is effectively guaranteed.
Further, the driving assembly 600 is disposed on the supporting member 340, so that the driving assembly 600 and the material rolling member 210 can move simultaneously, and the stability of the matching between the winding roller 220 and the driving assembly 600 is not affected.
In this embodiment, the transmission assembly 600 includes a transmission source, a transmission wheel and a transmission belt, the transmission belt is disposed across the transmission wheel, and the transmission source drives the transmission wheel to rotate, so as to drive the transmission belt to move. Wherein the outer surface of the drive belt is formed with second engagement teeth with which the mating teeth of the mating end 224 of the winding roller 220 can engage. When the belt moves, the winding roller 220 can be driven to rotate. In other embodiments, the transmission assembly 600 can also be a chain transmission assembly 600 as long as it can effectively drive the winding roller 220 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in an embodiment, the forming mechanism 20 further includes a blanking station located on a side of the cooling station away from the material rolling station, and the blanking station, the cooling station and the material rolling station are disposed around the rotation direction of the turntable 214. The forming mechanism 20 further includes a blanking assembly 700, and the blanking assembly 700 is disposed at a blanking station. The egg roll on the roll 220 is conveniently taken down after cooling by the blanking assembly 700.
Specifically, the blanking assembly 700 includes a first moving member 710 and a material clamping member 720, the material clamping member 720 can clamp the winding roller 220 located at the blanking station, one end of the first moving member 710 is opposite to the blanking station, and the material clamping member 720 can move on the first moving member 710. The egg rolls are convenient to clamp by arranging the clamping part 720, and the egg rolls are convenient to take down from the rolling roller 220 by moving on the first moving part 710.
In this embodiment, the material clamping member 720 includes a clamp 722 and a clamp cylinder 724, and the clamp cylinder 724 drives the clamp 722 to open and close, so as to clamp the egg roll on the roller 220, and move on the first moving member 710, so that the egg roll is taken down from the roller 220.
In one embodiment, the feeding assembly 700 further includes a guide plate 730, one point pair of the first moving member 710 is located at the feeding station, the other end pair is located at the guide plate 730, the clamping member 720 can move from the feeding station to the position above the guide plate 730, so as to place the egg roll on the guide plate 730, and the egg roll is moved to the next process step through the guide plate 730.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in an embodiment, the forming mechanism 20 further includes a cutting assembly 800, the forming mechanism 20 further includes a cutting station, the cutting station is located between the material rolling station and the cooling station, and the cutting assembly 800 can be aligned with the winding roller 220 located at the cutting station. Can cut the egg roll that is located the winding up roller 220 of cutting station through cutting assembly 800, simultaneously, because the cutting station is located between coil stock station and the cooling station, and then avoided the egg roll to become fragile after the cooling, cause the cutting to damage.
Specifically, the cutting assembly 800 includes a cutter 810 and a pushing member 820, wherein the pushing member 820 is used for pushing the cutter 810 to move towards or away from the winding roller 220 at the cutting station. The pushing member 820 drives the cutter 810 to move, so that the stability of the cutter 810 for cutting the egg roll on the rolling roller 220 can be effectively ensured.
Further, the cutting assembly 800 includes at least two support shafts 830, the cutters 810 are movably disposed on the support shafts 830, and the pushing member 820 is used for pushing the support shafts 830 to move toward or away from the winding roller 220 at the cutting station. Since the cutters 810 can move on the supporting shaft 830, the distance between two adjacent cutters 810 can be further adjusted to facilitate cutting of egg rolls of different length sizes.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 again, in an embodiment, the rolled food processing apparatus 1 further includes a cleaning assembly 900, the cleaning assembly 900 is disposed on the frame 10 and faces the bakeware assembly 100, and the cleaning assembly 900 is movable relative to the bakeware assembly 100, so that the cleaning assembly 900 cleans the baking platform 110. The cleaning assembly 900 moves relative to the baking tray assembly 100, so that the cleaning assembly 900 can clean the baking platform 110, the baking platform 110 is kept clean, and the next baking of the egg skins is facilitated.
Specifically, the bakeware assembly 100 includes a first bakeware 120 and a second bakeware 130, the first bakeware 120 forms the baking platform 110, and the second bakeware 130 is openably and closably disposed on the first bakeware 120 and can cover the baking platform 110. The openable cover of the second baking tray 130 is arranged on the baking platform 110, so that the egg skins can be effectively formed on the baking platform 110, the forming efficiency and stability of the egg skins are improved, and the forming efficiency and stability of the egg roll are further improved.
In this embodiment, the cleaning assembly 900 includes a first cleaning brush 910 and a second cleaning brush 920, wherein the first cleaning brush 910 is disposed toward the baking platform 110, the second cleaning brush 920 is disposed toward the second baking tray 130, when the cleaning assembly 900 moves relative to the baking tray assembly 100, the first cleaning brush 910 can effectively clean the baking platform 110, the second cleaning brush 920 effectively cleans the second baking tray 130, the cleaning of the baking tray assembly 100 is ensured, and the stability of egg skin forming is further ensured.

