The cross-store consumption management system platform of the invention takes consumer rights and benefits as starting points, not only enables consumers to enjoy the convenience of cross-store value storage and cross-store consumption, but also enters the fractional verification and cancellation unit to keep the discount rights of the consumers during fractional value storage, and for merchants, the cross-store consumption and the cross-store verification and cancellation are fully automatic and timely through the cross-store verification and cancellation unit and the fractional verification and cancellation unit contained in the accounting verification and cancellation module, so that the consumers can enjoy the convenience of multi-consumption, and the accounting management of the system platform enables each merchant to have half the effort and help to be endless.

Claims (10)

1. A cross-store consumption management system platform, comprising:
the system comprises a server, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the server comprises a merchant management module, a member management module, a discount management module, a counting verification module and a system database, and the merchant management module, the member management module, the discount management module, the counting verification module and the system database are mutually linked in information;
the client device is in network connection with the server and comprises a client application program, the client application program comprises an identity identification unit and a member information display unit, the identity identification unit generates an identity identification signal, and the client application program is synchronous with the system database information;
a merchant-side device networked to the server, the merchant-side device comprising a merchant-side application, a display, and an identifier electrically linked to each other, the merchant-side application comprising a stored-value module and a consumption module;
the method is characterized in that the identifier reads the identity identification signal, a member information and an action option are displayed on the display, and the action option is clicked to trigger the follow-up action of the merchant application program.

The cross-store consumption management system platform according to claim 1, wherein the member information comprises: member name, member number, date of conference, date of value storage, merchant of value storage, member level, member relationship, available balance, member consumption record, member value storage record, member bonus, etc., and the member information is stored in the system database.
3. The cross-store consumption management system platform according to claim 1, wherein the action options comprise a stored value option and a consumption option, the stored value option corresponds to a stored value behavior, and the consumption option corresponds to a consumption behavior.
4. The platform of claim 1, wherein said stored value module further comprises a stored value input unit.
5. The cross-store consumption management system platform of claim 4, wherein the merchant application further comprises a discount decision module, and the discount decision module further comprises a discount decision rule.
6. The platform of claim 5, wherein the discount decision rule is to give a first discount according to a stored value inputted by the stored value input unit.
7. The platform of claim 5, wherein the discount decision rule is to give a second preferential discount according to the member information.
8. The platform of claim 5, wherein the discount decision rule is a third discount offered by a merchant.
9. The cross-store consumption management system platform as claimed in claim 3, wherein the accounting verification module further comprises a cross-store verification unit for determining whether the consumption behavior belongs to a cross-store transaction according to the member information.
10. The cross-store consumption management system platform according to claim 1, wherein the accounting verification module further comprises a sub-verification unit, and determines whether the consumption behavior needs to be verified in sub-verification according to the member information.
