背景技术
当对生产井或注入井进行完井时,有时可以安装套管以衬砌井筒壁。套管可以包括外径小于井筒的直径的钢管道。套管可以帮助提供对井筒的结构支撑,并且将井筒与地质地层的已经形成井筒的部分密封开。

具体实施方式
当将套管柱安装到井筒中时,特别是安装到长的、水平井或斜井中时,套管柱与井筒壁之间的摩擦会使得安装变得困难或不可能。在某些情况下,可以部署井筒牵引车以拉动套管通过井筒,但是在某些情况下不能总是使用牵引车。例如,柱重量、井眼弯曲度、裸眼井中的碎屑堆积、粘土膨胀或井眼塌陷都可能会妨碍牵引车的使用。如果无法使用牵引车,则井筒有时可能会被重新钻进或扩孔,但是这两种选择都会带来很高的成本,并会延长完井所需的时间。在某些情况下,重新钻井或重新扩孔都无法进行。
另外,一旦套管已经到达其目标深度,则对套管进行固井并确保水泥的均匀分布将是一个挑战。如果完井工作不能令人满意地完成,也就是说,水泥未均匀地分布、固化或粘结,则整个下套管部分可能需要被塞住并重新被钻进。在某些情况下,套管被穿孔,并尝试将水泥泵送到问题区域。前面提到的任何操作都可能导致对井筒进行完井的极大延迟。

图1示出了可以用于对在地质地层104内形成的井筒106进行完井的井筒系统100。井筒系统100可以包括支撑将被安装在井筒106内的套管柱112的井架118。在完井操作期间,利用泵110将井筒流体沿井筒向下泵送通过套管柱112,并向上通过井筒106的环空114。井筒流体可以包括钻井泥浆、水泥或任何其它循环流体。井筒106的环空114是套管柱112的外表面与井筒106的壁之间的空间。在一些实施方式中,来自循环流体的静压力可以防止碳氢化合物以被加压的方式从井筒106释放。

轴210是中空的,并且沿其纵向轴线限定流体流动路径。在一些实施方式中,轴210是不平衡轴,该不平衡轴沿轴210的纵向轴线具有不均匀的重量分布。例如,轴210可以包括具有第一直径的端部部分、和在端部部分之间具有第二直径的中心部分,第二直径不同于(即小于或大于)第一直径。从沿其纵向轴线具有基本恒定直径的轴开始,可以从中心部移除一些材料以相对于轴的其余部分减小该部分的直径。或者,可以通过从一个或两个端部部分或中心部分和端部部分中的一个中移除多个部分来将轴形成为不平衡轴。在一些实施方式中,轴的长度可以被分成为两部分,并且可以从这两个部分中的一个中移除材料以形成不平衡轴。
涡轮和不平衡轴响应于流体正在经过套管而旋转。当轴旋转时,沿纵向轴线的不均匀的重量分布会在轴中引起振动。以这种方式,旋转的不平衡轴将振动施加到套管的沿井身向下端。在一些实施方式中,不平衡轴包括旋转杆,该旋转杆联接到涡轮220并且能够与涡轮220一起旋转。该旋转杆包括具有第一外径的第一轴向部分210a和具有第二外径的第二轴向部分210b,该第二轴向部分210b与第一轴向部分端对端地附接。第一外径不同于第二外径。这种偏移导致旋转杆与涡轮220一起旋转以将振动施加到套管。在一些实施方式中,第三轴向部分210c可以与旋转杆一起被包括。第三部分210c可以与第一轴向部分210a轴向对准。在一些实施方式中,可以将重物添加至旋转杆以提供不平衡中的至少一部分。尽管所示的实施方式示出了不平衡轴210作为振动源,但是一些实施方式可以包括用于产生类似效果的不平衡涡轮。
在所示的实施方式中,破裂盘202定位于不平衡子组件200的一端上,例如,在不平衡轴210的沿井身向上端上,以密封轴210的该端。破裂盘被设计成在在由流体流动通过振动组件而引起的高于指定差压阈值的情况下破裂(即爆裂或破坏到使流体可以流动通过该破裂盘的程度)。破裂盘202可以包括陶瓷材料、金属合金或任何其它可钻材料。破裂盘202被设计成在达到指定的差压阈值时立即破裂。破裂盘202处于破裂状态或未破裂状态。在这两个状态之间没有实际的过渡期。
