The invention provides a healthy diet monitoring system based on an intelligent mobile terminal, wherein the intelligent mobile terminal is provided with application program software, and the application program software comprises a data recording unit module, a receiving unit module, a processing unit module, a searching unit module and an output unit module, and the healthy diet monitoring system has the beneficial effects that: the invention can enable a user to finish the health monitoring of diet only by using one intelligent mobile terminal, and the diet can be monitored according to the uploaded pictures of diet conditions of each meal taken by the user and the prestored basic health condition, so that the user can be reminded whether the diet is qualified and healthy; meanwhile, if the user is interested in food material making or wants to recommend food materials to others, the intelligent mobile terminal can recommend diet information to the user through background search and can be used for sharing; through the mode, the intelligent mobile terminal can recommend the customized healthy diet to the user, popularizes diet knowledge, promotes healthy diet, and improves life quality.
