Abstract
The invention discloses a bleaching main lotion for a laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the main lotion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-35% of active matter, 6-10% of thiourea dioxide, 4-8% of ethanol, 2-6% of ethylene glycol, 0.5-2% of defoaming agent, 6-8% of benzisothiazolin-3-one, 0.05-1% of stabilizing agent and the balance of deionized water, wherein the active matter comprises one or more of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, long-chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene and fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate. The invention focuses on dispersing, reduction bleaching and removing inorganic dirt, and effectively solves the problems of graying, yellowing and easy corrosion of solid dirt deposited on textiles by adopting the synergistic effect of a plurality of components. The bleaching main lotion for the washing dragon can synchronously complete the functions of washing, decontamination, deliming, yellowing and bleaching in the main washing stage, and still keeps the white value of the public textile to be more than 70 degrees under natural light after 130 times of repeated washing, has no corrosion phenomenon, and can completely meet the requirement of GB/T35744 on the cleaning quality of the public textile.

Long-chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene (LMEO-18 for short) is a novel nonionic surfactant, and has low foaming performance, excellent emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, cleaning and other excellent performances; LMEO is 18 carbon fatty acid ester, the molecular structure of ester group is similar to the structure of grease and wax, according to the principle of similarity and intermiscibility, the LMEO has stronger dissolving and removing capability to grease, mineral oil and wax, has more reasonable double bond structure, and has better dispersing and removing capability to lipid; the detergent has the same excellent washing performance, oil solubilization, dispersibility and wettability under the conditions of high temperature and low temperature; meanwhile, the skin care lotion has good biodegradability, is environment-friendly and has no irritation to skin.
Fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate (MES for short) as a surfactant has strong permeability, can quickly extend into fabric fibers and can be deeply cleaned; the oil stain remover has good emulsifying and dispersing performance, can quickly emulsify and wrap oil stains, and can remove oil with strong force; the detergent has excellent hard water resistance, is not easy to combine with calcium and magnesium ions in hard water, and still keeps strong detergency in the hard water; meanwhile, soap scum stains can be dispersed into small particles which are easy to wash, deposition is not easy to occur, and the washed fabric is beautiful and new. Meanwhile, the fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate MES has low irritation and high biodegradability, does not irritate the skin, is easy to degrade into carbon dioxide and water, and is environment-friendly.

Application example 2

The working principle of the main lotion provided by the invention is as follows: in the main washing stage, the main washing liquid can quickly and effectively permeate into the fibers along the fibers, namely, a fiber channel is opened, washing, decontaminating and bleaching components occupy all gaps in the fibers, dirt attached to the fabric is separated under the action of mechanical force, the separated dirt can be stably dispersed into the washing liquid through the self dispersing performance of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, long-chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene and fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate, a thicker hydration adsorption layer is formed around dirt ions, a space barrier for preventing the dirt ions from approaching each other is formed, the dirt ions are easily separated and are not easy to deposit, and the purposes of washing, decontaminating, dispersing and dirt redeposition prevention are achieved; the thiourea dioxide in the main washing liquid is added, so that sulfinic acid with extremely strong reducibility is generated in an alkaline environment, the reductive bleaching is realized, and inorganic dirt is removed synergistically; meanwhile, ethanol and glycol realize solubilization, dilution and tension reduction, and benzisothiazolin-3-one realizes broad-spectrum disinfection and sterilization; the main washing liquid provided by the invention can improve the graying and darkening phenomenon of the fabric while washing and removing dirt, and can ensure that the main fiber of the fabric becomes flat, smooth and restores the original luster.

Claims (4)
1. The bleaching main washing liquid for the laundry dragon is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 30-35% of active matter, 6-10% of thiourea dioxide, 4-8% of ethanol, 2-6% of ethylene glycol, 0.5-2% of defoaming agent, 6-8% of benzisothiazolin-3-one, 0.05-1% of stabilizer and the balance of deionized water; wherein the active comprises fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, long chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene and sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, or fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate and long chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene; the defoaming agent comprises one or more of sucrose ester, dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl siloxane and amino-terminated siloxane; the stabilizer comprises one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium acetate, sodium sulfite, calcium chloride, glycerol and sodium formate.

A main bleaching washing liquid for a laundry dragon according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 32% of active matter, 8% of thiourea dioxide, 6% of ethanol, 4% of ethylene glycol, 1% of defoaming agent, 7% of benzisothiazolin-3-one, 0.5% of stabilizing agent and the balance of deionized water.
3. A main bleaching wash liquor according to claim 1, wherein the active comprises the following components in mass percent: 12% of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, 15% of long-chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene and 5% of fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate.
4. A method of making a laundry dragon bleaching main wash liquor according to any one of claims 1-3, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing a solution A: slowly pouring ethanol and a defoaming agent into the active substance, and slightly stirring for later use to obtain a solution A;
(2) and B, preparation of a solution B: adding a stabilizer and ethylene glycol into deionized water at 30 ℃, stirring, and adding thiourea dioxide while stirring to obtain a solution B;
(3) main washing liquid: slowly pouring the stirred and dissolved B liquid into the A liquid, adding the B liquid while stirring, and fully stirring to obtain the main bleaching lotion for the laundry dragon.
