Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step based on the embodiments in the description belong to the protection scope of the present application.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a block chain-based provider authentication method provided in an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in the drawings, the block chain based provider authentication method provided in the embodiments of the present specification includes the following steps:
s101, deploying a block chain network.
Wherein the blockchain network comprises: a plurality of first nodes, a plurality of second nodes; the first node corresponds to a tender and the second node corresponds to a supplier.
The blockchain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism and an encryption algorithm, and is essentially a decentralized database.
In particular, a blockchain network may be deployed based on a blockchain framework. The blockchain frame may be any blockchain frame capable of implementing the corresponding function of the embodiment of the present application, for example, bitcoin, etherhouse, Fabric, Corda, and the like. A blockchain network may refer to a network that stores blockchains, e.g., may be a distributed system, etc. Of course, the blockchain network may also directly represent the blockchain itself, and is not limited herein.
And S102, the first node collects the bidding information of the corresponding bidding trader and writes the bidding information into the block chain.
Wherein, the bid information includes: tender trader information, tender plans.
The tenderer information referred to herein may include at least one of: the name of the tenderer and the qualification of the tenderer.
The sponsorship qualifications referred to herein may refer to, for example, one or more of the following: legal business license copy, tax register certificate and organization code certificate copy, legal representative certificate, qualification certificate of manufacturer production and management, production or management range and main products, commodity catalog, and related distribution authorization certificate.
The bidding plan may include, for example: the system comprises information of purchase items or service items, the name of the bidding items, fund sources, qualification requirements of suppliers, quality standards, approximate calculation amount, preparation conditions of pre-bidding and the like.
And S103, the second node collects bidding information made by corresponding suppliers for bidding information and writes the bidding information into a block chain.
After the first node writes the bid inviting information into the block chain, the second node can display the bid inviting information to a corresponding supplier, and the supplier makes corresponding bidding information according to the bid inviting information.
Based on the same principle, the bidding information comprises: supplier information, bidding plans.
The vendor information may include at least one of: name of the supplier, and qualification of the supplier.
Likewise, the vendor qualifications may include, for example, one or more of the following: legal business license copy, tax register certificate and organization code certificate copy, legal representative certificate, qualification certificate of manufacturer production and management, production or management range and main products, commodity catalog, and related distribution authorization certificate.
Bidding plans may include, for example: quality standards that can be achieved, an approximate amount, etc.
Through the scheme, the bidding information and the bidding information are written into the block chain, so that data can be prevented from being tampered. In the later stage of cooperation, it is well documented that responsible parties can be clearly determined when disputes occur between the tenderer and the supplier.
In the actual bidding or bidding process, one bidder may correspond to a plurality of suppliers bidding, and how the bidder selects the suppliers is also an important issue. Thus, the present application provides embodiments that can evaluate each supplier to facilitate the selection by the tenderer. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
based on the bidding intelligent contract deployed on the block chain, the first node determines whether the bidding information meets the execution condition of the bidding intelligent contract or not according to the bidding information of the supplier;
and under the condition that the bidding information accords with the execution condition of the bidding intelligent contract, executing the intelligent contract to obtain a corresponding bidding information score and write the bidding information score into the block chain, wherein the bidding information score is used for evaluating the bidding information.
The determining that the bidding information meets the execution condition of the bidding intelligent contract specifically comprises the following steps:
determining whether a supplier corresponding to the bidding information meets a preset supplier qualification review;
and under the condition that the supplier corresponding to the bidding information accords with the preset supplier qualification review, determining that the bidding information accords with the execution condition of the bidding intelligent contract.
A supplier qualification review as referred to herein may refer to a review of credit for a supplier, such as whether the supplier is a distrusted performer. Or, the production or operation range of the supplier and the production product may be checked, for example, whether the production or operation range of the supplier corresponds to the bid plan.
The bidding intelligent contract is used for: acquiring index information of each index for evaluation according to the bidding information; scoring the index information of each index according to the obtained index information of each index and a preset scoring rule of each index; and scoring according to the index information of each index to obtain a bidding information score corresponding to the bidding information.
Specifically, an index for evaluating the bidding information may be set in advance, and index information corresponding to the index may be obtained by a method such as keyword query. The scoring rule may be set in advance, and each index information is scored by the scoring rule. The scores of the index information can be added to obtain the score of the bidding information corresponding to the bidding information.
By the technical scheme, the bidding information of the supplier can be automatically scored, subjective factors existing in manual scoring are avoided, and the assessment of the bidding information of the supplier is more objective. Meanwhile, certain human resources can be saved.
In addition, in some embodiments provided by the present application, the first node may further obtain a bidding result according to the bidding information score, and write the bidding result into the block chain. Specifically, the first node may select, according to a preset rule, a provider with the highest bidding information score as the selected provider of the bidder, or may select a provider with the second highest bidding information score as the selected provider of the bidder, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Based on the scheme, the bidding information and the bidding information corresponding to the bidding information can be written into the block chain, so that the information provided by the bidding providers and suppliers can be guaranteed to be real and not to be falsified, further, the responsibility parties can be determined according to the bidding information and the bidding information stored in the block chain under the condition of disputes in later cooperation, and the condition that the suppliers forget and are not liable is avoided.
Based on the same idea, some embodiments of the present application further provide a device and a non-volatile computer storage medium corresponding to the above method.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a block chain-based provider authentication device provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, a block chain-based provider authentication device provided in an embodiment of the present specification includes:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

collecting bidding information of corresponding bidding merchants, and writing the bidding information into the block chain; and
and collecting bidding information made by corresponding suppliers aiming at the bidding information, and writing the bidding information into the block chain.

collecting bidding information of corresponding bidding merchants, and writing the bidding information into the block chain; and
and collecting bidding information made by corresponding suppliers aiming at the bidding information, and writing the bidding information into the block chain. .