当破裂盘处于未破裂状态时,破裂盘引导流体通过不平衡子组件200并阻止流体流动通过轴210。具体地,对于所示的示例,破裂盘引导整个流体流动通过涡轮220a或220b中的至少一个,并且不会使流体的任一部分流动通过轴210。即使破裂盘202并未完全阻塞轴210,在未破裂状态下,与绕过轴210并流动通过涡轮220a或220b中的至少一个的流体的数量相比,流动通过轴210的流体的数量显着更少(例如,体积小于20%)。
当破裂盘202处于破裂状态时,即,破裂盘202已经爆裂时,爆裂的破裂盘202允许流体的一部分绕过不平衡子组件200。具体地,对于所示的示例,破裂盘通过允许流体流动通过轴210而允许流体的至少一部分绕过涡轮220a和涡轮220b。例如,在破裂盘202已经破裂之后流动通过轴210的流体的数量明显高于在破裂盘202已经破裂之前流动通过轴210的任何数量。换句话说,尽管全部的流体继续流动通过不平衡子组件200,但是仅流体的一部分流过涡轮220a和220b。
一旦破裂盘处于破裂状态并且流体流的一部分被引导远离第一涡轮220a或第二涡轮220b或两者,则在涡轮220上的减少的流动导致涡轮220降低转速。转速的降低减小所引发的振动的振动频率。尽管示出的实施方式示出了穿过轴210的旁路,但是一些实施方式可以使用不同的流动路径,例如,旁路可以位于振动组件的外壳体204中。尽管所示实施方式示出了绕过第一涡轮220a和220b两者的旁路,但是一些实施方式可以仅绕过单个涡轮以产生振动频率的类似减小。
一个或多个涡轮220、轴210和破裂盘202被构造成在使用后被钻碎。即,一旦将套管柱112固结在适当的位置,就使钻头穿过套管以将一个或多个涡轮220、轴210和破裂盘202粉碎。为完成此,前述部件可以由柔软的可钻材料(例如,铝合金、青铜合金、黄铜合金、塑料、复合材料或任何其它可钻材料)制成。
所示的实施方式还包括多个电子部件和机电部件。转速传感器230定位于振动组件102的外壳体204中。该转速传感器能够检测涡轮220的转速。如果使用多个涡轮220,则可以使用多个速度传感器230。在一些实施方式中,涡轮的RPM可以用于计算经过装置102的流速。
第一静水压力传感器250定位在振动组件102的外壳体204中。第一静水压力传感器250能够测量套管柱112内的静态和/或动态压力。第二静水压力传感器270定位在振动组件102的外壳体204中。第二静水压力传感器270能够测量套管柱112的外表面与井筒106的内表面之间的环空114的静态和/或动态压力。虽然在所示实施方式中仅示出了第一压力传感器250和第二压力传感器270,但是可以使用更多的压力传感器。例如,压力传感器可以用于测量涡轮220a的沿井身向上端的压力以及涡轮220b的沿井身向下端的压力,以便测量振动组件102两端的压降。在一些实施方式中,可以包括第二RPM传感器来测量第二涡轮220b的RPM。比较第一涡轮220a和第二涡轮220b的RPM可以帮助诊断涡轮叶片故障。在一些实施方式中,振动组件102可以包括能够测量套管柱112的外表面与井筒106的内表面之间的环空114的温度的温度传感器280。
振动组件102还包括控制器240,该控制器240定位于振动组件102的外壳体204中。该控制器能够接收、处理和传输从转速传感器230、第一静水压力传感器250、第二静水压力传感器270、温度传感器290和振动组件102中包括的任何其它传感器接收到的数据。控制器240能够基于来自第一静水压力传感器250的信号和来自第二静水压力传感器270的信号确定是否存在套管泄漏。控制器能够诊断转速传感器230、第一静水压力传感器250、第二静水压力传感器270或振动组件102中所包含的任何其它传感器的故障。控制器可以使用遥测序列从传感器接收信息,并且可以基于该序列确定故障。例如,控制器可以将预定的电压电流发送到传感器并测量传感器响应。在一些实施方式中,控制器可以将数据发送到地面设施以由地面控制器或现场工程师进行评估。控制器能够将振动组件的状态无线地传输到地面设施。例如,该状态可以包括振动引发装置102的转速、套管柱112内的静压力、环空114内的静压力或适用于振动引发装置的操作的任何其它状态。通常,来自传感器的所有信息都可以被传输到地面设施。为完成此,控制器可以包括一个或多个无线发射器和接收器以与地面设施108进行通信。一个或多个无线发射器和接收器可以通过无线电波、泥浆脉冲、声学、Wi-Fi、蓝牙或任何其它无线传输技术来传输和接收信息。在一些实施方式中,振动组件102可以从地面设施接收“开”信号或“关”信号,并使用相同的无线传输技术来响应“开”或“关”信号。
