Description

Variable speed scheduling method and system for long-distance pipeline crude oil mixed transportation
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of production scheduling of refining and chemical enterprises, in particular to a variable speed scheduling method under the condition of a long-distance pipeline, and specifically relates to a variable speed scheduling method for crude oil mixed transportation of the long-distance pipeline.
Background
At present, in daily production of refining enterprises, scheduling and scheduling work is often completed manually, and an optimal scheduling scheme is difficult to seek under the condition of considering all rule limitations, so people often seek the optimal scheduling scheme by using a mixed integer planning method in combination with a solver, but the mixed integer planning method is large in calculation scale, consumes 2-3 days frequently, and has the condition of no solution in a large probability. Meanwhile, when a long oil transportation pipeline with long length exists in the oil transportation process, the oil transportation is restricted by the fixed-speed oil transportation, so that the original oil transportation scheme cannot be used when the production flow rate of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is changed, the actual oil receiving and paying condition of the storage tank in a factory and the oil transportation speed of the long oil transportation pipeline in a pre-production scheduling scheme need to be changed to adapt to the actual condition. Because the scheduling scheme cannot adapt to the variable oil transportation speed of the long transportation pipeline, the situation that the existing scheduling scheme is unavailable often occurs in practical application.
