Abstract
The invention relates to a hanging basket device for an outer wall of a building, which aims to solve the problems that the hanging basket device in the prior art is overlarge in size and weight, inconvenient to install and disassemble, high in requirement on erection environment and incapable of being erected and used on a slope roof or in a small roof space. The building outer wall hanging basket device comprises a hanging basket, a lifting unit for controlling the hanging basket to lift and a fixed supporting unit for supporting the lifting unit; the lifting unit comprises a cantilever beam and a lifting assembly; the fixed supporting unit comprises at least one group of upright rod assemblies arranged in a building and supporting assemblies arranged on wall openings of the building; the vertical rod component is used for fixing the inner part of the wall of the cantilever beam in a building; the support assembly is used for fixing the fulcrum part of the cantilever beam on the wall hole of the building.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the hanging basket device for the building outer wall provided by the invention is smaller in volume and weight, the fixed supporting unit arranged in a building is formed by assembling and fixing various rod pieces and clamps, no balancing weight is needed, and the hanging basket device is convenient and quick to install and disassemble, firm and reliable.
The hanging basket device for the outer wall of the building has no special requirements on erection environment, the fixed supporting unit can select different assembling forms according to requirements and environmental conditions, and the application range is wide.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, advantages and features of the present invention more apparent, the hanging basket device for the outer wall of the building provided by the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the basket device for the outer wall of the building comprises a basket 1, a lifting unit 2 for controlling the lifting of the basket 1, and a fixed supporting unit 3 for supporting the lifting unit 2.
The lifting unit 2 comprises a cantilever beam 21 and a lifting component; one part of the cantilever beam 21 is positioned in the building and is connected with the fixed supporting unit 3, and the other part of the cantilever beam extends out of the building; the lifting component comprises a motor fixed on the cantilever beam 21, a steel wire rope, a reel and a pulley, the output end of the motor is connected with the reel, and the steel wire rope extends out of the reel and penetrates through the pulley to be connected with the hanging basket.
The fixed supporting unit 3 comprises at least one group of upright rod assemblies 31 arranged in the building and supporting assemblies arranged on wall openings of the building.
The group of upright rod assemblies 31 comprises at least one upright rod, the number of the upright rods is the same as that of the cantilever beams 21, the upright rods are telescopic rods, two ends of each upright rod respectively support against a top plate and a bottom plate of a building, and the interior of the wall of each cantilever beam 21 is fixedly connected with the corresponding upright rod; the multiple groups of upright rod assemblies 31 are arranged in parallel and are connected with the inner part of the wall of the cantilever beam 21, so that the stability of the cantilever beam 21 can be improved; the support assembly is used to secure the fulcrum portion of the cantilever beam 21 to the building wall opening.
The structural style of the supporting component is more, but no matter what structural design, all should satisfy the requirement of firm support cantilever beam 21, and this embodiment chooses a simple structure, the form of strong reliability to explain in detail specially:
the supporting component comprises a rectangular fixing frame and a plurality of fixing clamps 32 for fixing the rectangular fixing frame on the inner side wall of the wall opening; the rectangular fixing frame comprises a left vertical rod 33, a right vertical rod 34, an upper cross rod 35 and a lower cross rod 36; the left upright 33 and the right upright 34 are telescopic rods, and two ends of the telescopic rods respectively support the top plate and the bottom plate of the building; the fulcrum portion of the cantilever beam 21 is fixed to the upper cross bar 35.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixing clip 32 includes a fixing clip 321, a movable clip 322, a rotating shaft 323, a hoop fastener 324, and a manual fastening rod 325; the hoop fastener 324 comprises a hoop shaft and a fixing shaft which are perpendicular to each other; one end of the rotating shaft 323 is in threaded connection with the movable clamping piece 322; the other end of the fixing shaft penetrates through the fixing shaft of the hoop fastener 324 and is rotationally connected with the fixing shaft; the middle part of the fixing clip 321 is rotationally connected with the fixing clip; the manual fastening rod 325 is disposed at the other end of the rotating shaft 323 and outside the hoop fastener 324. During installation, the fixing clamp 32 is fixedly sleeved on the rod piece through the hoop shaft, the fixing clamping piece 321 and the movable clamping piece 322 are respectively positioned on the inner side and the outer side of the wall hole, and the manual fastening rod 325 is rotated to enable the movable clamping piece 322 to move until the wall body is clamped.
To further increase the reliability of the support assembly, a plurality of cross bars may be added between the left upright 33 and the right upright 34.
Claims (10)
1. A hanging basket device for a building outer wall comprises a hanging basket (1), a lifting unit (2) used for controlling the hanging basket (1) to lift and a fixed supporting unit (3) used for supporting the lifting unit (2); the lifting unit (2) comprises a cantilever beam (21) and a lifting assembly; the method is characterized in that:
the fixed supporting unit (3) comprises at least one group of upright rod assemblies (31) arranged in a building and supporting assemblies arranged on a wall opening of the building;
the upright component (31) is used for fixing the inner part of the wall of the cantilever beam (21) in a building;
the support assembly is used for fixing the fulcrum part of the cantilever beam (21) on the wall hole of the building.
2. The hanging basket device for the external wall of the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the supporting assembly comprises a rectangular fixing frame and a plurality of fixing clamps (32) for fixing the rectangular fixing frame on the inner side wall of the wall opening; the rectangular fixing frame comprises a left vertical rod (33), a right vertical rod (34), an upper transverse rod (35) and a lower transverse rod (36); the fulcrum part of the cantilever beam (21) is fixed on the upper cross bar (35).
3. The hanging basket device for the external wall of the building as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the left vertical rod (33) and the right vertical rod (34) are telescopic rods, and two ends of the telescopic rods respectively support the top plate and the bottom plate of the building.

the upper cross rod (35) and the lower cross rod (36) are telescopic rods, and two ends of the telescopic rods respectively support against two side walls of a building.

the left upright post (33) and the right upright post (34) are telescopic rods, and two ends of the telescopic rods respectively support the top plate and the bottom plate of the building;
the upper cross rod (35) and the lower cross rod (36) are telescopic rods, and two ends of the telescopic rods respectively support against two side walls of a building.

the supporting component comprises a left vertical rod (33), a right vertical rod (34) and an upper transverse rod (35);
the left upright post (33) and the right upright post (34) are telescopic rods, and two ends of the telescopic rods respectively support the top plate and the bottom plate of the building;
the upper cross rod (35) is fixed between the left vertical rod (33) and the right vertical rod (34);
the fulcrum part of the cantilever beam (21) is fixed on the upper cross bar (35).
7. The hanging basket device for the external wall of the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the supporting assembly comprises a groined fixing frame;
the groined fixing frame comprises a left vertical rod (33), a right vertical rod (34), an upper transverse rod (35) and a lower transverse rod (36);
the left upright post (33) and the right upright post (34) are telescopic rods, and two ends of the telescopic rods respectively support the top plate and the bottom plate of the building;
the upper cross rod (35) and the lower cross rod (36) are telescopic rods, and two ends of the telescopic rods respectively support two side walls of a building;
the fulcrum part of the cantilever beam (21) is fixed on the upper cross bar (35).

one end of the rotating shaft (323) is in threaded connection with the movable clamping piece (322); the other end of the fixing shaft penetrates through the fixing shaft of the hoop fastener (324) and is rotationally connected with the fixing shaft; the middle part of the fixing clip is rotationally connected with the fixing clip (321);
the manual fastening rod (325) is arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft (323) and is positioned outside the hoop fastener (324).