电池260定位在振动组件102的外壳体204中。电池260能够将电能施加给控制器240、转速传感器230、第一静水压力传感器250、第二静水压力传感器电池270以及振动组件102中所包括的任何其它电子部件。电池可以包括锂离子电池、铅酸电池、镍镉电池或任何其它类型的电池。电池260可以被容纳在单独的加强室内,以防止在电池故障的情况下腐蚀振动组件。在一些实施方式中,发电机206可以联接到涡轮220。在这种情况下,发电机206可以用于给电池充电。
在所示的实施方式中,转速传感器230、第一静水压力传感器250、第二静水压力传感器270、控制器240和电池260均被配置成在安装套管柱之后保留在振动组件的外壳体204内。即,因为这些部件位于壳体204内并且在流动路径之外,所以不会用机械部件将这些电子设备钻碎。在固井操作完成之后,外壳体被永久地与套管安装在一起。电子设备被封装以使得所述电子设备在永久安装之后不会使套管柱退化。例如,传感器、电池260、控制器240和任何其它电子部件被密封在振动装置102的壳体204内,且没有通向环空114或套管柱112的流动路径。
图3是可以与本公开的某些方面一起使用的示例性方法300的流程图。在302处,在将套管柱112下入到井筒106内的目标深度的同时,通过激活振动引发装置而在套管柱112内引发振动来减小套管柱与井筒之间的摩擦系数,其中所述振动引发装置定位于套管柱的沿井身向下端。关闭的流体旁路通道定位于振动引发装置102内。振动引发装置包括涡轮220。引发振动可以包括在不平衡轴210中引发旋转,该不平衡轴210限定旁路通道并联接到涡轮。当被打开时,旁路通道能够将流体的至少一部分转向离开涡轮220。
在304处,流体流动通过套管柱112。流体经过振动引发装置102。关闭的流体旁路通道对于流体通过流体旁路通道的流动关闭。当处于关闭状态时,流体完全流动通过振动引发装置102。
在306处,响应于由于套管柱112内的流体的增加的流动而引起的振动引发装置102上的流体的差压的增加,流体旁路通道被打开。打开旁路可以包括使破裂盘202破裂。破裂盘202被构造成当振动引发装置上的差压超过指定阈值时破裂。流体的至少一部分流动通过打开的流体旁路通道,而流体的其余部分流动通过振动引发装置,从而导致在套管柱内引发的振动发生变化。在308处,在套管柱112在套管柱112内引发的变化的振动下发生振动的同时,流体流动通过环空114。在一些实施方式中,不需要使破裂盘202破裂。即,仅在有需要时才激活破裂盘202。例如,有时可以在无需打开旁路的情况下执行固井操作。
在安装过程期间,振动引发装置102的状态被无线发送到地面设施。在一些实施方式中,可以使用无线电波来传输无线传输。在一些实施方式中,可以使用泥浆脉冲、声学、Wi-Fi、蓝牙或任何其它无线传输技术。
在将套管柱设置在目标深度处之后并且在使流体(例如水泥)流动通过环空114之后,并且在开始通过套管柱112进行生产或注入之前,振动引发装置102被钻通。
因此,已经描述了本主题的特定实施方式。其它实施方式在所附权利要求的范围内。
Claims (21)
1.一种井筒套管靴振动组件,包括:
位于井筒套管靴内的不平衡子组件,所述不平衡子组件包括涡轮和轴,所述轴在所述轴的第一端处联接到所述涡轮,所述不平衡子组件被构造成响应于流体正在经过套管而旋转并将振动施加到所述套管;和
