Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a structure for internode connection of a plane gate, which integrates a group of upper hanging plates at the lower part of an upper main leaf beam and a group of lower hanging plates at the upper part of a lower main leaf beam into a whole through one-to-one connection of a standard bolt component and a pair of internode connecting plates; so as to reduce the bearing capacity of each group of standard bolt components; the purpose of replacing the pin shaft in the prior art with the standard bolt assembly is achieved; therefore, the pin shaft machining procedure is eliminated, the manufacturing process of the gate is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. The invention adopts a plurality of sets of internode connecting devices between the upper and lower door leaves connected with the plane gate, can greatly reduce the bearing capacity of the pin shaft, reduce the diameter of the connecting hole, and effectively reduce the size of the pin shaft and the local connecting bearing stress of the single connecting hanging plate by improving the internode connecting device from the traditional symmetrically arranged double connecting structure into a multi-connecting structure type, thereby realizing that the use requirement can be met by adopting the existing finished bolt, the pin shaft does not need to be separately processed and manufactured, the investment is saved, and the manufacturing and the installation are convenient.

Background
For a plane gate adopting pin shaft connection between sections, two sets of section connecting devices are generally symmetrically arranged between an upper section door leaf and a lower section door leaf which are connected with each other, each set of section connecting device consists of two sets of section connecting plates and two pin shafts, a hanging plate is arranged between the upper section door leaf and the lower section door leaf which are connected with the gate, the section connecting plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the hanging plate and are connected into a whole through the two pin shafts, and for a larger gate, because the door leaves are heavy by self and only depend on bearing force of the two pin shafts, the pin shafts are large in size and difficult to process, the pin shafts are heavy, the installation difficulty is large, and therefore, the prior art has defects and needs to be further improved.

In the internode connecting structure, the two sides of the connecting hole of the upper hanging plate and the lower hanging plate are respectively provided with a double bearing plate consisting of an inner bearing plate and an outer bearing plate.
In the internode connecting structure, the internode connecting plate is a waist-shaped plate, connecting holes are arranged at two ends of the internode connecting plate, and reinforcing rings are arranged at two sides of the connecting holes.
In the aforementioned internode connection structure, the standard bolt assembly includes a bolt, a washer and a nut.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the bearing capacity of the pin shaft can be greatly reduced by arranging a plurality of sets of internode connecting devices between the upper and lower door leaves connected with the plane gate, the diameter of the connecting hole is reduced, the internode connecting devices are improved into a multi-connection structure form from a traditional symmetrically-arranged double-connection structure, the size of the pin shaft and the local connection bearing stress of a single-connection hanging plate are effectively reduced, the use requirement can be met by adopting the existing finished bolt, the pin shaft does not need to be separately processed and manufactured, the investment is saved, and the manufacturing and the installation are convenient.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The invention relates to an internode connecting method for a plane gate, which is shown in figure 1 and figure 2, wherein only part of internode connecting plates are shown in figure 1 and figure 2 for the sake of clear structure, and part of internode connecting plates are not shown, and each upper hanging plate and each lower hanging plate are connected through the internode connecting plates during actual construction. The method is characterized in that a group of upper hanging plates at the lower part of an upper main door leaf beam and a group of lower hanging plates at the upper part of a lower main door leaf beam are connected into a whole in a one-to-one mode through a standard bolt assembly and a pair of internode connecting plates; so as to reduce the bearing capacity of each group of standard bolt components; the purpose of replacing the pin shaft in the prior art with the standard bolt assembly is achieved; therefore, the pin shaft machining procedure is eliminated, the manufacturing process of the gate is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. The upper hanging plate and the lower hanging plate are respectively provided with a connecting hole, and two sides of the connecting hole are respectively provided with a double-bearing-plate structure consisting of an inner bearing plate and an outer bearing plate; so as to reduce the local compressive stress of the bolt on the connecting hole. The shape of a pair of internode connecting plates is a waist-shaped plate, connecting holes are arranged at two ends of the internode connecting plates, and reinforcing rings are arranged at two sides of the connecting holes so as to reduce the local pressure stress of the bolts to the connecting holes.
The internode connecting structure for the plane gate is formed according to the internode connecting method for the plane gate, as shown in figures 1 to 3, the internode connecting structure comprises an upper door leaf 1 and a lower door leaf 2, and a group of partition plates 4 are arranged in a main beam 3 of the upper door leaf 1 and the lower door leaf 2, above the main beam 3 of the upper door leaf 1 and below the main beam 3 of the lower door leaf 2; a group of upper hanging plates 5 corresponding to the partition plates 4 are arranged below the main beam 3 of the upper section door leaf 1; a group of lower hanging plates 6 corresponding to the position of the partition plate 4 are arranged above the main beam 3 of the lower section door leaf 2; the upper hanging plate 5 and the lower hanging plate 6 are provided with connecting holes 7; an internode connecting plate 8 is respectively arranged at two sides of the upper hanging plate 5 and the lower hanging plate 6, and connecting holes 7 are respectively arranged at two ends of the internode connecting plate 8; the upper and lower hanger plates 5 and 6 are connected by an internode connection plate 8 and a standard bolt assembly 9 passing through the connection hole 7. And double bearing plates consisting of an inner bearing plate 10 and an outer bearing plate 11 are respectively arranged on two sides of the connecting hole 7 of the upper hanging plate 5 and the lower hanging plate 6. The internode connecting plate 8 is a waist-shaped plate, connecting holes 7 are arranged at two ends of the internode connecting plate 8, and reinforcing rings 12 are arranged at two sides of the connecting holes 7. The standard bolt assembly 9 includes a bolt 13, a washer 14 and a nut 15.
In specific implementation, the upper hanging plate 5 and the main beam 3 of the upper door leaf 1 are welded into a whole, and the lower hanging plate 6 and the main beam 3 of the lower door leaf 2 are welded into a whole. All the upper hanger plates 5 and the lower hanger plates 6 are positioned on the same longitudinal line with the partition plate 4. The invention can greatly reduce the bearing capacity of the pin shaft by adopting a plurality of sets of internode connecting devices between the upper and lower door leaves connected with the plane gate, thereby reducing the diameter of a lifting hole, improving the connecting lifting plate from the traditional double-connecting lifting plate which is symmetrically arranged into the connecting lifting plate type which is symmetrically arranged with a plurality of layers of bearing plates at two sides, greatly reducing the size of the pin shaft and the local connecting bearing stress of a single-connecting lifting plate, realizing that the use requirement can be met by adopting the existing finished bolt, the pin shaft does not need to be separately processed and manufactured, saving the investment and being convenient for manufacturing and installing.
