Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of furniture building materials, in particular to a composite floor and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
With the improvement of the consumption level and the economic capability of people, the solid wood composite floor for ground heating formed by gluing the base plate and the panel is more and more widely used by people due to the characteristics of high structural strength and good dimensional stability. But because the floor heating floor in use can receive external environment and the lasting high temperature influence of ground heating, lead to the moisture content of floor panel to descend and arouse the shrink to lead to the fact the fracture phenomenon of panel, reduced the job stabilization nature and the life on floor, still can further reduce the waterproof and wear resistance to the panel along with the fracture, make the panel receive external environment's influence aggravation crackle more easily, further shortened the life on floor. Therefore, the existing geothermal solid wood composite floor has the problems that the panel and the paint layer are easy to crack and the service life is short.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composite floor with the advantages of geothermal resistance, cracking resistance and good stability and a manufacturing process thereof.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a composite floor is formed by compounding a wood veneer layer, a glass fiber net layer, a eucalyptus layer, a pine layer and a back plate layer.
Preferably, the glass fiber net layer and the eucalyptus layer have two or more layers, respectively.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composite floor is formed by sequentially combining a wood skin layer, a eucalyptus layer, a glass fiber net layer, a eucalyptus layer, a pine layer, a eucalyptus layer, a glass fiber net layer and a back plate layer from top to bottom.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the composite floor is formed by sequentially compounding a wood skin layer, a eucalyptus layer, a glass fiber net layer, a eucalyptus layer, a pine layer, a glass fiber net layer and a back plate layer from top to bottom.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the composite floor is formed by sequentially compounding a wood skin layer, a eucalyptus layer, a glass fiber net layer, a eucalyptus layer, a pine layer, a glass fiber net layer, a pine layer and a back plate layer from top to bottom.
It should be noted that the glass fiber net layer, the eucalyptus layer and the pine layer may be replaced or added with different layers, and are not limited to the preferred embodiment.
In order to increase longitudinal and transverse stretching force and prevent the veneer layer from rolling up, the glass fiber net layer is in a grid shape, and kraft paper ropes (paper roll lines) are uniformly distributed in the pine layer.
Preferably, the back plate layer is beech or maple or other bark of the same thickness, and the pine plate is spruce.
The wood skin layer is natural wood skin with a thickness of 0.8-1.2MM, the thickness of the glass fiber net layer is 0.1-0.2MM, the thickness of the eucalyptus plate layer is more than 2.2MM, the pine plate layer is made of pine plate or spruce plate with a thickness of 9-10.5MM, and the thickness of the back plate layer is 06-0.9MM, and the back plate layer is usually beech, maple and other wood. Compared with the existing composite floor, the composite floor is additionally provided with the glass fiber net layers, the longitudinal and transverse stretching forces are increased, the pine board layers are prevented from rolling up, and the glass fiber net layers are arranged into 5-by-5-MM grids. The kraft paper ropes or paper roll lines are penetrated in the middle of the pine board layer every 3-5MM, and the effect is that the manufactured composite floor has overall geothermal resistance, cracking resistance and good stability.
The manufacturing process of the composite floor comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting pine, cutting and forming according to the size, and drying for 7 days;
(2) sawing pine wood into sheet pine wood boards, slotting the pine wood boards by a slotting machine, putting kraft paper ropes, and connecting the pine wood boards to form a pine wood layer;
(3) compounding a glass fiber net layer and a eucalyptus layer on the top surface of the pine layer, and compounding a glass fiber net layer and/or a pine layer and/or a eucalyptus layer on the bottom surface of the pine layer;
(4) carrying out high-temperature hot pressing on the composite board;
(5) and (4) trimming the hot-pressed composite board, and respectively compounding a wood skin layer and a back board layer on the top surface and the bottom surface to obtain a finished product of the composite floor.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the composite wood floor is reasonable in structural design and formed by compounding the multilayer boards, compared with the existing wood floor, the composite wood floor is additionally provided with the glass fiber net layer, the longitudinal and transverse tensile force of the floor is improved, and the kraft paper rope is threaded in the middle of the pine board layer to prevent the wood board layer from rolling up.