破裂盘,所述破裂盘定位在所述不平衡子组件的一端上,所述破裂盘被构造成在由流体流动通过所述振动组件而引起的高于指定的差压阈值的情况下破裂,所述破裂盘被构造成当所述破裂盘处于破裂状态时允许流体绕过所述不平衡子组件,所述破裂盘被构造成当所述破裂盘处于未破裂状态时引导流体通过所述不平衡子组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,其中,所述轴是不平衡轴,所述不平衡轴沿着所述轴的纵向轴线具有不均匀的重量分布,所述涡轮和所述不平衡轴被构造成响应于流体正在经过所述套管而旋转,其中旋转的所述不平衡轴将振动施加给所述套管。
3.根据权利要求2所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,其中,所述不平衡轴还包括旋转杆,所述旋转杆联接到所述涡轮并能够与所述涡轮一起旋转,所述旋转杆包括具有第一外径的第一轴向部分和具有第二外径的第二轴向部分,所述第二轴向部分与所述第一轴向部分端对端地附接,所述第一外径不同于所述第二外径,其中所述旋转杆与所述涡轮一起的旋转将振动施加给所述套管。
4.根据权利要求2所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,其中,所述涡轮是第一涡轮,所述振动组件还包括第二涡轮,所述第二涡轮与所述第一涡轮相比定位在所述不平衡轴的第二端。
5.根据权利要求2所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,其中,所述涡轮、所述不平衡轴和所述破裂盘被构造成在使用之后被钻碎。
6.根据权利要求2所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,其中,所述涡轮被构造成当所述破裂盘处于所述破裂状态时降低转速。
7.根据权利要求2所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,其中,经过所述涡轮的流体包括钻井液或水泥。
8.根据权利要求1所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,还包括:
转速传感器,所述转速传感器定位在所述振动组件的外壳体中,所述转速传感器被构造成检测所述涡轮的转速;
第一静水压力传感器,所述第一静水压力传感器定位在所述振动组件的外壳体中,所述第一静水压力传感器被构造成测量所述套管内的静压力;
第二静水压力传感器,所述第二静水压力传感器定位在所述振动组件的外壳体中,所述第二静水压力传感器被构造成测量所述套管的外表面与所述井筒的内表面之间的环空的静压力;
控制器,所述控制器定位在所述振动组件的外壳体中,所述控制器被配置成接收、处理和传输从所述转速传感器、所述第一静水压力传感器和所述第二静水压力传感器接收到的数据;和
电池,所述电池定位在所述振动组件的外壳体中,所述电池被构造成将电能施加给所述控制器、所述转速传感器、所述第一静水压力传感器和所述第二静水压力传感器。
9.根据权利要求8所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,还包括联接到所述涡轮的发电机,所述发电机被配置成给所述电池充电。
10.根据权利要求8所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,还包括温度传感器,所述温度传感器被配置成测量所述套管的外表面与所述井筒的内表面之间的所述环空的温度。
11.根据权利要求8所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,其中,所述控制器被配置成基于来自所述第一静水压力传感器的信号和来自所述第二静水压力传感器的信号来确定套管泄漏。
12.根据权利要求8所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,其中,所述控制器被配置成诊断所述转速传感器、所述第一静水压力传感器或所述第二静水压力传感器中的故障。
