背景技术
灯具是生活必备的设施,日常生活中用到的灯具类型有很多,但是现有灯具的功能单一,为了不同用途,用户经常需要在同一空间内安装多个不同功能的灯具。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种可改变灯具的照明模式的LED智能照明灯具。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明的LED智能照明灯具,其包括:
固定灯罩,其由光面透光材料制成,其为中空且下端封口的圆筒状;
旋转灯罩,其由光面透光材料制成,其也为中空且下端封口的圆筒状;其安装在所述固定灯罩内并可相对于所述固定灯罩旋转;
弹性遮罩膜,其由亚面透光材料制成,且其置于所述固定灯罩与旋转灯罩之间,其由所述旋转灯罩下端面的中心沿着下端面的径向延伸至所述旋转灯罩的侧壁部分并沿着侧壁部分的母线延伸;其两侧分别固定在所述固定灯罩与所述旋转灯罩上;所述弹性遮罩膜可随着所述旋转灯罩的转动在展开状态与缩回状态之间切换;
伸缩罩,其由不透光材料制成,其为下端未封口的圆筒状,其置于所述旋转灯罩内,并可相对于所述固定灯罩升降,且其升降运动可使所述旋转灯罩相对于所述固定灯罩转动;
反光罩,其内具备碗状反光面,且其相对于所述伸缩罩固定安装;及
LED灯板,其相对于所述固定灯罩固定。
进一步地,所述弹性遮罩膜有多个,所有所述弹性遮罩膜以所述旋转灯罩的旋转中心为中心圆周阵列分布。
进一步地,还包括执行元件,所述执行元件用于驱动所述伸缩罩相对于所述固定灯罩作平移滑动。
进一步地,所述固定灯罩的顶部安装有封盖,所述LED灯板安装在铜座上,所述铜座与所述封盖之间设置有铜管,所述铜管的上端设置有散热鳍片;所述封盖上形成有散热孔。
进一步地,所述固定灯罩内还安装有控制器。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如附图1-2所示,本发明之LED智能照明灯具(以下简称:“灯具”)包括固定灯罩1、旋转灯罩2、弹性遮罩膜3、伸缩罩4、反光罩5、LED灯板6;其中:
固定灯罩1由光面透光材料制成,其为中空且下端封口的圆筒状;
旋转灯罩2由光面透光材料制成,其也为中空且下端封口的圆筒状;其安装在所述固定灯罩1内并可相对于所述固定灯罩1旋转;
弹性遮罩膜3由亚面透光材料制成,且其置于所述固定灯罩1与旋转灯罩2之间,其由所述旋转灯罩2下端面的中心沿着下端面的径向延伸至所述旋转灯罩2的侧壁部分并沿着侧壁部分的母线延伸;其两侧分别固定在所述固定灯罩1与所述旋转灯罩2上;所述弹性遮罩膜3可随着所述旋转灯罩2的转动在展开状态(如附图4所示)与缩回状态(如附图3所示)之间切换;本实施例中,所述弹性遮罩膜3有多个,所有所述弹性遮罩膜3以所述旋转灯罩2的旋转中心为中心圆周阵列分布,如此可减少对弹性遮罩膜3弹性的要求。当弹性遮罩膜3处于展开状态时,如附图4所示,处于旋转灯罩2的下端面位置的弹性遮罩膜3展开为扇形,处于旋转灯罩2的侧壁部分的弹性遮罩膜3展开为弧形片状,所有的处于展开状态的弹性遮罩膜3拼合为一个中空且下端分别的圆柱形遮罩面。
伸缩罩4由不透光材料制成,其为下端未封口的圆筒状,其置于所述旋转灯罩2内,并可相对于所述固定灯罩1升降,且其升降运动可使所述旋转灯罩2相对于所述固定灯罩1转动;为了实现灯具形态的自动切换,伸缩罩4相对于固定灯罩1的升降运动由执行元件7驱动,执行元件7可以是电动推杆的可驱动物体作直线运动的原动件。
反光罩5内具备碗状反光面51,且其相对于所述伸缩罩4固定安装。当LED灯板6置于所述反光罩5内时,由于反光面51的反光作用,可将LED灯板6发出的灯光反射为平行光并从固定灯罩1的端面射出。
LED灯板6相对于所述固定灯罩1固定。
基于上述结构,灯具可呈现两种形态,下列分别说明如下:
第一种形态:射灯形态,如附图1所示,此时,弹性遮罩膜3处于收缩状态,伸缩罩4位于固定灯罩1的下侧,伸缩罩4将固定灯罩1侧壁部分的下端遮盖住使得固定灯罩1侧壁部分无法透出灯光;同时,当伸缩罩4位于固定灯罩1的下侧时,LED灯板6置于反光罩5内,反光罩5内的反光面51将LED灯板6发出的灯光反射为平行光并从固定灯罩1的端面射出。
第二种形态:柔光灯形态,如附图2所示,此时,相对于第一种形态,执行元件7使伸缩罩4作上升运动至高位,伸缩罩4上升时,逐渐解除对固定灯罩1的侧壁下侧的遮挡,使得固定灯罩1侧壁下侧可有灯光透出;另外,伸缩罩4上升带动反光罩5上升,伸缩罩4上升至最高点后,LED灯板6置于反光罩5外,此时,LED灯板6发出的灯光可四处发散;同时,伸缩罩4上升时,其平移运动使得旋转灯罩2产生转动,当伸缩罩4运动至最高点,弹性遮罩膜3切换为展开状态,所有的处于展开状态的弹性遮罩膜3拼合为一个中空且下端分别的圆柱形遮罩面,圆柱形遮罩面将固定灯罩1的可有灯光透出的面全部遮住,如此,LED灯板6发出的灯光透过圆柱形遮罩面再透出至固定灯罩1外,使得灯光不刺眼,且可四处发散。
通过上述方式,可使得灯具可在两种形态之间灵活切换。
优选地,为了实现伸缩罩4的运动与旋转灯罩2运动的联动,如附图5所示,所述旋转灯罩2的内壁上形成有倾斜延伸的导引槽21;所述伸缩罩4上形成有导引柱41,所述导引柱41置于所述导引槽21内,并可沿所述导引槽21运动。如此,当伸缩罩4作上升运动,导引柱41沿着导引槽21运动,由于导引槽21倾斜运动,因此,当导引柱41上升,可使得旋转灯罩2旋转,结构简单,如此,只需要执行元件7一个原动件即可实现伸缩罩4及旋转灯罩2两者的同步运动。
此外,为了实现LED灯板6的散热,所述固定灯罩1的顶部安装有封盖8,所述LED灯板6安装在铜座9上,所述铜座9与所述封盖8之间设置有铜管10,所述铜管10的上端设置有散热鳍片101;所述封盖8上形成有散热孔81。
另外,所述固定灯罩内还安装有控制器20。控制器20连接LED灯板6以及执行元件7,用户通过实体开关或手机APP等形式向控制器20发送信号可控制灯具的亮灭及灯具形态的转变。
本发明的LED智能照明灯具,通过设置弹性遮罩膜,相对于固定灯罩转动安装的旋转灯罩,以及相对于固定灯罩伸缩设置的伸缩罩,通过驱动所述伸缩罩相对于所述固定灯罩移动,使得灯具可在射灯形态与柔光灯形态之间切换,满足不同场景的使用需求,用户无需再同一空间内安装射灯与柔光灯两种灯。
