and acquiring a corresponding multimedia file to be downloaded based on the file number list, uploading the multimedia file to be downloaded to a local appointed directory, downloading the multimedia file to be downloaded when the intermediate equipment accesses the local appointed directory, and sending the multimedia file to be downloaded to downstream equipment located in an insurance company.

if a re-recording instruction is received, re-recording the user insurance application process based on the re-recording instruction and the insurance application data to obtain a new multimedia file and a file number of the new multimedia file, and storing the new multimedia file and the file number;
