Abstract
The invention discloses a method for analyzing basic nutrients of food, which comprises the following steps of 1, recording daily food intake information of a user through a smart phone application, wherein the recorded content comprises the names and specific intakes of food materials or dishes; step 2, making two databases of a food material-nutrient database and a dish-nutrient database, and converting food intake information into food nutrient intake information; step 3, extracting basic nutrient intake information from the daily food intake information of the user obtained in the step 2, wherein the basic nutrient intake information comprises protein, water, dietary fiber, carbohydrate, fat and energy intake; and 4, analyzing the basic nutrient intake condition by adopting a radar map analysis method, wherein the radar analysis characteristic values comprise the nutrient components which are actually taken by the user and nutrient component intake scores. The method and the system can improve the intuitive understanding of the user on the basic nutrient intake in the daily diet, effectively and timely modify the diet plan and ensure the diet health.

step 2, manufacturing two databases: a food-nutrient database and a dish-nutrient database. step 1, recording daily food intake information of a user through a smart phone application, wherein the recorded content comprises names of food materials or dishes and specific intake;
step 2, making two databases of a food material-nutrient database and a dish-nutrient database, obtaining food intake information according to the step 1, and converting the food intake information into food nutrient intake information;
step 3, extracting basic nutrient intake information from the daily food intake information of the user obtained in the step 2, wherein the basic nutrient intake information comprises protein, water, dietary fiber, carbohydrate, fat and energy intake;
and 4, analyzing the basic nutrient intake condition by adopting a radar map analysis method, wherein the radar analysis characteristic values comprise the nutrient components which are actually taken by the user and nutrient component intake scores.
