Principle of operation

The fermenter for producing microbial inoculum according to claim 1, wherein the removable top cover structure (6) comprises a protective top cover (61), a bottom fixing plate (62), a feeding pipe (63), a mounting seat (64), a speed reduction motor (65) and a bearing (66), wherein the bottom fixing plate (62) is welded at the lower part of the outer side of the protective top cover (61); the feeding pipe (63) is inserted at the left side of the upper part of the protective top cover (61); the mounting seat (64) is welded at the middle upper part of the protective top cover (61); the speed reducing motor (65) is mounted on the upper side of the mounting seat (64) through bolts, and an output shaft penetrates through an inner ring of the bearing (66); the outer ring of the bearing (66) is embedded in the middle upper part of the protective top cover (61); the transmission rod (8) is arranged on an output shaft at the lower part of the speed reducing motor (65) through a coupler (7); the L-shaped delivery pipe (181) is inserted at the right side of the upper part of the protective top cover (61).

The fermenter for producing microbial inoculum according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable agitator frame structure (10) comprises a transmission pipe (101), a positioning blind hole (102), an adjusting sleeve (103), a fixing bolt (104), a connecting rod (105), an agitating blade (106) and a bottom flange (107), the transmission pipe (101) is bolted to the lower part of the transmission rod (8); the adjusting sleeve (103) is sleeved outside the transmission pipe (101); the fixing bolt (104) penetrates through the adjusting sleeve (103) and is in threaded connection with the positioning blind hole (102); the connecting rods (105) are welded on the left side and the right side of the adjusting sleeve (103); the stirring blade (106) is arranged at one end of the connecting rod (105) far away from the adjusting sleeve (103) through a bolt; the bottom flange (107) is welded at the lower part of the transmission pipe (101).
5. The fermenter for producing microbial agents of claim 3, wherein the bottom fixing plate (62) is installed on the top side of the top fixing plate (5) through bolts, and a silicone gasket is further disposed in a gap between the bottom fixing plate (62) and the top fixing plate (5).
6. The fermenter for producing microbial agents of claim 4, wherein a plurality of the blind positioning holes (102) are provided, and the blind positioning holes (102) are sequentially formed in the middle of the front side of the transmission pipe (101) from top to bottom.
7. The fermenter for producing a microbial inoculum according to claim 2, wherein the bottom wiper (121) is provided at the bottom of the tank (1) while a bolt is installed at a lower portion of the inverted Y-shaped holder (122).
8. The fermenter for producing microbial agents of claim 2, wherein two of the side reinforcing frames (123) are provided, and the side reinforcing frames (123) are respectively bolted to the bottom wiper (121) and the upper inner side of the inverted-Y-shaped fixing frame (122).
9. The fermenter for producing a microbial inoculum according to claim 1, wherein the inside of the treatment tank (183) is provided with a water level set to two fifths of the height of the treatment tank (183).
10. The fermenter for producing a microbial inoculum according to claim 1, wherein the atomizer (187) is screw-coupled to the lower left and right ends of the T-shaped guide pipe (186).
