Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof battery pack which comprises a shell, wherein a plurality of battery packs are arranged inside the shell, each battery pack comprises a plurality of batteries, a heat conduction layer is arranged on the outer surface of each battery, a cooling device is arranged outside each battery pack, each cooling device comprises a plurality of cooling pipes and a plurality of communication joints, a fixed end plate is arranged at the upper part of each communication joint, a sealing device is arranged outside each battery pack, a fixing piece is arranged on each battery pack, and an accommodating cavity is arranged inside the shell. The battery pack has the advantages of novel structure, ingenious design and convenience in use, improves the waterproof performance of the battery pack, can lead out heat generated by the battery by arranging the cooling device, prolongs the service life of the battery pack, and improves the safety performance and the utilization rate of the internal space of the battery pack.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of battery packs, in particular to a battery pack with a waterproof function.
Background
The battery pack generally includes a case, a battery pack disposed in the case, and a circuit board for controlling a charge/discharge state of the battery pack. The battery pack generally has waterproof requirements, so the battery pack needs to be installed in a closed space, but in the use process of the battery pack, the battery pack can continuously generate heat, the use performance of the battery pack can be influenced after the temperature is accumulated to a certain degree, the service life of the whole battery pack is influenced, and even potential safety hazards exist. The sealing and waterproof requirements of the battery pack and the heat dissipation of the battery pack are relatively contradictory problems, and the heat dissipation method of the battery pack adopted by the prior art mainly comprises forced air cooling and liquid cooling. A forced air cooling method is to install a fan on a battery pack box body, and take away heat in a battery pack through wind, and the method has the defects that local temperature in the battery pack is uneven, the temperature of an air inlet is often low, the temperature around an air outlet is high, the uniformity of temperature directly influences the consistency of single batteries in the battery pack, the deterioration of the service performance of the battery pack can be accelerated, and the sealing performance of the battery pack is poor; although the liquid cooling method has a good heat dissipation effect, the internal structure of the battery pack is complex, which may increase the weight, size and cost of the battery pack. Temperature factors are important factors affecting the performance and life of lithium batteries. Under 20-40 degree of hough, the work efficiency of lithium cell is higher, and life is longer. Because the lithium cell inevitably can produce the heat at the in-process of charging and discharging, therefore in the lithium cell field, set up the water-cooling board in order to improve the radiating efficiency of lithium cell usually in the lithium cell. The water cooling plate generally has a plurality of heat conduction pipes, and then communicates each heat conduction pipe through the confluence structure, and a plurality of heat conduction pipes form a bearing surface on which components such as the single battery and the fixed end plate are placed. The cost is high, the space utilization rate is low, and the heat dissipation effect is poor. An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.

The present invention provides a battery pack with waterproof function to solve the above technical problems of the related art.

a battery pack with a waterproof function comprises a shell 1, wherein a plurality of battery packs 2 are arranged inside the shell 1, each battery pack 2 comprises a plurality of batteries 3, heat conduction layers 4 are arranged on the outer surfaces of the batteries, a cooling device 5 is arranged outside each battery pack 2, each cooling device 5 comprises a plurality of cooling pipes and a plurality of communication joints 7, the plurality of cooling pipes are connected through the communication joints 7, a fixed end plate 6 is arranged at the upper part of each communication joint, each fixed end plate 6 comprises an end plate main body and a clamping part, the end plate main bodies are connected with the clamping parts, a sealing device 8 is arranged outside each battery pack 2, each sealing device 8 comprises sealing pieces at two ends of each cooling device 5 arranged in the horizontal direction of the battery pack 2, a fixing piece 9 is arranged on each battery pack 2, and the fixing piece 9, the sealing pieces and the cooling pipes are fastened and connected, the inside of casing 1 is provided with accepts the chamber 10, it is provided with the PCB board to accept between chamber 10 and the group battery 2.
Further, the cooling pipe extends along the horizontal direction, and the cooling pipe sets up along vertical direction interval in proper order.
Further, the heat conduction layer 4 is made of heat conduction silica gel.
Further, the communication joint 7 comprises a first joint and a second joint, a first port and a second port are arranged on the cooling pipe, the first port is connected with the first joint, and the second port is connected with the second joint.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the battery pack with the waterproof function has the advantages of being novel in structure, ingenious in design and convenient to use, water can be effectively prevented from entering the battery pack through the accommodating cavity and the PCB, the waterproof performance of the battery pack is improved, heat generated by the battery can be led out by reducing the temperature inside the shell through the cooling device, the service performance of the battery pack is prevented from being influenced by overhigh temperature of the battery pack, the service life of the battery pack is prolonged, the safety performance of the battery pack is improved, the working efficiency of the battery pack can be improved through the cooling pipe, the utilization rate of the internal space of the battery pack can be improved through the fixing end plate, the battery can be favorably developed to high energy density, the rapid heat transfer is realized, and the problems of poor heat dissipation capability and poor waterproof performance of the battery pack in the prior art are solved.
