Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of textiles, and discloses a waterproof and oil-proof finishing agent which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-25 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 0.5-5 parts of penetrating agent, 0.8-5 parts of cross-linking agent and 1-6 parts of alcohol and 50-90 parts of water. The finishing agent prepared by the invention has no odor, is safe and environment-friendly through proper selection of the fluorocarbon resin, the penetrating agent and the cross-linking agent and selection of the using amounts of the fluorocarbon resin, the penetrating agent and the cross-linking agent, and can treat textile fabrics under the condition of low temperature or drying in the shade, so that the textile fabrics have good waterproof and oil-proof functions, thereby having good antifouling performance.

Background
The textile is treated by the finishing agent, so that the surface performance of the textile can be changed, and special functions are given to the textile, for example, the textile treated by the finishing agent has good waterproof and oil-proof functions.
In the prior art, finishing agents mainly comprise two categories, one category is a water-based finishing agent, the water-based finishing agent is safe and environment-friendly, the smell is low, and the textile surface treated by the water-based finishing agent has lotus leaf-like waterproof and oil-proof performance. But the water-based finishing agent can exert the water-proof and oil-proof performance only by baking and drying at a high temperature of more than 130 ℃ in the using process. The other type of finishing agent is an organic solvent type finishing agent, the finishing agent does not need to be baked and dried at high temperature in the using process, and textiles can be treated under the condition of low temperature or shade drying, so that the textiles have the effects of water resistance and oil resistance, but the finishing agent mainly contains a large amount of organic solvents, has strong odor and is flammable and explosive, and causes great troubles in the normal production and transportation links.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a water-and oil-repellent finishing agent which does not contain a large amount of organic solvents, is odorless, safe and environmentally friendly, and can treat textiles at low temperature or in the shade to provide the textiles with good water-and oil-repellent functions.

Then testing the waterproof and oil-proof performances of the cloth, wherein the specific test process is as follows: placing the cloth to be tested under a funnel, respectively placing water, vegetable oil and oily sludge water in the funnel, dripping the water, the vegetable oil and the oily sludge water on the cloth by the funnel at a speed of 20-30 drops/min, observing whether the water, the oil and the stain are remained on the surface of the cloth to be tested, and grading (the grading is from 60 minutes or less, 70 minutes, 80 minutes, 90 minutes and 100 minutes, 60 minutes or less indicates that the surface of the cloth is obviously stained with water, oil or stain, 100 minutes indicates that the surface of the cloth is not stained with water, oil or stain, 90 minutes indicates that the surface of the cloth has a very small amount of water, oil or stain, and the higher the grade indicates that the surface of the cloth has stronger water, oil and stain resistance). In addition, a control group, i.e., a cloth without finish treatment, was set, and the results are shown in table 2.

as can be seen from Table 2, the finishing agents prepared in examples 1-4 of the present invention can significantly improve the water-proof, oil-proof and stain-proof properties of the cloth when used for treating the cloth. The finish prepared in comparative example 1 was significantly less water, oil and stain repellent, and the fabric of the control group, which was not treated with the finish, was the least water, oil and stain repellent.
In conclusion, the finishing agent prepared by the invention can treat textile (such as cloth) at low temperature (such as 10 ℃), high-temperature treatment is not needed, and the worthy finishing agent has no pungent smell and good stability.

2. the finish of claim 1, wherein the fluorocarbon resin has a molecular weight of 8000-.
3. The finish of claim 1, wherein the penetrant is a fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.
4. The finish of claim 1, wherein the cross-linking agent is selected from at least one of isocyanate, ethyl orthosilicate, methyl orthosilicate, trimethoxysilane, 1, 4-butanediol diacrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, butyl acrylate, dicumyl peroxide, or dicumyl hydroperoxide.
5. The finish of claim 1, wherein the alcohol is at least one of isopropanol, isobutanol, or isoamyl alcohol.
6. A process for the preparation of the finish according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw material components according to the formula ratio, mixing and reacting to obtain the finishing agent.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the reaction temperature is 10 to 50 ℃ and the reaction time is 7 to 9 hours.
8. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the reaction is carried out at a stirring speed of 100-300 rpm.
9. A method of using the finish of any of claims 1-3, comprising the steps of:
and spraying the finishing agent on the textile, and keeping the textile for 1 to 3 hours at the temperature of between 5 and 35 ℃ to obtain the finishing agent.
10. A textile fabric, characterized in that the surface of the textile fabric is coated with the finish according to any of claims 1 to 3.