13.根据权利要求8所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,其中,所述控制器被配置成将所述振动组件的状态无线地传输到地面设施。
14.根据权利要求8所述的井筒套管靴振动组件,其中,所述转速传感器、所述第一静水压力传感器、所述第二静水压力传感器、所述控制器和所述电池均被配置成在安装套管柱之后保留在所述振动组件的外壳体内。
15.一种将套管柱安装到井筒中的方法,所述方法包括:
在将套管柱下入到井筒内的目标深度的同时,通过激活振动引发装置在套管柱内引发振动来减小所述套管柱与所述井筒之间的摩擦系数,所述振动引发装置定位在所述套管柱的沿井身向下端处的靴内,环空被限定在所述套管柱与所述井筒之间,关闭的流体旁路通道定位在所述振动引发装置内;
使流体流动通过所述套管柱,所述流体经过所述振动引发装置,关闭的所述流体旁路通道对于所述流体通过所述流体旁路通道的流动关闭;
响应于由所述套管内增加的流体流动或流量而引起的所述流体的差压的增加,打开所述流体旁路通道,其中所述流体的至少一部分流动通过打开的所述流体旁路通道,而所述流体的其余部分流动通过所述振动引发装置,从而使在所述套管柱内引发的振动发生变化;和
在所述套管柱以在所述套管柱内引发的变化的振动进行振动的同时,使所述流体流动通过所述环空。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,还包括:
在将所述套管柱设置在所述目标深度之后并且在使所述流体流动通过所述环空之后,在开始通过所述套管柱进行生产之前,钻通所述振动引发装置。
17.根据权利要求15所述的方法,还包括:
将所述振动引发装置的状态无线地发送到地面设施,其中所述状态包括所述振动引发装置的转速、所述套管内的静压力以及所述环空内的静压力。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,无线地发送所述状态包括:
将无线电波传输到所述地面设施。
19.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,打开旁路包括:
使破裂盘破裂,其中所述破裂盘被构造成当所述振动引发装置上的差压超过指定阈值时破裂。
20.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述振动引发装置包括涡轮,并且其中引发振动包括:
在限定所述旁路通道的不平衡轴中引发旋转,所述不平衡轴联接到所述涡轮,所述旁路通道被构造成使流的至少一部分转向离开所述涡轮。
21.一种井筒套管安装方法,包括:
在将套管柱下入到井筒内的目标深度的同时,通过激活振动引发装置在所述套管柱内引发振动来减小所述套管柱与所述井筒之间的摩擦系数,所述振动引发装置定位在所述套管柱的沿井身向下端处的靴内,环空被限定在所述套管柱与所述井筒之间,所述振动引发装置包括:
涡轮,所述涡轮定位在所述靴内,所述涡轮被构造成在安装操作期间响应于流体流经过套管接头而旋转;
不平衡轴,所述不平衡轴限定旁路流动路径,所述不平衡轴联接到所述涡轮,所述不平衡轴被构造成当所述涡轮旋转时将振动施加到所述套管;以及
破裂盘,所述破裂盘定位在所述不平衡轴的一端上,所述破裂盘被构造成在由经过所述涡轮的所述流体流引起的高于特定差压阈值的情况下破裂,所述破裂盘被构造成当所述破裂盘处于破裂状态时允许所述流体流的至少一部分通过所述旁路流动路径,所述破裂盘被构造成当所述破裂盘处于未破裂状态时引导所述流体流通过所述涡轮,所述涡轮被构造成当所述破裂盘处于所述破裂状态时以较低的转速旋转;
使流体流动通过所述套管柱以引发振动,流体经过所述振动引发装置,所述旁路流动路径对于所述流体通过旁路流动路径的流动关闭;和
响应于由所述套管内的流体的增加的流动或流量引起的流体的差压的增加,打开所述旁路流动路径,其中所述流体的至少一部分流动通过打开的所述流体旁路流动路径,而所述流体的其余部分流动通过所述振动引发装置,从而使在所述套管柱内引发的振动发生变化。
