1. A graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric is characterized by comprising: needling the non-woven fabric layer and the graphene layer; the graphene layer is arranged and compounded on the needle-punched non-woven fabric layer through a printing process.
2. The graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the printing process is rotary screen printing or silk screen printing.
3. The graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the needle-punched non-woven fabric is a polyester needle-punched non-woven fabric, a polypropylene needle-punched non-woven fabric, a polyamide needle-punched non-woven fabric, a spandex needle-punched non-woven fabric or an acrylic needle-punched non-woven fabric.
4. A preparation method of graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) providing a needle-punched non-woven fabric;
(2) preparing a graphene finishing agent: uniformly mixing the mixed solution and graphene according to a certain mass ratio to obtain the graphene finishing agent;
(3) printing: sizing the needled non-woven fabric by using the graphene finishing agent prepared in the step (2), and then printing by using a printing process;
(4) drying: placing the needle-punched non-woven fabric subjected to printing in the step (3) in a drying box for drying;
(5) baking: and (5) baking the needle-punched non-woven fabric dried in the step (4) to obtain the graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric.
5. The method for preparing the graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric according to claim 4, wherein in the step (2), the mass ratio of the mixed solution to the graphene is 100-500: 1.
6. The preparation method of the graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric according to claim 5, wherein the mixed solution comprises a sodium alginate thickener, an adhesive, a softener and water, and the mass ratio of the sodium alginate thickener to the adhesive to the softener to the water is 20:20:5: 55-20: 15:3: 60.
7. The preparation method of the graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric according to claim 6, wherein the sodium alginate thickener comprises water and sodium alginate, and the mass ratio of the water to the sodium alginate is 10-50: 1.
8. The method for preparing the graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric according to claim 5, wherein in the step (4), the drying temperature is 80-90 ℃ and the drying time is 10-20 min.
9. The method for preparing the graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric according to claim 5, wherein in the step (5), the baking temperature is 110-180 ℃ and the baking time is 30s-1.5 min.
10. The method for preparing the graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric according to claim 5, wherein the prepared graphene needle-punched non-woven fabric is used for preparing a hot compress eye patch.
