Abstract

Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a fast drying apparatus for electromechanical textile includes a bottom plate 1, support frames 2 fixed above two sides of the bottom plate 1, and a mounting plate 3 fixing upper portions of the support frames 2 at two sides; wherein a hot air nozzle 12 for moving hot air to the cloth on the bottom plate 1 is movably arranged above the bottom plate 1, the hot air nozzle 12 is connected with a driving mechanism, a winding mechanism for winding the cloth is arranged on the bottom plate 1, and the winding mechanism is connected with the driving mechanism;
when the driving mechanism works, the hot air nozzle 12 is driven to move in a reciprocating mode in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 1, the driving mechanism simultaneously drives the winding mechanism to work, and the cloth is driven to be wound in a direction parallel to the bottom plate 1, so that the effect of drying the cloth in all directions is achieved.
In one embodiment of the invention, the driving mechanism comprises a motor 4 mounted on the supporting frame 2 on one side, a worm 5 connected with the output end of the motor 4 and rotatably arranged below the mounting plate 3, and a walking assembly mounted at the end of the worm 5, wherein the walking assembly is connected with the hot air spray head 12;

In another embodiment of the present invention, the hot air nozzle 12 is connected to a flexible tube 13 made of rubber, the flexible tube 13 is connected to a hot air pipe 14 fixed on the supporting frame 2, and the hot air pipe 14 is connected to a hot air blower;

In a further embodiment of the present invention, the roller set comprises a cloth transportation roller 19 arranged on the side of the bottom plate 1 far away from the winding drum 17 and a press roller 20 arranged above the cloth transportation roller 19, wherein the press roller 20 and the cloth transportation roller 19 are both rotatably arranged on the bottom plate 1 through a bracket, and the cloth transportation roller 19 is connected with the winding drum 17 through a chain 18;
when the winding drum 17 rotates, the chain 18 drives the cloth conveying roller 19 to rotate, and the cloth clamped between the cloth conveying roller 19 and the press roller 20 is continuously fed into the winding drum 17 and flattened, so that the effect of quick treatment integrating flattening winding and drying is achieved.