Claims (14)

1. A molding mechanism, comprising:
the baking tray assembly is provided with a baking platform;
the material rolling component comprises a material rolling part and a roller, the roller is rotatably arranged on the material rolling part, and the roller is positioned above the baking platform; and
the supporting component is used for driving the rolling part to drive the rolling roller to move towards the direction close to or far away from the baking platform.
2. The forming mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting assembly includes a mounting member, a limiting member and a driving member, the driving member is disposed on the mounting member, and the driving member is configured to drive the material rolling member to drive the material rolling roller to move toward or away from the baking platform; the limiting part is arranged between the coiling part and the mounting part and used for limiting the distance between the mounting part and the coiling part.
3. The molding mechanism of claim 2, wherein said support assembly further includes a resilient member mounted at one end to said coil member and at the other end to said mounting member.

The forming mechanism of claim 2 or 3, wherein the supporting assembly further includes a guide post and a supporting member, the material rolling member is disposed on the supporting member, the limiting member is disposed between the supporting member and the mounting member, the supporting member is formed with a guide hole, one end of the guide post is inserted into the guide hole, the other end of the guide post is mounted on the mounting member, and the length direction of the guide post is a direction of the winding roller toward the baking platform.
5. The forming mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a cooling assembly, wherein the winding member includes a rotating member and a rotating disc, the winding roller is rotatably disposed on the rotating disc, the rotating member is disposed on the supporting assembly, the rotating member is configured to drive the rotating disc to rotate, the forming mechanism has a winding station and a cooling station, a direction of the winding station toward the cooling station is a rotation direction of the rotating disc, the baking tray assembly is located at the winding station, and the cooling assembly is located at the cooling station.
6. The molding mechanism as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cooling assembly comprises an air intake member and an air guiding cover, the air intake member has an air intake channel, the air guiding cover has an air guiding surface, the air guiding surface is in communication with the air intake channel, and the air guiding surface is disposed toward the winding roller.
7. The molding mechanism as claimed in claim 6, wherein the air intake member is located on a side of the wind scooper facing a rotation direction of the turntable.
8. The forming mechanism according to any one of claims 5 to 7, further comprising a transmission assembly, wherein the transmission assembly is disposed on the support assembly, the transmission assembly is located at the cooling station, one end of the winding roller is a winding end, the other opposite end is a mating end, the mating end can be mated with the transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly is configured to drive the winding roller located at the cooling station to rotate relative to the turntable.
9. The forming mechanism of claim 8, further comprising a power assembly disposed on a support assembly, the power assembly located at the material winding station, the power assembly configured to cooperate with the mating end to drive the take-up roll to rotate relative to the material web.
10. The forming mechanism of any one of claims 5-7, further comprising a cutting assembly, the forming mechanism further having a cutting station, the cutting station being located between the web station and the cooling station, the cutting assembly being capable of aligning the web roll located at the cutting station.
11. The forming mechanism according to any one of claims 5 to 7, further comprising a blanking assembly, wherein the forming mechanism further comprises a blanking station, the blanking station is located on one side of the cooling station away from the material rolling station, the blanking station, the cooling station and the material rolling station are arranged around the rotation direction of the turntable, the blanking assembly is arranged on the blanking station, the blanking assembly comprises a first moving member and a material clamping member, the material clamping member can clamp the winding roller located on the blanking station, one end of the first moving member is opposite to the blanking station, and the material clamping member can move on the first moving member.
12. A rolled food processing apparatus, comprising:
a frame; and
the molding mechanism of any one of claims 1-11, wherein the support assembly and the bakeware assembly are both disposed on the frame.
13. The rolled food processing apparatus of claim 12, further comprising a cleaning assembly disposed on said frame and facing said grill pan assembly, said cleaning assembly being movable relative to said grill pan assembly such that said cleaning assembly cleans said grill deck.
14. The rolled food processing apparatus as claimed in claim 12 or 13, wherein said rolled food processing apparatus is an egg roll processing apparatus.
